I am the first to criticize police abuse, but if you are acting completely out of control and uncooperative, it takes what it takes to restrain you. If that requires ten officers to safely handle the situation, then that is what needs to happen. kmt

The pepper spray wasn't necessary. And if they felt it was necessary then everybody shouldve gotten it. But this lady clearly stated why she's recording and they don't like that.
