I think an easier way is to add welds via the Weld brush in substance painter, The Zbrush method seems like it would take more time while still achieving the same result after baking

Very interesting, thanks ! I don’t have Zbrush but to do this I am using Data Transfer modifier in Blender to get good jonction between parts and next make baking in Marmoset before to brush weld directly into the texture with Marmoset or Substance Painter.
