Personally I hate such messaging. We pay way too much for the service we get. You dug up our road for a subdivision and left it like that. JRA won’t help, just keeps giving references. What must happen now?

Today, we unveiled 15 new water tankers - enhancing the city’s capacity to provide much needed relief to residents in times of crisis. The plan is increase our capacity to 100 vehicles with R20 million set aside.
