Personally I hate such messaging. We pay way too much for the service we get. You dug up our road for a subdivision and left it like that. JRA won’t help, just keeps giving references. What must happen now?

Residents of Tshwane, we had committed to reduced spending on external contractors. Today, we unveiled 15 new water tankers - enhancing the city’s capacity to provide much needed relief to residents in times of crisis. The plan is increase our capacity to 100 vehicles with R20 million set aside. We are also spending more on the maintenance of water infrastructure as part of our Water Stabilisation Plan. ✅R163.3 million for bulk water provision ✅R158.9 million for wastewater upgrades ✅R101 million for pipe replacement ✅ R120 million for water conservation and demand management ✅R53.9 million for reservoir upgrades City of Tshwane
