Thank you, Chris. I’m trying my absolute darndest here. 🫶

The whole future lies in uncertainty: live immediately -Seneca

No I am not

took me 26 years of fucking up my personal life to realize that I don't need to be miserable to be successful

Thank you for sharing, Chris. This is something so gentle and honest.

When you’re already doing enough, the next step is resting well, focusing on what matters most, cutting distractions, and working smarter, not harder.

Most of us arent rich and famous for having opinions.

If it were enough, you wouldn’t feel the itch.

Enough is relative to the outcome. If the outcome is some amount of progress. Then some amount of work is enough. Often progress feels better than stagnation. So any act is enough of an act. But patience after acting is essential for maintenance.

This isn’t about being right. It’s about who actually feels that way.

I really agree with what Chris is saying here. 🙏 So many of us postpone happiness because we think it will come after we’ve done more, become more, or achieved more. For a long time, I lived with this quiet belief that I wasn’t enough yet. That I hadn’t done enough. That one day I might regret not becoming “something bigger.” The truth is, I’ve already lived a full, meaningful life. 🙏 I came from chaos, instability, and a communist system. I’ve overcome addiction, trauma, and violence. Now I live in a place I love, with my husband, my son, my animals, my garden, and a home that feels peaceful and safe. 🌿🐾 That isn’t something to postpone joy for. That is something to appreciate now. 🥰 So if I create, build, or share from here, it won’t be because I’m trying to prove I’m enough. It will be because I already am and I want to enjoy being alive while I’m here. 💛✨

You were born enough. Start with a full tank and you'll go farther.

We often mistake "being busy" for "being valuable." Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is just exist.

Nailed it.

Watched the entire episode with my hubby, and he really enjoyed it.

So true, you can actually be happy while pursuing your goals. Achieving them isn't required for happiness, you need to learn how to enjoy the path.

The ones winning are subtracting not adding.

Will try this with my boss when he says im slacking

And even if you do have massive ambitions, it is way better to get there with a clear mind, a fit body, and a house full of love Rather than sacrificing your sanity thinking that it will be justified by the happiness you’ll get in the finish line

Saw a clip of Chris talking about "Productivity dysmorphia". Stuff like this needs more attention

Ya, you accomplish from a place of already being enough not to gain it. Not that I've arrived there but I understand it now and that's a good place to be.

It’s never enough

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

This goes both ways, It could either help you reach the unimaginable or it could keep you stuck in the loop of reaching the ideal of happiness.

No I'm NOT!

The problem isn’t the problem. The problem doesn’t exist. The only “problem,” if there was one, is a misunderstanding of how life works as a human being on planet Earth.

Looking fly

Mate, this hit me harder than those Thursday nights in Cornerhouse.
