I can understand why there’s a dispute here, but I’m not exactly losing sleep over it… If you’re sitting in jail accused of killing your parents, most people aren’t going to be overly concerned about whether you can access their money. Inheritance is supposed to honor the wishes of the people who earned it, not become a legal defense fund in a case involving their own deaths.
