That's: 100,000 × 10 minutes = 1,000,000 minutes = 16,667 watch hours. 🔥 You've already passed 8,000 hours from one video. Even something smaller: 50,000 views × 10 minutes average = 8,333 hours.

Old creators are not off the hook either. You have to keep your watch hours at 8k every 365 day period or you will be demonetized. If 8k is the new floor you have to make sure you reach that threshold every 365. Speaking as an old content creator who had over a million views.

To monetize is not hard, i got monetized in 3days and my other account in 2weeks.. the issue is how to keep the account not to get blocked.. you can get monetized within a month and get blocked the next day..
