Life is very different for those who have been at death's door. You don't fear death & yet you cherish life. Hard to explain... you sort of have to experience it. I was not there due to anything heroic, but I certainly experienced the miracle of continuing among the living.

The 'Nam guys have some crazy stories. An employee of mine just passed, and I could listen to him tell the same stories over and over.

It's been awhile, but that is the quote that my Grandfather,Great Uncles and their friends told me when I was growing up. All served, in the Pacific and Europe during WW 2. They were very important figures in my life and I learned a lot of lessons from each of them. I wish that
