Broadcasting the Islamic call to prayer over downtown Regina for the first time isn’t “just another religion being expressed.” It’s a deliberate step toward changing Canada into something it was never meant to be. Since my last campaign to be Mayor of London three years ago, the city I love has descended even further into chaos and has become a truly terrifying place to live. 🗡️ Knife crime has skyrocketed by over 49% since the current mayor was elected, with over 1,000 murders committed on his watch. 🗣️ Our free speech has been violated by a combination of woke Silicon Valley technocrats, and a government who thinks it’s OK to tell our citizens what they can and cannot say. 🏦 Our financial institutions, once the envy of the world, are now censoring people’s right to banking services, and denying them the opportunity to invest in cryptocurrency and the blockchain. 💰 And our Mayor’s appalling new ULEZ travel taxes, fraught with misleading pollution claims, are punishing our poorest citizens. The truth is that since 2021, I’ve seen the place I call home descend into an Orwellian nightmare of censorship, unbanking, violence and punishing taxes. And it’s little wonder that Londoners are demanding change.
