I'll never understand this. 1. I go to your church for the first time 2. I fill out my personal info 3. I return the connect card And then you do me the honor of giving me a mug with your church's logo on it. You give me a hat or t-shirt with your church's logo and slogan on it. Maybe this is just me, but this seems like a very self-absorbed “gift” to me. Especially because the irony is that churches give branded merchandise for the purpose of "branding," right? Branding isn't your logo though. It's your reputation. And when your first interaction with a new visitor is to give them something that implies, "hey, be our walking billboard when you wear this!" The brand that you're building and the message you're sending to this new visitor is: “Hey, we care more about what you can give to this church, than we care about what this church can give to you."

🐰 “Late-night snacks?” No, no, no. Now that I’m getting close to thirty, dieting doesn’t work like it used to. I’m not doing an especially strict diet right now though. Why? Because even though I’m working out, the amount of weight I can lift has dropped a lot. It honestly bummed me out, so for now I’m just trying to eat clean. 🐰 Today during PT, I worked on legs for the first time in a while, and I tried doing back squats again after a long time. I couldn’t even do ten reps at 80 kilos… it was shocking. Leg day really is a battle against the world, haha. Anyway, I started running again, and I started boxing again too. I’m going to get back to the stamina I had when I was younger. Back then, running 10km was no big deal. 🐰 I’ll try to find a new dieting method. I seriously can’t eat chicken breast anymore. What do I do… I’m deleting this wallpaper. I can’t do this anymore. Just the smell of chicken breast annoys me now. It puts me in a bad mood. You know what I mean, right? Ever since debuting, I’ve tried just about every diet imaginable, and they definitely do work…
