His argument is flawed, bro. Igbos do not have a direct word for democracy but had a democratic society before colonisation. Secondly, there is not direct word for corruption but, according to him, it's people are corrupt. How did they not have these counter arguments?

You cant argue that a political system is corrupt because it was adopted, the logic doesn’t apply anywhere.
