It should always have been and are we saying because it wasn't, that's why the cover-up will go unpunished. If so, change the law. You have the majority to do it, or would that be a can or worms you don't want to open?

This is not even the worst part. The LAUSD and the United Teachers of Los Angeles have a REASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT that includes sexual harassment, exposing students to sexual material, and failure to report suspected child abuse. California has mandatory reporting but the unions oppose it and are openly defying it. This why the administrators cover up the sexual crimes against children in schools, get convicted for failing to report, and not only get to keep their jobs, they get PROMOTED.

"That would lead me sometimes to say we know the Southern Baptist Convention has never has never made a mistake in terms of not reporting abuse." Bart Barber acknowledges no one has EVER presented evidence that the Executive Committee or the Convention covered up abuse or facilitated abuse. They have never failed to report abuse. This is EXACTLY what I have said for nearly two years now. And what I was pilloried for by the sexual abuse activists (including those in SBC leadership). And now the president of the Southern Baptist Convention admits it too.

Following the trending horrific social media video of a mother violently kicking and standing on the fragile neck of her toddler, we had to move swiftly to ensure the removal and protection of the toddler. It’s horrendous that this incident occurs during #WomensMonth when we should celebrate women and promote exemplary female figures. The child is safe, albeit traumatised, as he cried much of the day. We condemn such acts of child abuse and call on society to stamp out child abuse and report such acts immediately. We owe it to our children to create a safe and loving environment for them. #Nthabiseng #StopChildAbuse #WomensMonth #ChildProtection #GautengCares

I’m proud that One New Zealand will be the first telco in New Zealand to block Child Sexual Exploitation & abuse material at a network level to prevent active or inadvertent access to known child sexual abuse material on its platform, & we’ll be working to actively combat the distribution of new content. This means when you are on the One NZ network you won’t be able to access them. We are also the first telco in New Zealand to sign up to Te Tari Taiwhenua Department of Internal Affairs’ 11 Voluntary principles to Counter Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse. Both of these are important steps to help create a safer NZ for everyone - especially children.
