That’s the problem. That means he doesn’t take council. He doesn’t see how bad he is and that no one is holding him accountable. It’s reflective in certain things not improving or changing during his entire time here. He’s a bad leader. He is holding us back. He’s holding himself back.

I personally don't think fans should dump so much invective on Zac. Yes he may need to be fired, but he is probably working his a$$ off. To me, the anger needs to go to the organization that drafts poorly, let's rising stars go, let's cherished veterans go, is resistant to change and will not communicate openly with its fans.
