The meeting between Presidents Zelenskyy, Trump, and Putin may take place in Geneva, US special envoy for Ukraine Keith Kellogg said. In an interview with Fox News, Keith Kellogg said that such a meeting would become possible when Russia hands over its peace memorandum, adding that Ukraine has already done it. "Once we get their term sheet or memorandum, then we'll put it together, and there's gonna be another meeting, and we believe it'll probably be in Geneva. President Trump: I think Russia wants to make a deal. I think Ukraine wants to make a deal. And we're going to try getting a deal done. I can say that we're reasonably close. What happens is that oftentimes we'll have a deal with Russia, Russia's set, and President Zelenskyy will not do it. And then we'll have President Zelensky wants to make a deal, and Putin doesn't want to make the deal. It's a very difficult balance.

Instead, we are going to decide everything by diplomacy, and borders will not be changed by force. And Russians understood they were breaking that norm when they invaded Ukraine.
