It is clearly visible that the woman specifically recorded the video at the spot where taps have not been installed yet and the construction work is still incomplete. And here is the video, where taps and pipelines have been properly installed, water is coming regularly. At least Akhilesh Yadav should know that if taps have not been installed and construction work is still ongoing, water cannot magically appear there. Considering his frequent focus on “taps,” he should at least have proper knowledge about how they actually work.
