Well, well, well. The HOA just dropped a bold new move in this lawn war. One our favorite neighborhood lawn guy never saw coming. They sent another letter last night to every residence in the neighborhood, EXCEPT the three homes that handle their own lawns. Now they are openly trying to pit the whole neighborhood against those three homeowners. They are basically telling everyone if you have a problem with the new changes, do not come to us. Go talk to the guys with the perfect stripes and emerald green grass instead. So tell me. Should our lawn guy back down, or double down?

People constantly ask me if they Rayban Meta Smartglasses are worth it. I’ve had them for way over a year I can confidently say they definitely are. When new technology comes out the biggest worry is that it ends up in a drawer after a month or two. The Rayban Meta Smartglasses are such a unique filming tool, plus you can listen to music and access AI features as well. For me it’s the perfect tool to help capture memories while you are able to still live in the moment. The only downside for me is that it doesn’t film in vertical nor horizontal format. It films in this slightly raised box. You can stretch it out a little to make it vertical though, that’s what I do. At this point the only reason you shouldn’t buy them is if you worry they might release the next version soon. Otherwise they are a great product and they have gotten the Tesla treatment aka they have improved via software updates many many times. I enjoy longer video recording times and AI features that they didn’t have when I first got them.

It is easy to love when there is distance because you don’t have to meet or share anything with that person. But when you are close up, they will step on your boundaries. Then you feel that person is a problem. But if you create a little distance between yourself and your personality, you will see you will enjoy yourself.
