The grace period is not a new loan term and does not mean that the loan is automatically extended. It is an additional period that allows users to settle their repayment obligations before the loan becomes eligible for liquidation. 🔹 LIQUIDATION FEE If a loan remains unpaid after the grace period and becomes eligible for liquidation, a 5% liquidation fee may be applied. This fee only applies when the collateral is actually liquidated. Users who repay their loans on time will not be charged this fee.
