Until there are meaningful consequences for violations, expecting consistent civic discipline may be unrealistic placing the entire burden on the government alone would overlook our shared responsibility.

Chutiya calling a Makeshift Container a Toilet . Once 4 person come out of the toilet , where is the maintenance. Every public toilet needs maintenance. Where is the budget allocated for maintenance? Paani se gatak liya kya?

The government doesn't maintain the toilets or in many cases it is not free. It is the fault of the government...

Till the time people are not fined and financially penalized things won't change in 🇮🇳 It's only a dent on the pocket that can civilize these apes coz it hurts. Successful implementation of the rule of wearing a helmet while riding a 2 wheeler is an example.

I think everyone who missed that govt toilet was not maintained that's the reason people are bound to urinate outside, I would still suggest ppl to check nearby petrol pumps or hotels to freshen up

My great nation... no laws , no responsibility, no clean pulic toilets.

The toilet bowls are all flooded. Can't be used for urinating.

If those toilets were cleaned, pplz could use them ! But the money is spent on infrastructure that keeps collapsing ! Or goes to the disappearing #PMcare fund!

I think it's govt alone yes govt alone responsible for enforcing law and maintaining sanitation and there should be more and more public toilets with better rules
