I tend to think about other things so much that sometimes I have to ask myself "What is my happiness and what I want to do?" and "how/in which direction do I want Engfa to move forward?" Also, I want to thank myself... for the past 30 years and about to turn 31 soon...that I've done so well and stayed strong. a moment when MY healed you the most? 🌙 during fansign, a MY came up to me and for no particular reason said "i'm always on aeri's side, no matter what" , "i just really like aeri" and when i heard that, i think i really felt a sense of fulfillment about the work that i do. It also made me think a lot about the fact that people like me and of course i'm grateful but i think that's when i truly realized "this is a really happy moment." like that.

I think I need to be able to look at my situation objectively in order to overcome it. So I actually try to accept it. When I'm stressed I listen to more calm and deep music. I don't think I'll get any brighter even if I try to force myself to listen to bright music. So, I accept the current situation and because the stress is caused by something not going my way I have to solve it for the stress to be relieved. "honestly, i don't think i'm very good at letting (my characters) go. once i take on a project, i end up doing it for about 8 to 10 months, and i feel like my way of speaking and habits from that time remain a bit. so even after a project wraps up, that character actually stays with me for a while. but when that happens, i try as much as possible not to do the things that the character used to do for 8 months. for example like a certain posture or things like that. and then i cut my hair from when i played that character to try and see a different image of myself too. but honestly, even if i cut my hair, that character doesn't really go away. so for me, honestly, rather than saying 'i'm letting them go', i just always cherish them and no matter what project i do in the future, i feel like there will still be moments where i think of that character. since i consider (those) moments to be a part of who i am too, i actually really like seeing those moments keep piling up within me."
