What's the issue here? Blue bus overtook Musasiiwa on the curve but lost speed going uphill, (probably due to weight from trailer and the Musasiiwa bus was able to overtake it. Busses are allowed to go upto 100km/hr in Zimbabwe and there are also allowed to overtake each other.

The MArz driver was very wrong. Who overtakes to stop or reduce speed? The Musasiwa bus driver drove as guided by the other driver.

But there is no over speeding in English Achimwene. It is just speeding.
