There is no floods in zim ,its only poor drainage

Sis I think we need to blame City Council which is led by opposition for drainage system, potholes and traffic lights, how come there are paying each other thousands of dollars while the city is in the bad condition like this

This is pure failure by the local authorities,,,by the way our City fathers & mothers concentrate on making own money( zvigananda kukanzuru), running battles with poor vendors collecting parking fees lacking core business of cleaning drainage & collection of garbage.
