As much as I blame land barrons, the gvt and local authorities are equally complicit. Where are the LAs when these buildings are at foundation level. Surely settlements don't sprout overnight. You can't what a crime being committed for years then come and enforce after the fact.

Telling people to exercise caution where the rules change when someone decides they want something, is very disingenuous. Call out the corruption. The process of building doesn't happen overnight, authorities are included and PAID fees not bribes. Call out the true perpetrators!
