It takes a big man to admit he was wrong. Ryan McBeth just published an incredible video titled “I Was Wrong About Israel.” I’ll link the full piece below, which I highly recommend watching. But this part was my favorite: "You know, we talk about Israel like it's this abstract news story, but when you're standing there looking at 2,000-year-old coins, shaking hands with Muslims who are just trying to live, you realize this isn't an academic debate. This is survival. History doesn't lie. Jews have been in this land for thousands of years. They're not going anywhere. So, yeah, I was wrong about Israel. I thought this was Northern Ireland with a really different accent, but it's not. In Northern Ireland, both sides could live together in peace once the guns went quiet. Here, one side has been taught from childhood that the other side shouldn't exist. And that’s a problem you can't solve with a treaty, a UN map, or a feel-good slogan. Maybe that makes me a Zionist, whatever the hell that word means, or a shill, or whatever label people want to throw at me, but it doesn't make me a liar. I do not support Israel.
