Did they think they could wage war against another country and never face any consequences themselves? No. Once you bring war, you shouldn’t expect to be immune from its effects. P.S. This is the courtyard of my friend’s apartment building in the Lukianivka district of Kyiv. Nothing can justify Russia’s crimes. Russia is a terrorist state.
