She went to pick her dog up from her mom’s house after a dog-sitting stay… and he completely refused to leave his human grandma’s side. This dog is usually excited to jump in the car, but that day it took 20 minutes and she finally had to carry him out herself. She couldn’t figure out why he was acting so strange. Throwback!!!! She wanted it turned "on" for herself and for her husband. Once John asked a few questions, he discovered something deeper. She had traumatic events from her past. She had shared some of it with her husband. But not all. She was afraid to tell him everything, so she held it inside. That fear, that holding back, was showing up in the bedroom. We often think intimacy is just the physical act. But intimacy is bringing yourself, all the vulnerable, hidden parts, and letting your spouse see it. When your naked you are exposed and vulnerable. One part of the interview stood out. She had mentioned therapy before. Her husband told her it was a waste of time. If you wife has an issue and she's coming to you providing a potential solution you should pay attention. The message she got from her husband even though he was probably trying to help is either he doesn't hear me, or I'm being dismissed. Your wife needs to know that she can be vulnerable with you and show you what hurts her and not feel like she's going to be dismissed. You want to be a safe place she can run to, not a place she feels she needs to hide from.

love how woonhak was telling riwoo about tansansu while literally walking in circles like he really cannot believe tansansu said “I love you” to him 😭 im crying the 3x speed storytelling is so funny ngl 🧸: i just suddenly missed her, so i called and said i wanted to see her. then she was like, “why are you like that oppa” and i was like, “wow, how can you talk to me like that?” so i asked, “what are you doing? isn’t it children’s day the day after tomorrow? what are you up to?” and then she told me “oppa, you know that im off tomorrow and the day after” so i said “really? then what are you doing tomorrow?” and suddenly she goes "im going to the sea in incheon” 🧸i asked what she was going there for and who she was going with, and she said no one else just her and one friend. she has this really close best friend. so my younger sibling is going on a little outing not really a trip, more like a day trip to incheon with that friend, just the two of them. and as his older brother, of course i was worried. like, how are the two of them going to manage that? she's only in second year of middle school. 👤i thought that story was really cute…that you kissed each other to catch the flu 👤 this really feels like ‘divorce camp’ (*tv show); how did this come about? 🐰 it was probably right before the debut line up was decided, right? 🦊 yeah 🐰 it was the end of the year and it was a hard time for all the trainees…nobody could sleep or eat…and the flu was really going around at the time so a couple of people got to sit out of it…yeonjun hyung was one of them and i really wanted to sit out of it too because it means you can rest so as a joke, i rubbed against hyung and was like “hyung~ pass your flu onto me~” but the next day, i was shedding tears of blood because i was so sick 👤🤣 “shedding tears of blood” 🐰 it was the first time i got that sick, my body hurt so much, it felt like it would shatter….but the other members…something that made me feel really unfair was that if the other members were like “i feel like i caught the flu”, the dance teacher would be “okay okay, go home and rest” but starting from me, they started stopping us like “leave after you do this! finish this and then go!”…after the dance lesson, i looked like i was about to die so the dance teacher was like “this is not it, you should go home too” so on my way back to the dorm, i was sobbing like crazy because i was so sad like “why didn’t they let me sit it out 😭” because i was so sick…! 👤 so did it pass on to you when you were like “hyung, pass it onto me~” 🐰 probably..i wasn’t in contact with anyone else that got it and i was only like that with yeonjun hyung so i think it probably passed on then

Sir Lewis Hamilton's beautiful words about having his mum with him this weekend 🥹 "I've been trying to get my mum to come on the road for a while and she hasn't wanted to travel the last couple of years so she's only come to Silverstone for like the last.. God knows how many years.. and I tried to get her out of her comfort zone last year and bring her to Canada." "I wanted to take her to Lake Louise and so many beautiful places in Canada to visit and excuses kept coming up and so she promised me end of the year she said next year is the year I want to travel with you so we did China together which was honestly the best time we'd ever had together and and then she asked me if she could come to Montreal and I was like absolutely but I think also because it is a really great city to come to it's really good restaurants here there's such a buzz in town and I was like do you want to bring a friend and she's like no I just want to come spend time with you." After many long hours of trying to reassure my daughter, Rafif, that the medicine in her mother’s hand is there to help her recover and come back to us healthy, I’m grateful to say that she finally understood. The sweetest moment was when Rafif started kissing her mother’s hand, as if she were praying for her to get well soon. These may seem like small gestures, but for a little girl carrying so much fear and love in her heart, they mean everything. Rafif wanted to be part of this video herself. Again and again, she tried to hold the phone in her tiny hands, eager to help record this special moment. What made her even happier was the arrival of her aunt and her cousins, who came to spend a few days with us. Seeing her play and laugh with children her own age gave her a little escape from the harsh reality we continue to live through. Thank you to everyone who keeps our family in your prayers and stands by our side. Your kindness and support give Rafif and our family the strength to keep going. ❤️

After October 7 and until today, many Israelis volunteer in hospitals to help take care of the wounded. These two beautiful souls, which sadly I don't have their names, did something that for some of you may seem meaningless. But for a girl who was critically wounded and survived, it meant the world. This is their story - WAR DIARY : "We went to the hospital for Noam, a sweet 19-year-old soldier who was serving in the Gaza Division when terrorists broke into the base and threw grenades into a Migunit (bomb shelter) in which she was hiding . Not only that, they also came back and while she was lying covered with blood, shot her again to verify she was dead. Luckily for her, the bullets went in and out the other side and thank God Noam is with us. Following the impact of the grenade, the gunshots, the blood and soot, her hair became a whirlwind that caused a big knot. Noam who was lying like this for days, was really ashamed of how she looked. She told us that she preferred her hair over her leg. Everyone laughed, but I completely understood what she meant. Her body was healing and now she needed her femininity back, so she could feel normal again. After 7 hours we managed to overcome the knot, wash and comb her hair.
