If I had a nickel for every time I’ve seen a Soviet-era experimental animation that depicted a housewife as a hen, I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice.

Russia has some pretty good animation at times in my opinion

God I love how weird and non-human they are while still reading as people. I feel like I've seen ladies who look like both of them despite them essentially being bird homunculi.
