Nikita Miller expressed disbelief that the migrant who nearly killed him received German citizenship. Not only that, but he was released on the same night of the stabbing by the judge. "Nothing has been done so far. The perpetrator was released the same night with the statement: 'He no longer poses any danger.'" Miller told the court that he only survived because he successfully fought back during the random attack. However, during the 20 second fight, Miller suffered 5 serious stab wounds, including a head stab wound that was 15 cm (6 inches) long and required 12 stitches. The justice system argued that since the migrant did not kill Miller, he could not be charged with attempted murder and had his charge dropped to bodily harm. The most incredible aspect of the case may be that Miller told German news outlet Express that the suspect was granted German citizenship despite the stabbing attack. The suspect's nationality has never been released. Since the incident, Miller has moved from Cologne to Norway, citing safety concerns in Germany and his struggle with the justice system. He psychologically dealt with the knife attack through therapy, but could not stand the thought of something happening to his family. "I thought, if something happens to my wife or my family and I have to struggle with this justice system again, I won’t survive it a second time. And then I said, 'We have to move.'"

And that's true in our families, in our parenting, in our marriage, in our companies, in society. If we want it, go earn it. If that's positivity, have positivity. I think and I am a positive person. I am jacked. I am excited. Obviously, you can feel my energy through technology here, I hope. Frankly, think positive people just need to get a lot stronger. I really do. I mean, I don't want to call them weak because people hear that differently but it kind of is. Look, if you want that positivity to stick, you’ve got to get tougher. Not sacrifice your love and your care and your empathy, but you got to get tough. And then we have to figure out how to love the people who are cynical because I don't think there's a ton of bad people in the world and I don't think there's a ton of bad people on teams. But I do think there are people who've been burned out. I do think there are people who have been through things in their lives. They've been through things in their company. They're experiencing stuff somewhere else. For whatever reason, they just kind of got run down and cynical and negative, or whatever. Or they're just wired a little different than we are. And I don't to hate on those people. I want to win those people. They don't have to be like me. They don't have to have my energy. But I want those people on my team. I want to love those people. And if eventually they choose that they don't believe in the same things that I believe in, I want to make it really clear and obvious that they don't want to be on this team because we're not about that. You know what I'm saying? I want it to be very easy, obvious, that, ‘Hey I should not be on this team. I’ve just been feeling really grateful lately. Life is not where I want it to be yet. I’m still trying to figure things out. I’m still working, still trying, still hoping things get better. I’ve just been feeling really grateful lately. Life is not where I want it to be yet. I’m still trying to figure things out. I’m still working, still trying, still hoping things get better. But when I stop and really think about everything I’ve been through, I’m proud of myself. There were so many times I didn’t know how I was going to get through something, but somehow, I did. I’m still here. I’m still dreaming. I’m still building my life. And honestly, that means a lot to me. If you hate KAT, I suggest you reconsider... "I feel like other than losing a child there's nothing worse you could go through and it builds you up and it strengthens you beyond measure. That's why I got Philippians 4:13 and the date tattooed on my neck. I could do all things through Christ who strengthens me but I was strengthened on April 13 when I lost my mother. That's been my favorite Bible verse my whole entire life since I was little. I didn't know the significance it would have in my life when I became an adult. But what I do know is that I truly can do anything when I walk in faith, when I walk with the angels beside me. I feel anything's possible, I feel nothing's impossible... I'm just grateful to be in this position because I know a lot of friends in mind that are not here to see this moment. I know a lot of people I love tremendously that aren't here to give me that hug or to give me that text message. I'm doing this for them. I do this for them, I do it for my mother's country, I do it for everybody in Dominican Republic, I do it for everyone in the city that welcomed my mother when she immigrated over. I’ve seen all the sub tweets when i post my before and after pictures on here about how i cheated to lose weight, or how i shouldn’t be posting pictures in a weight lost thread because of my surgery. Since 2021 I’ve actively been dieting and finding the right workouts to accompany my new anatomy. I have 20 percent left of my stomach that makes me very deficient in a lot of vitamins, which can affect my hair and even muscle retention, since I’m not able to consume them. Over the years I’ve been documenting my process, foods that work and even new workouts. I will not be addressing this again but will be helping and advising anyone who’s curious about the whole process and my journey. Do what makes you happy 💚. I know i did
