This morning, I met with the engineering team at #AlHabtoorGroup, along with our consultants and the Chinese contracting company at #AlHabtoorCity, to study the relocation of a building we own from one country to another. I am pleased that the study has been completed, and the results are very promising. We discussed all the technical and logistical details thoroughly with the team, and I am fully satisfied with the outcome. It's a beautiful thing when you have a great product. #2 Inbound 3 years ago Hexclad didn't have the reputation it does now. As Hexclad's credibility has grown, so has the amount of creators who want to work with them. Our optin rate on outreach is SUPER high, as well as the amount of creators applying on their own. #3 Product Use Cooking is hands down the best category to run influencer marketing. The pans, aprons, hexmills etc are all things that can easily be included in every post for creators posting Recipes. It's not uncommon for the average creator seeded to post 7+ times. This is just a better set than sending another face moisturizer.

First responders have put out the fires in Kyiv – at the Lavra and the Mystetskyi Arsenal. I am grateful to all the services working at the sites of the strikes, and to everyone who is helping. It has been confirmed that two Russian drones deliberately targeted the part of the city where the Lavra and the Mystetskyi Arsenal are located. As of now, 35 people are reported injured in Kyiv. Across the country, 53 people have been wounded, and 11 people are known to have been killed in this massive Russian attack. My condolences to all their families and loved ones. We are in constant communication with our partners regarding the consequences of this Russian attack and the necessary response. It is important that state leaders, public leaders, and international organizations do not remain silent. I have instructed Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and our entire diplomatic team to maximize all contacts with partners today so that international events this week and next deliver real results for strengthening our defense and increasing global pressure on Russia over this war. We need a just response to this Russian strike. Thank you to everyone who stands with Ukraine.

It’s official!! This is the moment we formally completed the acquisition of Chaitanya. It is surreal to look back over the last decade. Svatantra was the very first company that I founded with a vision to provide financial services to every woman in every corner of Bharat, to bank the unbanked. Today marks a huge step as we welcome Chaitanya formally into the Svatantra family. Today, one of our internal operational accounts - used only for liquidity provisioning on a partner exchange - was compromised due to a sophisticated server breach. I confirm that the CoinDCX wallets used to store customer assets are not impacted and are completely safe. Before I share further details on this, I would like to highlight that: -No customer funds have been impacted -Your assets remain completely safe and protected in our secure cold wallet infrastructure -All trading activity and INR withdrawals are fully operational The incident was quickly contained by isolating the affected operational account. Since our operational accounts are segregated from customer wallets, the exposure is only limited to this specific account and is being fully absorbed by us - from our own treasury reserves. Our internal security and operations teams have been working through the day along with leading cybersecurity partners to investigate the matter, patch any vulnerabilities and trace the movement of funds. We are collaborating with the exchange partner to block and recover assets, including coming out with a bug bounty program soon. Every security incident is a learning and we will learn from this and further strengthen our platform, more importantly this is our time to win this war against cyberthreats in the industry and we commit to work together with experts to secure our industry. You’re Valentino first Thai female brand ambassador, how feel when they chose you and when feel most connected with the brand? I’m very very excited. And the first time I went to the ready to wear, I feel so fulfilled. And working with the team, Hq was so much fun. Now we have a strong bond and I feel like they are my second family. I’m happy every time I get to meet with team and do something together. And the upcoming projects, I feel, are me. Very artistic, both Valentino and Freen. How was meeting Alessandro Michele. Met Home 4 times. The first time—ready to wear—I was so nervous. Didn’t know what to say to him… nice to meet you, congratulations… it was the first collection that I explored with Valentino and they happened to change the designer at that time. Was excited. The clothes and show very very beautiful. It’s been two years and I can still remember the music at the show… do you? 🎶🎶 Yes… exactly… I loved it. The cracked glass/window floor. The first time I saw his design for Valentino and I was like… wowww how can it be this beautiful. The silhouette.. music… show…. Vibe… wow. It was like I was in a dream. Been to four events. Ready to wear and the latest one—Haute Couture—I talked to him a lot as we become closer. The second and third event he said.. hi, Freen… he remembers me. So the haute couture we talked about fashion… I said I like this that and congratulated him and that I’m excited for the next event. Then kiss kiss goodbye. The difference in ready to wear and haute couture is the delicacy. So many embroidery… much different in the techniques. Especially when you get to see it up close, it’s very clear that there are much more details. Also, the color is very beautiful. The show is very creative… I look forward to it every time—how will the show be, what music will they use, what’s the direction. And I love that they like to always have historic references. Reinvent history or changes our perspectives. Like the latest show, I read the newspaper they hand out at the event, it says we get to watch a private fashion show even though we’re in a public space. If I didn’t read it, I wouldn’t know. Like we look through a square hole. If I look from a distance, I see a portion of a silhouette eg just the dress. But if I press my face up close, I can see from head to toe. It’s like… if we don’t look with a frame but look without a frame, we will get to see all the beauty. It’s so so good. Very very excited to be there. Excited to represent their clothes and accessories. And when arrive at the show, excited to see what they will show and wow us. MC: listening to you, your level of involvement with the show is so high. It’s so much fun. Every time I go, I get excited when I enter the room and get to see what’s inside the mystery box set. There will be flowers and handwritten letter. And excited to see what’s the mystery. The latest time is a bell. The one I was really confused was the red toilet… the mystery was a red tile. Before the show I was like… what does it mean? So cool. When you see the hint, you get excited trying to decipher it. It’s only after the show that you go.. ahhhh.

This is what President Trump and I discussed in Ankara, and it’s time we moved forward on this. We also explored other areas of partnership regarding non-offensive military equipment during our meeting. Our teams – both at the government level and from the private sector – will stay in close touch to work out. Thank you to the United States for its support for Ukraine.

At exactly 6am on 20th August 2019, four people entered a brand new studio and started a journey along an uncharted path. When I switched on the four microphones that morning I was excited at launching yet another station, but I also had butterflies in my stomach; would this work? Would the audience embrace four hours of non-stop talk during their busy morning commute? The four of us with CT Muga, Ndu Okoh and Njeri Thorne took on the new assignment with dedication and a true belief that we could do it. Outside of that studio was our producer Brian Evusa, the Programmes Controller Brian Obara and, although he wasn’t in the studio, the Radio General Manager Tom Japanni was present. It has been a great journey building The Situation Room to what it has become and we have very many people to thank, not least the team of producers, marketing, commercial, technical and other colleagues. The Situation Room has become the home of Kenya’s Biggest Conversations and it continues to host many thought leaders, community influencers, different professionals and duty bearers. The biggest part of this show has been the audience who tune in on radio, Tv or digital platforms. It’s humbling whenever people reach out on calls, text or approach us with compliments, comments and suggestions for the show. On this 6th day of January 2025, my heart is heavy as I bid kwaheri to the brilliant team of colleagues at Spice FM and the Standard Group. I am grateful for the opportunity to once again be a part of Kenya’s oldest private media house and I am proud of the teams that I leave behind in radio, TV and print. I love the thrill of creating and starting new things and I have been blessed to do just that. I was privileged to be there at the launch of Kenya’s first 24hr religious media house - Family FM and Family TV, the first 24hrs vernacular radio station - Kameme FM and the first 24hr news and information TV station - K24. The police have failed in their duty to properly and fairly investigate – preferring instead to support one side over the other in a debate. All this has done is erode the faith the public should be able to have in the police. We are sick of two tier policing and I hope with today’s verdict it will end. I have suffered greatly in my fight to protect women and children from what I believe to be a dangerous ideology. But I am proud that I have never given in and I will not do. I have been lifted through support from friends and strangers, from women’s rights groups to London cabbies who have taken the time to stop and shake my hand. I am very excited to say…I am going on tour! 🤩 For too long people haven’t been able to access the right information or indeed the right treatment, which is barbaric. My mission is to ensure that all women, and men, have access to evidence-based information, so they can make their own choices about their treatment. This Theatre Tour will be a real privilege and gives me the platform to share my own experiences in a way that women can connect with, so everyone can feel empowered to improve their future health, their symptoms and most importantly open the conversation up across the different generations. I am going to be accompanied by Dublin-based comedian Anne Gildea and together we will deliver an entertaining show that will educate and raise awareness about menopause, challenge misconceptions and advocate for better healthcare for women. Quick Walkthrough of the new Claude Cowork feature Overall, I am very impressed! It is fast, intuitive and completely hides the complexity of Claude Code Notables features: - Every session is Sandboxed by default - Multiple chats in parallel with no issues - ToDo list tracked as Progress GUI - Chrome is seamlessly controlled - Built in artifact viewing - Skills are supported out of the box - Claude connectors from marketplace work Very excited to see the direction the Anthropic team take with their interface design This is very natural feeling and am sure anybody non-technical could easily pick it up with little effort I really like that they have took the canvas approach and not tried to create obfuscated tools What I can see from here, is that they respect their users and are craftsmen with their intent The pandoras box that has now opened is what happens to the terminal Claude Code Is is true to what Dax (dax) said, that they didn't fix the flicker because they (Anthropic) don't believe people will be looking at the agents work anymore? The earthquake in Colombia has hit me harder than I can put into words. When the call came in from the Office of the First Lady of Colombia, I immediately reached out to my great friends Andrés DePaw and Greg and Marianne Schaller so we could coordinate this massive effort. Working directly with the First Lady’s office, I contacted the CEO of AdventHealth, who stepped up immediately and donated a full truckload of the specific surgical supplies that were urgently requested. I then called my team of lawyers and community professionals, and without a second thought, everyone showed up. We spent the night loading the airplanes, working late into the early morning hours to ensure every pound was secured. We took off at 9 AM, and by 1 PM, we had landed in Colombia. The supplies were met by the Minister of Health, the Army, and local leadership, and they are already en route to the remote hospitals where they are needed most, to help the children and families suffering right now. I stood on the tarmac with my team, people who dropped everything at a moment’s notice to stand with me. We weren’t just moving cargo; we were moving hope. We filled our jets with over 5,000 pounds of critical medical gear, including advanced surgical instrumentation, trauma stabilization kits, sterile dressings, antibiotics, IV fluids, and life-saving anesthesia supplies—everything necessary for the surgeons on the ground to perform emergency operations and save lives. To the people of Colombia: I love you, and my heart is attached to your country in a way that goes deeper than business or politics. You are family. It was an honor to be called upon, and I am so proud of my team for showing up when it counted. We saw a need, we acted decisively, and we got it done. My prayers are with you all. Today is my 37th birthday. Yesterday I went to the US senate and spoke my truth - as a physician, as a woman, and a living being striving to act on the signals I am perceiving and the intuition I feel. If there is one thing I feel at this moment in my life at 37, it is that cultivating healthy bodies is of real importance as it is one of the ways that we honor this mysterious MIRACLE of life and nurture the material receiver through which we might be able to connect with spirit, with God. Our unhealthy bodies are a distraction and impediment to the bliss that we can experience right now in the simple recognition of our oneness with all things. Right now, many levers of society in our material world make being healthy extremely challenging for so many. There is mass suffering that needn’t be, because we are - I believe - distraction, confused, and lost, In the swirl of the cosmos, there is something happening in our little corner that feels like it glitching. Life is on assault. Our Earth, the Mother through which God allowed us to come into human form by assembling atoms from her into us, is being destroyed at our own hands, and so of course, so are we. We have broken the cycles of life, and so we are, or course, breaking. I don’t believe the answers to this are going to be strictly technological, because technology often seems to have the intent of outsmarting nature, with I don’t think is possible. I believe they need to be based in humility, care, and respect for our Mother. 🌎 We, together, can right all of this. I think we can do it rapidly. I think we NEED to do it rapidly. We can protect our earth, protect each other, and get back on track to pursue our highest calling in this precious moment in this lifetime. This is what I came to say to the US government yesterday. PROFOUNDLY grateful to the other speakers on the panel, Senator Ron Johnson , Robert F. Kennedy Jr , and Calley Means for leadership on this panel.

Update: In the name of Allah, the most Compassionate, the most Beneficent. I am pleased to announce that the construction of extra classrooms in LEA Rafin Guza has been finalised. For more details, the public can view all our socials for necessary updates as evidence. As stated in the updates, we intend to add greenery to the school playground and work with a local artist to beautify the school. The main purpose of this update is to provide the latest update from my Special Adviser, M&E on Projects Ahmed Makama. This was his message, ‘‘good afternoon Honorable, according to the Supervisor Engineer Mustapha Abdulfatai, the contractor has confirmed that furniture delivery is expected soon, either tomorrow or the next day.’’ Rafin Guza in Kawo has the highest poverty rate among the 12 Wards in Kaduna North and we prioritised this LEA due to overcrowding issues. Despite the delay, the contractor whom I have never met has done well and has always communicated the progress to my team. We are grateful for that. We intend to do the same in Unguwar Shanu/Abakwa Ward very soon by the grace of God. Thank you and God bless. Our negotiating team delivered a detailed report following their meetings in Switzerland. In particular, we discussed aspects that could not be addressed over the phone. I’m grateful to the team for their precise work within the directives, and also for their patience in all conversations with the Russian side – which have not always been easy or reasonable. It is important that envoys of the U.S. President are also doing everything possible to keep the negotiations constructive, and Ukraine fully supports them in this – our contribution is always focused solely on constructive engagement. We believe that real opportunities to end the war with dignity still exist, and the world’s ability to pressure the aggressor could significantly help ensure that a dignified peace replaces the war. We count on another round of negotiations being organized very soon, as early as this February, and on that round becoming truly productive. Ukraine’s responses to the most difficult questions ahead of the next meeting are ready. The priorities for our negotiating team for the future meeting in the trilateral format and with the United States have been defined. We continue working to ensure readiness for leaders to meet and resolve issues that cannot yet be settled at the team level. It is the leaders’ format that could prove decisive in many respects, and Ukraine is ready for such a format. The team must also secure conditions for progress on humanitarian issues – POW exchanges must continue. We expect that an exchange will be possible very soon. I would like to note separately our European partners: Europe is actively engaged in the process of ending the war, and Europe’s role must grow. We will coordinate with our partners. Ukraine always defends our shared European interests. I thank everyone who stands with Ukraine!

The attached video is an interesting clip from a news article just before the referendum vote. Make no mistake, the black population was ready for a fight and if the vote was NO, that we would have had a full on civil war on our hands. The question that I have to ask myself, after seeing with my own eyes many, many times how the mobs scatter after the first bullet flies, is how they would have stood up to the Armed Forces of the Republic. Should it have resulted in an outright war and the gloves were completely off, my personal feelings are that the numerical advantages of the enemy would have been neutralised by artillery and airstrikes into the townships. Not that I would have ever hoped for this, but this is the reality of war. With water, power and supplies cut off and disease spreading, I do not think that the 'majority' could have held out forever. Wouter Basson could have been properly unleashed and entire townships wiped out with poisoned water supplies and other nefarious means. Let's not even talk about our nuclear weapons, which would have most certainly drawn other nuclear powers into the war, some with us and some against us. Nukes aside, we would have had our work cut out for us with communist reinforcements arriving from neighbouring countries. SWAPO were formidable opponents and with them now well equipped, we could have faced some indiscriminate artillery shelling of our own cities and population areas. The Mozambicans were battle hardened by that stage and also a formidable enemy. As always, we would have had to deal with traitors and sympathisers from our own people. As an officer, I would have been responsible for executing traitors and deserters which would not have been nice, or that nice depending on how one looks at it. The whole country would have definitely come to a standstill, possibly for decades, the losses would have been devastating on both sides, and we would not have gotten to enjoy the 1995 World Cup victory, the wonderful 1990's or any day as we know it since then. Every single day from then until now would have been different. Some of my children would not have been born and I would have most certainly lost many loved family members, friends and brother comrades-in-arms, if not my own life. My best friend through my service lives down the road from me and I see him at least a couple of times a week. For that I am blessed. I am not saying that we could not have won, I am just asking if it would have been worth it. Come to think about it. I am glad that peace prevailed, in whatever iteration of peace that we call this. It hurts real bad to think that we laid down our arms and handed over governance of our beloved South Africa to an organised crime syndicate masquerading as a political party. Ultimately true intentions are judged by results and there is nobody alive that can not see plain as day, that the intention of the ANC all along was just to loot the country for themselves without a care in the world for anybody else. They took it all and threw everybody else the scraps. A tear runs down my face when I think of what we could have become and how those wonderful late 90's could have gone on forever. How do we fix this?
