⚡️BREAKING: Hamas Statement - Major Violations by the Occupation of the Gaza Ceasefire Agreement – Phase One: Despite the ceasefire agreement signed on January 17, 2025, which went into effect on the morning of January 19, 2025, the zionist occupation and its Prime Minister Netanyahu have sought, after the conclusion of Phase One, to resume aggression and crimes against our people. Today, Netanyahu seeks to hide behind the American position, despite the fact that his violations of the ceasefire agreement never ceased from the very first moment. Second – Field Violations: 10- Occupation forces continued advancing and encroaching beyond withdrawal lines almost daily, especially in the Philadelphi Corridor, exceeding agreed limits by 300 to 500 meters, accompanied by gunfire, killings of civilians, home demolitions, and land bulldozing. 11- Delaying the withdrawal from Al-Rashid and Salah Al-Din streets, preventing displaced persons from returning for two full days, in clear violation of the agreement. 12- Preventing fishermen from returning to the sea, shooting at them, and arresting some of them. 13- Daily flights of occupation aircraft during prohibited hours (10–12 hours daily), with 210 violations recorded, including various drones. KASHMIR BLACK DAY 1. First of all, thank you very much for inviting me to share some thoughts on this solemn occasion – in commemorating the Kashmir Black Day which essentially marks the beginning of the occupation of the State of Jammu and Kashmir by India since 1947. 2. It has indeed been a very long time since the occupation started and recent treatments of India on the occupied territories do not reflect that it plans to reconsider its occupation let alone end it anytime soon. 3. In fact, India is forcefully bullying any opposition to its occupation while at the same time tightening its grip on these territories. 4. And woe upon us that while the border politics are being played out, atrocities committed on the Jammu and Kashmiri populace persists and we and all those who are concerned, watch helplessly on the side lines. 5. I do not like to draw parallels to acts of injustice and crimes against humanity as the sufferings of the victims cannot be equated from one to another. 6. And we can never really fathom the depths of these sufferings, the pain and scars that remain etched on the victims and their kin for as long as they live. 7. But parallels in the hypocrisy, the double-standards, deceptions and lies committed by perpetrators of these atrocities are similar. It is only the scale that may differ at times – as each tries to outdo the other when they terrorise their victims relentlessly and with impunity. 8. What are their hypocrisy, lies, deceptions and double-standards? 9. On the one hand, these ruthless regimes proclaim to be advocates of democracy while they commit apartheid. They express anger and disgust when their victims retaliate and hit back at them, usually on minute scale, disproportionately compared with their vicious attacks. 10. They label freedom fighters as terrorists, hiding the fact that their apartheid policies, genocide and ethnic cleansing activities for decades cannot, but spawn aggressive retaliation from those occupied. 11. And why do these occupied people resort to militancy and aggression? 12. Isn’t that to be expected from a people who had been bullied, stripped of their dignity and witness to the murders of their loved ones while the rest of the civilised world turn a blind eye. 13. Don’t all these narratives sound the same – be it in Palestine, in Jammu/Kashmir, South Africa or even Ireland in the not too distant past? 14. For that matter, most of these problems are inherited from the colonial past as they divide and carve up their former colonies and distributed them at their whims without considering the interest of the populace. 15. Unluckily today, despite contributing to the crises, the former colonialists and their allies chose to support the new occupiers and the results as we witness today are the massacres and genocide of the occupied. 16. Right now, the world watches in horror as Israel unleashes its military might on helpless Palestinians, justifying it as retaliations to terror acts committed by Hamas. 17. Israel intends to choke Palestinians in Gaza out of existence by cutting off all basic and essential supplies and at the same time suggesting that civilians in Gaza move out of the occupied territories so that it can then hit only at Hamas target and not the civilians. 18. While Israel blames Hamas for its attacks on Gaza, it does not explain why the murderous Tel Aviv regime attacks West Bank which is devoid of Hamas. 19. In fact, for the past seven decades, of which almost half of that period was without Hamas, Israel had been attacking and killing Palestinian civilians including babies with impunity. 20. Hamas and other Palestinians who decide to take up arms and fight against Israel are children and grandchildren of Palestinian civilians the Israeli regime had murdered in the past. 21. Using the same playbook, India is justifying its invasion and occupation of Jammu and Kashmir as part of an effort to eradicate militants and terrorists and to protect its border. 22. India’s revocation of Jammu/Kashmir’s autonomy unilaterally four years ago saw the deployment of hundreds of thousands of soldiers into the illegally occupied territories of Jammu and Kashmir. Along with that atrocities were committed, while placing the whole population under siege. 23. International bodies had reported that an atmosphere of fear and reprisal had ensured silence. 24. We have also heard reports of how India is attempting to change the demographic composition of Jammu and Kashmir by settling non-Muslim outsiders in the Muslim majority areas. 25. In many ways, it is not different than the Israeli settlers who forcefully evict Palestinians from their homes in land grab activities sanctioned by the Tel Aviv regime. And to ensure that the process is successful, it deploys the IDF to accompany the settlers. 26. Resistance were met with such viciousness that some helpless Palestinians just submit themselves to the mercy of the occupying forces. 27. But there are Palestinians, as in the case of the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir who would not leave their fate in the hands of providence. 28. They retaliate and fight for their freedom and liberation by any means available to them, most times unconventional. 29. The minute they retaliate and any casualties are inflicted on the occupying forces, a prepared narrative emerges almost immediately – militants from these occupied territories had committed acts of terror on the occupiers. 30. With that the Western powers which had decades of opportunities to put a stop to the occupations and assist in the liberation of the occupied peoples, side with the occupiers and regurgitate the convenient labelling of terrorists and terrorism at the freedom fighters. 31. It is indeed baffling that these leaders of the so-called civilised West cannot even understand the meaning of the term occupied territories. And they do not seem to be able to comprehend a simple concept that those standing up against the occupation are the heroes and that the occupiers are the villains. 32. What can we do against the oppressive occupiers and the powerful backers? 33. Not much actually other than continue voicing our anger and disgust to what is happening in these occupied territories. 34. We must persist in exposing the cruelties, the atrocities and the hypocrisy of the self-anointed guardian of global morality when they are actually the perpetrator of evil and backers of greater evil. 35. It seems their hypocrisy and cruelties are bottomless as when we think we had witnessed the worst there is in mankind, they come up with atrocities we can never imagine before. 36. To the people of Jammu and Kashmir. We remember you and we feel for you. We pray for your deliverance and may Allah liberate you from the tyranny. Wassalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. 👇 Why Israel Banned UNRWA in Gaza: The humanitarian aid that is piling up in Gaza highlights the immense challenges of distributing it efficiently to those in need. UNRWA is no longer authorized to manage this aid; instead, coordination must now occur through alternative channels. While millions in Gaza face hunger and medical shortages, the disruption of aid delivery is rooted not only in the war but also in Israel’s January 2025 decision to ban UNRWA from operating in Gaza. This measure was not taken lightly—it was the result of decades of problems associated with the agency, culminating in its direct involvement with terror. Israel’s decision stemmed from concrete accusations that UNRWA employees aided Hamas in the October 7 massacre, with evidence emerging that agency staff participated in or facilitated the attack. For Israel, this confirmed a long-held suspicion: UNRWA was not a neutral humanitarian body but one entangled with terrorist organizations. The laws passed in October 2024—and enforced by January 2025—formally banned the agency from Israeli-controlled areas, including Gaza and East Jerusalem. At the same time, Israel prohibited official contact with UNRWA, severing ties altogether. But UNRWA’s problems run deeper than October 7. The Pact of Omar, issued at the gates of Jerusalem almost 15 centuries ago, more than a thousand years before the Geneva Conventions, ordered Muslim soldiers not to kill a child, a woman or an old person, not to destroy a tree, not to harm a priest, not to destroy a church. Those are the rules of engagement that Muslims must accept and abide by, as should all those who believe in our common humanity. All civilian lives matter! I am outraged and grieved by those acts of violence waged against innocent civilians in Gaza, in the West Bank, and Israel. The relentless bombing campaign underway in Gaza as we speak is cruel and unconscionable—on every level. It is collective punishment of a besieged and helpless people. It is a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law. It is a war crime. Yet, the deeper the crisis cuts of cruelty, the less the world seems to care. Anywhere else, attacking civilian infrastructure and deliberately starving an entire population of food, water, electricity, and basic necessities would be condemned. Accountability would be enforced, immediately, unequivocally. And it has been done before—recently, in another conflict. But not in Gaza. It’s been two weeks since Israel put in place the complete siege of the Gaza Strip. And still, for the most part, global silence. Yet the message the Arab world is hearing is loud and clear: Palestinian lives matter less than Israeli ones. Our lives matter less than other lives. The application of international law is optional. And human rights have boundaries—they stop at borders, they stop at races, and they stop at religions. That is a very, very dangerous message, as the consequences of continued international apathy and inaction will be catastrophic—on us all. We cannot let raw emotions dictate the moment; our priorities today are clear and urgent: First: An immediate end to the war on Gaza, the protection of civilians, and the adoption of a unified position that indiscriminately condemns the targeting of all civilians, in line with our shared values and international law, which loses all value if it is implemented selectively. Second: The sustained and uninterrupted delivery of humanitarian aid, fuel, food, and medicines to the Gaza Strip. Third: The unequivocal rejection of the forced displacement or internal displacement of the Palestinians. This is a war crime according to international law, and a red line for all of us. This conflict, my friends, did not start two weeks ago, and it will not stop if we continue down this blood-soaked path. We know all too well that it will only lead to more of the same—a zero-sum game of death and destruction, of hatred and hopelessness played on repeat. Today, Israel is literally starving civilians in Gaza, but for decades, Palestinians have been starved of hope, of freedom, and a future. Because when the bombs stop falling, Israel is never held accountable, the injustices of occupation continue and the world walks away, until the next round of violence. The bloodshed we are witnessing today is the price of that, of failing to make tangible progress towards a political horizon that brings peace for Palestinians and Israelis alike. Israeli leadership must realise that there is no military solution to its security concerns, that it cannot continue to sideline the five million Palestinians living under its occupation, denied of their legitimate rights, and that Palestinians lives are no less valuable than Israeli lives. The Israeli leadership must realise, once and for all, that a state can never thrive if it is built on the foundations of injustice. Over the past 15 years, we have seen how the dreams of a two-state solution and the hopes of an entire generation have turned into despair. This has been the policy of hardline Israeli leadership—to focus solely on security over peace and create new illegal realities on the ground that render an autonomous Palestinian state unviable. In the process, it has empowered extremists on both sides. But we must not—we cannot—write off this conflict as too far gone, for the sake of both the Palestinians and the Israelis. Our collective and unified message to the Israeli people should be: We want a future of peace and security for you and for the Palestinians, where your children and Palestinian children should no longer live in fear. It is our duty as the international community to do whatever it takes to restart a meaningful political process that can take us to a just and sustainable peace on the basis of the two-state solution. This Is Orchestrated Killing.” Doctors Without Borders (MSF) has documented in a new report the “horrors witnessed by MSF staff at two clinics that regularly received mass influxes of casualties” following Israeli violence at sites run by the GHF, the Israeli-US proxy that has militarized food distribution. Between June 7 and July 24, 1,380 casualties, including 28 dead, were received at MSF’s Al-Mawasi and Al-Attar clinics in southern Gaza, located near the GHF-run distribution sites. During those seven weeks, MSF teams treated 71 children for gunshot wounds, 25 of whom were under the age of 15. The report states: “Faced with no alternatives to find food, starved families frequently send teenage boys into this lethal environment, as they are often the only males in the household physically able to make the journey. Patients have also included a 12-year-old boy hit by a bullet that had passed all the way through his abdomen, and five young girls, one of whom was only 8 years old and suffered a gunshot wound to her chest.” MSF General Director for MSF Spain Raquel Ayora, says: “Children shot in the chest while reaching for food. People crushed or suffocated in stampedes. Entire crowds gunned down at distribution points,” “In MSF’s nearly 54 years of operations, rarely have we seen such levels of systematic violence against unarmed civilians.” “The GHF distribution sites masquerading as ‘aid’ have morphed into a laboratory of cruelty. This must stop now.” An initial analysis of the gunshot wounds among patients arriving at the Al-Mawasi clinic found that 11 per cent of the gunshot injuries were to the head and neck, while 19 per cent were to areas covering the chest, abdomen, and back. By contrast, people arriving from the Khan Younis Distribution Centre were far more likely to arrive with gunshot wounds to the lower limbs. MSF says: “The distinct patterns and anatomical precision of these injuries strongly suggests the intentional targeting of people within and around the distribution sites, rather than accidental or indiscriminate fire.” The report continues: “In May, Israeli authorities sought to dismantle the UN-led humanitarian response and replace it with a militarized food distribution scheme operated by GHF. All four GHF-run distribution sites are in areas under full Israeli military control, and “secured” by private American armed contractors. The GHF has been touted by the Israeli and US governments as an “innovative solution” – a supposed answer to their unproven claims of aid diversion in Gaza and unfounded accusations of UN failure. The sites are nothing but a deadly scheme, institutionalising the Israeli authorities’ starvation policy of Gaza that started on 2 March, with the full siege they imposed on the Strip as part of their ongoing genocidal campaign.” People who manage to secure any food rations at the sites often face the risk of violent looting and theft of aid by other starved people. MSF says its medical teams were required to add a new acronym to their patient registry: BBO – Beaten By Others. This refers to people injured either in the crush of the crowd or by being beaten and robbed of their supplies immediately after receiving them. It is dehumanisation by design. In the early days of the war, amid the crowded corridors of Al-Shifa Medical Complex, a small child arrived after being rescued from the rubble of a residential block in Al-Shati Refugee Camp that had been struck by Israeli airstrikes. I carried him in my arms and saw in his fragile body the story of an entire people, and in his struggling breaths a hope fighting to survive amidst destruction and death. I handed him over to the intensive care and neonatal teams. From the very first moment, I felt that saving this child meant far more than saving a single life—it meant preserving a part of our future. In times when homes collapse and cities are destroyed, children remain our greatest treasure; they are the homeland we carry in our hearts and in our hands. Yet his journey did not end when he was pulled from the rubble. He later became one of the newborns in the neonatal units who faced another deadly threat when hospitals were besieged and fuel supplies were blocked, depriving generators, incubators, and life-support equipment of the power needed to keep them alive. We watched infants die one after another while medical teams fought a relentless battle between life and death to save them. Many of these children were later transferred to Egypt in search of treatment and a chance to survive. Since then, I have often remembered that child whenever memories of those painful days return. I do not know whether he was among those who survived and eventually came back, or among those whose lives were stolen by this war before they were given a fair chance to live. What I do know is that his face remains etched in my memory. His story reflects the story of thousands of children born into war and siege, carrying on their tiny shoulders the burdens of an entire homeland. May those who passed away rest in peace, and may those who survived remain witnesses to one of the most devastating humanitarian tragedies of our time.

Israel Is Still Starving Gaza Israel is still blocking humanitarian groups from delivering the aid necessary to alleviate the suffering of Palestinians in Gaza. In an article titled “Not enough tents, food reaching Gaza as winter comes, aid agencies say,” Reuters reports that “Far too little aid is reaching Gaza nearly four weeks after a ceasefire” due to Israeli restrictions preventing aid trucks from getting to their destinations, and that according to an OSHA report last week “a tenth of children screened in Gaza were still acutely malnourished.” A report from the UK’s Channel 4 News shows warehouses full of food that aid groups say isn’t being allowed into Gaza nearly as rapidly as needed. In an article titled “‘Under the Guise of Bureaucracy’ — Israel Blocks Humanitarian Groups From Delivering Essential Aid Despite Calm in Gaza,” Israeli outlet Haaretz reports that “Israel has implemented a new procedure requiring all humanitarian organizations operating in Gaza and the West Bank to reapply for official approval, with many denied, despite the relative calm in Gaza following the cease-fire.” They’re using bureaucratic red tape and arbitrary restrictions to put as much inertia on the effort to rush aid into Gaza as possible. As Electronic Intifada’s Ali Abunimah put it, Israel has “successfully rebranded its genocide as a ‘ceasefire.’” ❖ Still can’t wrap my head around the fact that internationally renowned activist Greta Thunberg said she was tortured and sexually humiliated by Israeli soldiers when she was abducted for trying to bring aid to starving civilians, and the world just shrugged and moved on. ❖ It’s so silly when US empire apologists cite “the Monroe Doctrine” to defend US warmongering in Latin America, as though “the entire western hemisphere is our property” is a perfectly legitimate policy to have. The Monroe Doctrine was just American imperialists telling Europe, “You see all these brown people over here south of our border? These are our brown people. You can do whatever you want to those brown people over there in Africa and Asia, but these brown people over here belong to us. Only we get to dominate and exploit them.” That’s all it has ever been, and people cite it to justify warmongering toward Venezuela or wherever as though saying “yeah well that’s the Monroe Doctrine” is a complete argument in and of itself. It’s bat shit insane nonsense and it should be rejected in its entirety. US regime change interventionism is reliably disastrous wherever it happens. It always causes immense suffering and instability, it’s always justified by lies, and it never accomplishes what its proponents claim it will accomplish. No amount of bleating the words “Monroe Doctrine” will ever change that. ❖ The US empire backs genocidal Gulf state monarchies like the UAE and Saudi Arabia because if those states were democratically governed their people would prioritize their own interests over the agendas of the west. They wouldn’t permit US military bases on their territory, and they never would have tolerated Israel and its abuses in the region. Fossil fuel policy would be set without regard for western interests. The entire region could long ago have united into a superpower bloc which rivaled or outmuscled the western power structure using its critical resources and trade routes. That’s why you see the US and its allies preaching about the values of Freedom and Democracy to the public while privately telling these tyrannical monarchies they can do whatever they want and receive the backing of the imperial machine. Not until their pet tyrant fails to sufficiently kowtow to the interests of the empire does the west suddenly get interested in advancing Freedom and Democracy in their nation. This is one of the major dynamics at play in Sudan. The United Arab Emirates has been backing the genocidal atrocities of the RSF and the US empire is placing no pressure on them to stop, because that’s part of the deal. As long as the UAE plays along with the agendas of the empire, the empire will tolerate or actively facilitate its abuses. ❖ I saw a clip of Joe Rogan telling Elon Musk that AI music is his “favorite music now,” gushing about how soulful and moving it is. Imagine admitting this about yourself in public. AI art is shallow, vapid sensory stimulation made for shallow, vapid people who don’t have enough depth and dimensionality in their consciousness to be moved by profound arisings from the human spirit. They’re just stimulus-response amoebas. If you tell me you love AI art I won’t try to convince you, I’ll just side-eye you, because while you may not realize it, you are telling me something very revealing about yourself. People who think AI art is awesome are the AI art of people. ❖ We’ve all known someone like Israel. Someone who lies and manipulates all the time. Someone who’s always stirring up conflict and acting like the victim. Someone who’s obtained everything they have by stepping on top of others. Healthy people avoid such individuals like the plague. We have labels that we use to warn others to stay clear of them. Drama queen. Narcissist. Compulsive liar. Sociopath. Manipulator. Under ordinary circumstances such people gradually find themselves socially alienated by all but the most gullible and malleable codependents, because normal people can’t stand being around them. Israel is like if everyone was being forced to be that person’s friend at gunpoint. Say nice things to the sociopath and pretend to believe their lies or you’re getting your head blown off. Nations who oppose Israel’s crimes find themselves in the crosshairs of the imperial war machine. Organizations who oppose Israel’s abuses find themselves smeared, targeted, and proscribed as terrorist groups. Individuals who oppose Israel’s atrocities get fired, slandered, marginalized, censored, and silenced. The healthy impulse we all have in ourselves to pull away from such loathsome entities is being overridden by brute force. All normal people want to turn against Israel and do whatever is necessary to end its tyranny and abuse, but the imperial institutions are doing everything in their power to coerce them to comply. We deprived ourselves of clean water to give them a chance to live. Some were lost… others survived. Their images were captured and shared, shaking the conscience of the world. After ten days, they were evacuated to Egypt in a perilous journey amid tanks and soldiers. We paid a heavy price to stay by their side… and never abandoned them. Today, they return—alive— to their mothers’ embrace, declaring to the world: That the will to live is stronger than the will to kill. And that Gaza—despite all pain— continues to create dignity, and write victory, by the will of God.
