معلومه جديدة 🤩، لأن في عيادة السمع والاتزان نستخدم Caloric Test لتقييم وظيفة الجهاز الدهليزي في كل أذن على حدة وتشخيص أسباب الدوخة واضطرابات الاتزان، وذلك بتحفيز القناة الهلالية الأفقية باستخدام ماء أو هواء بارد ودافئ ومراقبة حركة العين اللاإرادية (Nystagmus)، مما يساعد في الكشف عن وجود ضعف أو خلل في الجهاز الدهليزي
