@CommunityNotes Palestinian Islamic Jihad fired this rocket. It fell in Gaza as many do. It didn’t hit the hospital, but an adjacent parking lot. Several dozen casualties, not 500. Hamas started the war, & can end it by returning the hostages and surrendering
