الدولة نقلت سكان العشيش البدون أبناء البادية إلى البيوت الشعبية في الصليبية وتيماء. - هل سيعود السكان الآن إلى العشيش مرة أخرى؟ - على من تقع مسؤولية إيواء ساكني الشعبيات بعد هدمها؟

بيوت في الصليبية وتيماء عددها 9696 بيت وجُل سكانها من البدون. متوسط عدد الأسرة 10 أفراد تقريبًا. 9600x10 بحسبة بسيطة يكون عدد البدون بالشعبيات فقط 96 ألف نسمة.
