Why didn’t they just commit to black and white like Sin City

Color obviously is better. I don’t need gimmicks

it’s sometimes clearly shot for black and white but color can be such an important visual device i feel like im missing half the show not seeing it, wish it wasn’t an option and just made it black and white

Black and White is just a different vibe altogether!

Imagine not watching something called spider noir in b/w

I feel like this show should’ve came out with only black and white to have more people adjust to this viewing experience, and then a few months later bring out the color versions, maybe have it be a special setting for if you buy it on disc.

black and white. color looks like a set and overly vibrant to make the black and white look good and contrasty.

got bored of black and white on the first episode itself, and also the costume most of them wear are so bright and colourful and look so nice , cant appreciate that in black and white

The show is amazing. I started to watch it now. I choose the black and white version. Highly Recomended.👍🕸️

1 y 1 alternandolos.

Such a great show, I prefer the colored one

Black and white was the way to go. It feels like it was created to be watched in B&W.

Dumb of you to watch this masterpiece in color

Everything needs to be super bright for the black and white version to work so the color version doesn’t quite work right.

B/W at least on first watch, just to give it that extra noir feel

Colour one

am i right in assuming that this wasn't filmed in 'color' but 'colorized' later as they did to black and white pictures? that's the vibe i'm getting, that makes it even cooler.

Black and white films use vibrant colors to get the best look on screen. That included painting the Adams family house pink to give a better shade of black on film. That’s why the colors look so amazing. Honestly I just finished my first watch and bounced back and fourth.
