I’m so tired of these endless comparisons. Tell me honestly, does it truly matter how much a brand’s items cost? Is love for an artist measured by the numbers on a price tag? Is pride defined by a price list? When Jungkook has a new collaboration, I don’t care who’s wearing what or who outdid whom, I write only about him. And you, by the way, do too. He partnered with Calvin Klein and you called it "oh, just mass market". Then you saw the scale and the way the brand treated him and suddenly you wanted the same for your artists. You dreamed of Chanel, but Chanel chose him. And he didn’t agree for the sake of a prestigious name. He agreed because he felt their history, their aesthetic, their spirit. Jungkook doesn’t accept everything that’s offered. He doesn’t work for status. He chooses what resonates with his inner self. Now it’s Hublot and once again the race begins. Rushing to Rolex, to Patek, asking them to make your artists ambassadors. But why? So you can compare again tomorrow? Sometimes it feels like you stand beside your artists for competition, not for them and there is so little warmth in that. True love celebrates without conditions and without the need to prove anything. 🔥🔥I listened to all of this from start to finish. What you see coming out of that guest on the show is the anger that is seething within many Nigerians at this moment. He touched on so much but the bottom line is Petroleum and the president doubling as the minister for petroleum. This new dimension in recent times started with Buhari, then Tinubu followed - Presidents doubling as Petroleum Ministers. But why? Petroleum is Nigeria’s biggest income earner and the economy revolves around it. Under the secret pact for the continuation of colonization which all colonized African countries are signatories to, your natural resources belong to your colonizer. And your colonizer has the Right of First Refusal on all existing and new resources discovered in that colony, like Nigeria. What that means is, British companies for instance will be the ones to control oil drilling and extraction from Nigeria. They will have the best of oil wells and assign the biggest and second biggest and probably even third biggest oil drilling contracts to British companies and then the rest to whoever else they wish to assign them to and eventually leave the crumbs for the host colony. Same British companies will also be the first companies to be contacted or contracted whenever a new resource, like gold is discovered in Nigeria. When they have taken enough of the mining contacts and are fed, the crumbs go to people like my brother, Arthur Eze & other local players. And when they extract the natural resources, say oil, in the case of Nigeria, the money they make goes almost 100% to England and if you’re lucky as a host colony, you’ll get 4% or max 5% Royalty from the sale of that natural resource they took from your land. It is on record that only two African countries make up to 5% Royalty from such satanic brigandage of the colonials in present day Africa, and I doubt that Nigeria is one of the two. The rest are forced to make do with between 1-3% royalty! Sierra Leone’s First Lady already told you but I know many didn’t understand. Former Gambian President, Yahya Jammeh told you before they kicked him out on account of his refusal to accept this wickedness, but you also didn’t understand. The distance between first world and third world is nationalization of a nation’s wealth. Kill that agreement today and nationalize Nigeria’s oil wealth and Dubai will loan money from Nigeria. But it won’t happen because the colonials have become increasingly agitated about losing their grip on the natural resources of their African colonies, so what they started doing is imposing their own stooges and placing them in charge of the principal resources they steal from that country. What happens when their stooges sit on the resources they’re stealing is, they have even far more access to the stolen resource money and give almost nothing to the host countries - and this works so well because the people short-sightedly blame the president, calling him “thief” and “greedy.” And most of them are, but it’s all the distraction they need to finish the host country. When he got into Congress, who did he get in with right away? The veterans from the Bay of Pigs. Now, the Bay of Pigs, remember, was the CIA attempt to overthrow Castro. Now, furthermore, Rubio became a very close ally of Jeb Bush in Florida. And then on top of that, he has the Zionist connections. And these include billionaires like Paul Singer of Elliott Management, who calls himself a vulture capitalist, and Larry Ellison of Oracle, who was very close to Epstein. And they’re going to try and bail out the 20 or the 30—whatever it is now, $39 trillion—debt. They’re going to try and bail it out with your tax dollars. Let me just tell you what they’re doing in Germany, because this will give you a sense that the uprising that’s going to occur will be international. Merz, the chancellor of Germany, who wants more money for war against Russia, is going to try and cut the pension—the state pension fund in Germany—which will cause an explosion. But here’s what he wants to do: He wants to privatize it, turn it over to private funds to manage. What was Merz doing before he became chancellor of Germany? Head of BlackRock in Germany. So, this is the BlackRock hedge fund operation to steal the pensions, the same way they’re going to try and steal Social Security in this country. Now, will people put up with it? That’s the question. We’re seeing a blowback. You know, Merz is at 20% popularity. Starmer got driven out because of his connection to the Epstein class. Macron is basically a corpse—no support, under 10%. Now Trump is heading in that direction. If he doesn’t break with this network, he’s going to be next, and that will mean we’ll end up with Marco Rubio as president. So the rebellion is taking place internationally. Now, one of the things that happened with this Iran war is that because the Iranian people did not capitulate, they showed that the United States has hollowed out our military and that we depend on Israel’s intelligence. Now, that is a conspiracy theory, but it’s plausible, because the reason they want Rubio: Rubio goes back as a child to Cuban drug-pushing networks. He lived with his uncle, who was a drug pusher. When he got into Congress, who did he get in with right away? The veterans from the Bay of Pigs. Now, the Bay of Pigs, remember, was the CIA attempt to overthrow Castro. Now, furthermore, Rubio became a very close ally of Jeb Bush in Florida. And then on top of that, he has the Zionist connections. And these include billionaires like Paul Singer of Elliott Management, who calls himself a vulture capitalist, and Larry Ellison of Oracle, who was very close to Epstein. These are the Epstein billionaires. They’re the ones who pulled together the British, the Americans, the Israelis. Remember, Ehud Barak was part of the Epstein network—the former prime minister of Israel. But here’s the point, Sean: They’re trying to protect a collapsing empire. The empire is collapsing because of debt. Now, if people are quiet and accept cuts in their standard of living, they’ll be able to bail themselves out. That’s what they’ve always done. They use the Plunge Protection Team, which is another way of saying printing money or creating new credit that goes into the pockets of the swindlers, the international bankers, and is paid for out of the taxes of the average working person. And he said, “We in Ethiopia want to be like the United States used to be, where we control our own sovereignty, our own future.” That’s the thinking of a lot of young people in Africa, in Asia, that are trying to break with the International Monetary Fund and the petrodollar empire. And who are they getting support from? Russia and China. Now, what happens in the West? We have Trump, who understands this is going on but doesn’t know what to do because he’s conflicted. He’s got these people in his cabinet: Scott Bessent, the Treasury Secretary. Sean, you know Bessent’s background—George Soros. So, why is Trump having a Soros operative running the Treasury? And they’re going to try and bail out the 20 or the 30—whatever it is now, $39 trillion—debt. They’re going to try and bail it out with your tax dollars. Let me just tell you what they’re doing in Germany, because this will give you a sense that the uprising that’s going to occur will be international. Merz, the chancellor of Germany, who wants more money for war against Russia, is going to try and cut the pension—the state pension fund in Germany—which will cause an explosion. But here’s what he wants to do: He wants to privatize it, turn it over to private funds to manage. What was Merz doing before he became chancellor of Germany? Head of BlackRock in Germany. So, this is the BlackRock hedge fund operation to steal the pensions, the same way they’re going to try and steal Social Security in this country. Now, will people put up with it? That’s the question. We’re seeing a blowback. You know, Merz is at 20% popularity. Starmer got driven out because of his connection to the Epstein class. Macron is basically a corpse—no support, under 10%. Now Trump is heading in that direction. If he doesn’t break with this network, he’s going to be next, and that will mean we’ll end up with Marco Rubio as president. So the rebellion is taking place internationally. Now, one of the things that happened with this Iran war is that because the Iranian people did not capitulate, they showed that the United States has hollowed out our military and that we depend on Israel’s intelligence. The Israelis told us—Barnea, the head of the Mossad, told Trump—“The Iranian government will collapse as soon as you kill the Grand Ayatollah.” Well, we just saw a funeral with 12 million people in the street. Doesn’t look like it’s collapsed. Trump was lied to. Will he learn the lesson? Has he learned from Russiagate? Has he learned from the opposition to him that you have to throw these people not only out of the cabinet but put them in jail—the Epstein crowd? And that’s where the American people come in. It’s really going to be up to us to raise a stink. And one of the things we can do is use Section 219 of the merger of the U.S. military with the Israeli military as a way to force Congress to recognize that the American people aren’t buying this anymore. And so Donald Trump has had this gripe against me for the past 8 plus years. And again, what we're seeing right now in terms of the indictment of Jim Comey, clearly this was politically motivated. There have been the career prosecutors that resigned rather than bring charges because there was a lack of evidence, I think strongly suggests that this is something that is part of Donald Trump's revenge tour. And unfortunately, he cannot get over the past. He is somebody who has retribution, I think, in his heart and wants to hurt people, whether it be hurt them reputationally, professionally, financially, or whatever, or legally. And unfortunately, tragically, the Department of Justice now has become putty in his hands. And I think all Americans should be outraged. And I'm waiting for the Republicans, especially Republicans in Congress, to be outraged over what has happened to the Department of Justice. Question: Have you talked to any of them, the Republicans in Congress, about this? Brennan: Not recently, no. They don't call me anymore. Interviewer: I'm curious, especially because you are dealing with this personally. It feels to me that the conviction is not the point. That at the end of the day, whether or not Comey actually gets convicted by a judge at the end of this year is not the point. That it is the selling of the reputation. It is making you guys get lawyers and deal with this, making your family concerned and scared. The chilling effect that it creates to all the people who have something to say about Donald Trump and this country, whether they have power and access to resources or not. Am I right? Is the conviction the point, or is it something else? BRENNAN: Well, I think some of Trump's allies have publicly said, if we cannot charge them with something, we're going to publicly shame them. And so clearly, I think what they're trying to do is to publicly try to embarrass, defame, and disparage individuals who have given their lives in service to this country. Jim Comey, I worked very closely with him when he was director of FBI and CIA. He was trying to carry out his responsibilities to fulfill his oath of office. And I disagree with Jim on a number of issues, but I never doubted his integrity. I never doubted that he was really trying to do everything possible to continue to protect this country from foreign interference in terms of the 2016 election. So, yes, I do believe that what Trump is doing when he talks in such disparaging and profane terms about individuals. Interviewer: And he even said in a recent Charlie Kirk memorial service that he hates his opponents. For the President of the United States to say this. Is it just about disparaging individuals, though? You're the former director of the CIA. Jim Comey is the former director of the FBI. What does this do to Americans' trust in those institutions, in the FBI and the CIA and the Justice Department? Brennan; Well, I think certainly it has undermined confidence in the U.S. judicial system or the Department of Justice, first and foremost, because he's using now prosecutions against individuals. But also I think it makes the individuals within the CIA and the FBI really worry about what it is that the President of the United States may be directing them to do. He doesn't follow not just norms and traditions, but also he pushes the boundaries as far as presidential executive authority. And so I really do think in talking to a number of people, either recently retired or still in government, they really are questioning whether or not this is what they signed up for. And whether or not they can fulfill their obligations, their oath of office, in a way that is consistent with their values and the foundational principles, again, of this country. Interviewer: I realize it's a bit unusual to ask you about the potential case being built against you inside the administration. But I do want to ask about Washington Post reporting that came out this week. The Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, revoked security clearances of current and former officials who could be viewed, called as potential witnesses in the case, according to two senior administration officials. Some of these people targeted by Gabbard worked in the Obama administration at the same time as you did and could possibly be called as witnesses in the government's probe. But these potential witnesses have been labeled by the Director of National Intelligence as unreliable and traitorous, which will complicate efforts by prosecutors to build a case against you. What is your reaction? Brennan: It was absolutely appalling that she revoked the security clearances of those 37 individuals, some of whom were still in government. And there was no basis whatsoever to do that. And the story that says that because of her revocation, it really undermines the case against me. You know, I don't see any case against me. I have looked back on all of my actions and decisions. And with John Durham, the special counsel, and others that have looked at what we did, it was certainly consistent with our legal authorities and with the law. So I don't know what they're referring to there. Individuals who used to work in the government, even if their security clearances were revoked, they could be subpoenaed. They could be called to provide testimony in support of whatever allegations they have. I just don't see a case there. Interviewer: People who are in the crosshairs of these kinds of possible investigations and how it changes your entire life and how you and your family can operate. So how are you? Brennan: Well, I'm glad that Jim Comey put out that video statement the other night where he said that they're not going to live on their knees, his family, and others shouldn't as well. I'm not going to be intimidated by the likes of Donald Trump. I have always tried to speak my mind and do what I thought was right. And clearly there is a corruption and a perversion of the justice system right now within the executive branch. And so I don't know what may be coming my way, but I'm not going to do things that are inconsistent with my ethics and my values. And what it is that I believe is important, I think more people have to speak out when they see injustice. When they see a government that is abusing its authority and its power, I think more and more people have to speak out. And I'm waiting for those Republicans in Congress to come to their senses because the damage that's being done to this country and the dangerous times that we're in, I think too many Americans do not appreciate the extent of that. And certainly I think we're in for even choppier waters ahead. Interviewer: Talking about speaking out, you said that you're still talking to people inside of government. Do you think that it's time for people to hand in their resignations as a sign that they think that this government isn't functioning anymore? Brennan: Well, I'm talking mostly to people who have retired and people who are now transitioning out because they have not been able to put up with what this government is involved in right now. I applaud those individuals who will not bow to Donald Trump. So Eric Siebert, the acting U.S. attorney in the eastern district of Virginia, who resigned rather than bringing charges that he thought were hollow against Jim Comey. I think more and more individuals, if they're being pushed to do something that is either illegal, unethical, unprincipled, or inconsistent with what their responsibilities are, they need to say, no, I'm not going to do that and either be fired or resign. I am hoping, though, that we're still going to have people in the national security community, in law enforcement, who are going to carry out their responsibilities. Because this country really depends on the professionals for them to do their work. This country faces so many challenges, both domestically and internationally. And so what we can't do is be distracted by all these politically motivated prosecutions. And again, I'm hoping that my former colleagues who remain inside of the government are going to continue to carry out their duties in full faith that the American people have in them. As to the Word of Allaah the Exalted: {or strike close to their homes}, it is related to the global calamities of Allaah's cosmic war, the so-called "terrestrial, nautical, and aerial climate disasters" O leaders of mankind and their peoples altogether, do you think that the global third war of this new year of yours, 2020AD, will be lesser in severity than the cosmic and covidious war of 2020 AD and 2021 AD? Nay! I swear by Lord of the Earth and heavens that the global cosmic and covidious war of Allaah for 2022 is far superior in might and punishment for wrongdoers, and indeed Allaah Will Seize wrongdoers and their allies with a heavy punishment And O decision-makers and their governments' assembly, enough ignoring Allaah, my Lord and your Lord, the Leader of the cosmic and covidious war. That is Allaah Lord of the worlds. Furthermore, I remind, alert, and warn all decision-makers, in Arab and Non-Arab governments, not to put Allaah behind their backs [in neglect]. Meaning that, do not cast Him away behind your back in negligence, feeling safe from His planning as if He is not the One behind the cosmic and covidious war. O you who are debased before Allah, who are you acting arrogantly towards? What could you be before the hands of the One possessing the greatest power in the heavens and earth, my Lord and your Lord, Lord of the worlds? Do you see your creation (by Allaah) is greater than the creation of the kingdom of the heavens and earth? So listen to and keep in mind this great news, Allaah's caliph, Al-Mahdi Nasser Mohammed Al-Yamani, has loudly asked the heavens, earth, and mountains a question in a true vision. He asked them if any of them would like to be "Allaah". They replied to Allaah's caliph, Al-Mahdi, with one unified reply, as if it was an echo of the voice of Imam Mahdi. They said: "Nay! Our pleasure lies within being servants of Allaah", I replied with tearful eyes out of my happiness due to their response with truth to their caliph of Allaah: "You are indeed truthful". Verily, Allaah is a Witness and a Trustee, and sufficient is Allah as Witness. Moreover, they are my supporters for the cause of Allaah. Ended is the vision by the command of Allaah, and it is related to me only Likewise, Allaah's caliph, Al-Mahdi Nasser Mohammed Al-Yamani, says the same as the words of the heavens, earth, and mountains. To explain, I say that my pleasure lies within being a servant of Allaah and He Created me for far-reaching wisdom which is to be a devoted servant of Him alone no partners with Him Glorified and highly Exalted is He above what they associate with Him Accordingly, be servants of Allaah like Allaah's caliph Al-Mahdi Nasser Mohammed Al-Yamani and supplicate to Allaah to Forgive your sins, and worship Him alone no partners with Him to achieve the wisdom behind your creation by Him, which is to worship Allaah alone no partners Has He, who Created me, you, heavens and earth and what is within and between them. So fear and worship Him as He Commanded you not to devotedly worship anyone but Him and call not upon anyone besides Him. I am certainly a clear warner from Him to you. From now on, do not cast Allaah behind your backs in negligence. O, decision-makers, it is better for you to beware of Allaah as if you did not, I swear by Allaah the One, the Overpowering that He is going to Seize you with a seizure of one Exalted in Might and Perfect in Ability. Then, you cry for help and He would not Respond until you taste the bad consequences of your misdeeds due to your arrogance and corruption in the land without right. Indeed, He is All-Aware of the corrupting wrongdoers among non-Arabs and Arabs, in line with the Word of Allaah the Exalted {حَتَّىٰ إِذَا أَخَذْنَا مُتْرَفِيهِم بِالْعَذَابِ إِذَا هُمْ يَجْأَرُونَ ﴿٦٤﴾ لَا تَجْأَرُوا الْيَوْمَ ۖ إِنَّكُم مِّنَّا لَا تُنصَرُونَ ﴿٦٥﴾ قَدْ كَانَتْ آيَاتِي تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَكُنتُمْ عَلَىٰ أَعْقَابِكُمْ تَنكِصُونَ ﴿٦٦﴾ مُسْتَكْبِرِينَ بِهِ سَامِرًا تَهْجُرُونَ ﴿٦٧﴾ أَفَلَمْ يَدَّبَّرُوا الْقَوْلَ أَمْ جَاءَهُم مَّا لَمْ يَأْتِ آبَاءَهُمُ الْأَوَّلِينَ ﴿٦٨﴾ أَمْ لَمْ يَعْرِفُوا رَسُولَهُمْ فَهُمْ لَهُ مُنكِرُونَ ﴿٦٩﴾ أَمْ يَقُولُونَ بِهِ جِنَّةٌ ۚ بَلْ جَاءَهُم بِالْحَقِّ وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ لِلْحَقِّ كَارِهُونَ ﴿٧٠﴾ وَلَوِ اتَّبَعَ الْحَقُّ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ لَفَسَدَتِ السَّمَاوَاتُ وَالْأَرْضُ وَمَن فِيهِنَّ ۚ بَلْ أَتَيْنَاهُم بِذِكْرِهِمْ فَهُمْ عَن ذِكْرِهِم مُّعْرِضُونَ ﴿٧١﴾ أَمْ تَسْأَلُهُمْ خَرْجًا فَخَرَاجُ رَبِّكَ خَيْرٌ ۖ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ ﴿٧٢﴾ وَإِنَّكَ لَتَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ ﴿٧٣﴾} صدق الله العظيم [المؤمنون]. {But as soon as We seize their elite with torment, they start to cry for help. (64) ˹They will be told,˺ “Do not cry for help today. Surely you will never be saved from Us. (65) Indeed, My revelations were recited to you, but you used to back away (66) In arrogance regarding it, conversing by night, speaking evil. (67) Then have they not reflected over the Qur'an, or has there come to them that which had not come to their forefathers? (68) Or did they not know their Messenger, so they are toward him disacknowledging? (69) Or ˹because˺ they say, “He is insane?” In fact, he has come to them with the truth, but most of them are resentful of the truth. (70) But if the Truth had followed their inclinations, the heavens and the earth and whoever is in them would have been ruined. Rather, We have brought them their message, but they, from their message, are turning away. (71) Or do you, [O Muhammad], ask them for payment? But the reward of your Lord is best, and He is the best of providers. (72) And certainly, you (O Muhammad SAW) call them to a Straight Path (true religion Islamic Monotheism). (73)} 23:64-73 O Mohammed Bin Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Aal-Saud, I am fed up with my patience on you having imprisoned my supporters and on top of them Abdul Aziz Mohy Meshref Al-Shahhari, in the prisons of KSA for more than three years. And I, Allaah's caliph, Al-Mahdi Nasser Mohammed Al-Yamani, am not begging you O Mohammed Bin Salman to free them but I am indeed commanding you to decree an order to set them all free urgently without delay; in addition to, compensating them financially for imprisoning them without any right. But because they are among the supporters of Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammed Al-Yamani who calls for worshipping Allaah alone no partners with Him, removing man's injustice to his fellow man, and achieving global peace between populations, along with peaceful coexistence between Muslims and non-Muslims. Certainly, whoever opposes me in this is opposing Allaah, His messengers, and His caliph O Mohammed Bin Salman and his allies, Allaah Has Ordered me to say the following to whoever opposes Allaah and His caliph: (What is your thought about Whom Allaah is with Him). And O Mohammed Bin Salman, release my Saudi and Non-Saudi supporters from the prisons of KSA, and beware of Allaah's planning and know with knowledge of certainty that whoever defies Allaah and His caliph; indeed Allaah will severely torment him. I swear by Lord of the Earth and heavens that the global cosmic and covidious war of Allaah for 2022 is far superior in might and punishment for wrongdoers, and indeed Allaah Will Seize wrongdoers and their allies with a heavy punishment And O decision-makers and their governments' assembly, enough ignoring Allaah, my Lord and your Lord, the Leader of the cosmic and covidious war. That is Allaah Lord of the worlds. Furthermore, I remind, alert, and warn all decision-makers, in Arab and Non-Arab governments, not to put Allaah behind their backs [in neglect]. Meaning that, do not cast Him away behind your back in negligence, feeling safe from His planning as if He is not the One behind the cosmic and covidious war. O you who are debased before Allah, who are you acting arrogantly towards? What could you be before the hands of the One possessing the greatest power in the heavens and earth, my Lord and your Lord, Lord of the worlds? Do you see your creation (by Allaah) is greater than the creation of the kingdom of the heavens and earth? So listen to and keep in mind this great news, Allaah's caliph, Al-Mahdi Nasser Mohammed Al-Yamani, has loudly asked the heavens, earth, and mountains a question in a true vision. He asked them if any of them would like to be "Allaah". They replied to Allaah's caliph, Al-Mahdi, with one unified reply, as if it was an echo of the voice of Imam Mahdi. They said: "Nay! Our pleasure lies within being servants of Allaah", I replied with tearful eyes out of my happiness due to their response with truth to their caliph of Allaah: "You are indeed truthful". Verily, Allaah is a Witness and a Trustee, and sufficient is Allah as Witness. Moreover, they are my supporters for the cause of Allaah. O, decision-makers, it is better for you to beware of Allaah as if you did not, I swear by Allaah the One, the Overpowering that He is going to Seize you with a seizure of one Exalted in Might and Perfect in Ability. Then, you cry for help and He would not Respond until you taste the bad consequences of your misdeeds due to your arrogance and corruption in the land without right. Indeed, He is All-Aware of the corrupting wrongdoers among non-Arabs and Arabs, in line with the Word of Allaah the Exalted {حَتَّىٰ إِذَا أَخَذْنَا مُتْرَفِيهِم بِالْعَذَابِ إِذَا هُمْ يَجْأَرُونَ ﴿٦٤﴾ لَا تَجْأَرُوا الْيَوْمَ ۖ إِنَّكُم مِّنَّا لَا تُنصَرُونَ ﴿٦٥﴾ قَدْ كَانَتْ آيَاتِي تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَكُنتُمْ عَلَىٰ أَعْقَابِكُمْ تَنكِصُونَ ﴿٦٦﴾ مُسْتَكْبِرِينَ بِهِ سَامِرًا تَهْجُرُونَ ﴿٦٧﴾ أَفَلَمْ يَدَّبَّرُوا الْقَوْلَ أَمْ جَاءَهُم مَّا لَمْ يَأْتِ آبَاءَهُمُ الْأَوَّلِينَ ﴿٦٨﴾ أَمْ لَمْ يَعْرِفُوا رَسُولَهُمْ فَهُمْ لَهُ مُنكِرُونَ ﴿٦٩﴾ أَمْ يَقُولُونَ بِهِ جِنَّةٌ ۚ بَلْ جَاءَهُم بِالْحَقِّ وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ لِلْحَقِّ كَارِهُونَ ﴿٧٠﴾ وَلَوِ اتَّبَعَ الْحَقُّ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ لَفَسَدَتِ السَّمَاوَاتُ وَالْأَرْضُ وَمَن فِيهِنَّ ۚ بَلْ أَتَيْنَاهُم بِذِكْرِهِمْ فَهُمْ عَن ذِكْرِهِم مُّعْرِضُونَ ﴿٧١﴾ أَمْ تَسْأَلُهُمْ خَرْجًا فَخَرَاجُ رَبِّكَ خَيْرٌ ۖ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ ﴿٧٢﴾ وَإِنَّكَ لَتَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ ﴿٧٣﴾} صدق الله العظيم [المؤمنون]. {But as soon as We seize their elite with torment, they start to cry for help. Perhaps Allah may bring a victory or a decision according to His Will. Then they will become regretful for what they have been keeping as a secret in themselves(52) and the believers will say, ‘Are these the men who swore by God using their strongest oaths that they were with you?’ All they did was in vain: they have lost everything. (53) O you who believe! The whole time I was watching the discussion between Jesse Michels and Eric Weinstein and Eric Davis, I felt like there was some darker thing lurking beneath the surface that connects the seemingly intentional stagnation of physics as a scientific discipline, the extreme secrecy surrounding the alleged UAP crash retrieval/reverse engineering program and the lack of any theoretical physicists working the problem, and the government's stated intention to control (per Marc Andreessen 🇺🇸) the future of AI -- a future where there's no point investing in AI startups because “we [the government] are going to make sure that AI is going to be a function of two or three large companies. We will directly regulate and control those companies. There will be no startups.” And there's the other part Andreessen recounted from his White House meeting. He was told by the [Biden] administration that "During the Cold War, we [the federal government] classified entire areas of physics and took them out of the research community — entire branches of physics basically went dark and didn't proceed. If we decide we need to [for AI/math], we're going to do the same thing." Take a minute and think about that, because it's actually chilling. A clear precedent has been cited here -- one none of us knew about before Andreessen brought it to our attention -- and it raises two big questions: 1) Why? 2) HOW? Weinstein returns multiple times in this episode to the diminishingly small number of people who have the capacity to operate at the highest levels of physics and math. And whenever you have a small number of people who act as the natural gating function for something incredibly powerful, it's not a leap to imagine an additional layer of control being placed on them by pressure from outside. Whether that's through legal threats like "born secret," NDAs, direct threats of physical harm, money, regulation, etc., there are ways to lock down the gatekeepers so that they never do the thing -- at least not in public -- that the most powerful people in the world don't want them to do. Weinstein kept saying, about both the seemingly intentional stagnation of physics and the lack of physicists working the UAP problem, "this makes no sense." But it does make sense if you shift the frame to, "they don't want us to find the answers and are actively trying to stop us." The feeling I kept getting as I watched this fascinating discussion was that the legacy crash retrieval program used to have a lot more direct oversight and funding decades ago, but that the compartmentalization and secrecy around it turned it into more and more of an oxbow lake, and that as it got cut off from the conventional scientific community and defense establishment, it became more secretive, less well-funded, and less coordinated. So it kind of became its own siloed-off thing that fewer and fewer people knew about, but the people who did still know protected the territory fiercely. And then came the era of AAWSAP and AATIP and UAPTF, and without the deep, secret, institutional knowledge held by members of the legacy program, they tried to piece together what had happened in the past while not being able to penetrate the sort of firewall that existed partially because of controlled secrecy, and partially because of the firewalling effect of time. They were doing a lot of cold case file work, while running into the deepest of deep state secrecy efforts. That secrecy, at least based on my reading of the situation, was instituted decades ago, when the atomic-era scientific community (mostly the same group of geniuses that were at the top of the Manhattan Project) got together and -- probably at the behest of of the US government -- decided physics was becoming too dangerous if it continued down the path that it was on. So, as my spitball theory goes, they intentionally beached the entire enterprise on the shoals of string theory and quantized gravity and all the stuff Weinstein talks about everywhere he goes -- the "dogs that won't hunt" that are also "the only game in town." The very theories that have, in the real world, run physics aground. So let's come back to Andreessen's point here: they classified entire branches of physics and took them out of the research community, while real physics went off on a wild goose chase that has yielded precious few demonstrable results in the past half century or so. The effect is that the physics community has been off the scent for so long that anyone old enough to have held the knowledge that was shoved back into Pandora's proverbial box through extreme secrecy measures is now dead. And their taking of that knowledge to the grave may well be a critical part of the secrecy effort. Dead physicists tell no tales. I have this eerie sense that we scared ourselves shitless with certain discoveries (likely knowledge that followed from nuclear physics, which is itself still highly protected and curtailed) and decided that the only way to stop our headlong rush into world-ending catastrophe was to literally bury the knowledge and wait until everyone who had it died off. The government looks, at least to me, to have cauterized a destructive branch in the scientific timeline like they were the Time Variance Authority from Marvel comics. 80 years of claimed zero-progress in reverse-engineering alleged crashed or recovered UAPs. 40+ years of dead-ended physics. Only two or three major AI companies, one of which is now in a fight to the death with the Department of War. And the rumors that AI has "plateaued" or even "dead-ended" in its progress that keep springing up has potential echoes in the AI world of physics being diverted into String Theory. I'm not a mathematician or a physicist. I can't examine all the deeper particulars because I have neither the knowledge or the training. I only have surface level pattern recognition, and that tells me it all feels connected. The problem for the gatekeepers is that you can't bury knowledge that has been discovered once indefinitely. It's certain that all of this will be figured out again. And as Weinstein pointed out about a couple of non-physicists who figured out how to piece together nuclear weapons based on declassified information and publicly available knowledge, it IS happening. But it seems that at least on the individual basis, those green shoots are being pruned. Weinstein asks why none of the people who funded his education are "interested" in his Grand Unifying Theory. Weinstein is too well-known and too well-respected to just be taken out of play. They can't buy him off. They can't make him disappear without drawing more attention. So maybe they just hope that Geometric Unity will die on its own. Maybe they are behind the attacks on GU as something totally unserious. Maybe they have found a way to make other members of the physics community willing to look away. So, my question about this larger hypothetical operation to stop dangerous science and math is this: was it really just a massive kicking of the can down the road. Did they hoped it would buy us time? And if so, to what end? What are they waiting for? Can this game really be played forever? Maybe they think it can. Maybe they have an ongoing directive to keep suppressing this knowledge for as long as possible, and perhaps there's some secret core group whose job is to be the perpetual gatekeepers of potentially civilization-ending secrets. Maybe the Epstein connection to all of this was precisely because he was part of the operation to discover who was doing forbidden work and assess their progress. Maybe that's why, when he met Weinstein, he knew so much about GU. It's impossible to say with any certainty, but as a theory, it does have some real explanatory power. I find myself thinking of the fictional Brothers of the Cruciform Sword in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade -- a small, ancient, secret society whose job it was to keep tabs on people looking for the Holy Grail and stop them, so it doesn't fall into the wrong hands. Are we following the same track here? Could this, as crazy as it sounds, be the missing connective tissue in this mystery?

Whether that's through legal threats like "born secret," NDAs, direct threats of physical harm, money, regulation, etc., there are ways to lock down the gatekeepers so that they never do the thing -- at least not in public -- that the most powerful people in the world don't want them to do. Weinstein kept saying, about both the seemingly intentional stagnation of physics and the lack of physicists working the UAP problem, "this makes no sense." But it does make sense if you shift the frame to, "they don't want us to find the answers and are actively trying to stop us." The feeling I kept getting as I watched this fascinating discussion was that the legacy crash retrieval program used to have a lot more direct oversight and funding decades ago, but that the compartmentalization and secrecy around it turned it into more and more of an oxbow lake, and that as it got cut off from the conventional scientific community and defense establishment, it became more secretive, less well-funded, and less coordinated. So it kind of became its own siloed-off thing that fewer and fewer people knew about, but the people who did still know protected the territory fiercely. And then came the era of AAWSAP and AATIP and UAPTF, and without the deep, secret, institutional knowledge held by members of the legacy program, they tried to piece together what had happened in the past while not being able to penetrate the sort of firewall that existed partially because of controlled secrecy, and partially because of the firewalling effect of time. They were doing a lot of cold case file work, while running into the deepest of deep state secrecy efforts. That secrecy, at least based on my reading of the situation, was instituted decades ago, when the atomic-era scientific community (mostly the same group of geniuses that were at the top of the Manhattan Project) got together and -- probably at the behest of of the US government -- decided physics was becoming too dangerous if it continued down the path that it was on. So, as my spitball theory goes, they intentionally beached the entire enterprise on the shoals of string theory and quantized gravity and all the stuff Weinstein talks about everywhere he goes -- the "dogs that won't hunt" that are also "the only game in town." The very theories that have, in the real world, run physics aground. So let's come back to Andreessen's point here: they classified entire branches of physics and took them out of the research community, while real physics went off on a wild goose chase that has yielded precious few demonstrable results in the past half century or so. The effect is that the physics community has been off the scent for so long that anyone old enough to have held the knowledge that was shoved back into Pandora's proverbial box through extreme secrecy measures is now dead. And their taking of that knowledge to the grave may well be a critical part of the secrecy effort. Dead physicists tell no tales. I have this eerie sense that we scared ourselves shitless with certain discoveries (likely knowledge that followed from nuclear physics, which is itself still highly protected and curtailed) and decided that the only way to stop our headlong rush into world-ending catastrophe was to literally bury the knowledge and wait until everyone who had it died off. The government looks, at least to me, to have cauterized a destructive branch in the scientific timeline like they were the Time Variance Authority from Marvel comics. 80 years of claimed zero-progress in reverse-engineering alleged crashed or recovered UAPs. 40+ years of dead-ended physics. Only two or three major AI companies, one of which is now in a fight to the death with the Department of War. And the rumors that AI has "plateaued" or even "dead-ended" in its progress that keep springing up has potential echoes in the AI world of physics being diverted into String Theory. I'm not a mathematician or a physicist. I can't examine all the deeper particulars because I have neither the knowledge or the training. I only have surface level pattern recognition, and that tells me it all feels connected. The problem for the gatekeepers is that you can't bury knowledge that has been discovered once indefinitely. It's certain that all of this will be figured out again. And as Weinstein pointed out about a couple of non-physicists who figured out how to piece together nuclear weapons based on declassified information and publicly available knowledge, it IS happening. But it seems that at least on the individual basis, those green shoots are being pruned. Weinstein asks why none of the people who funded his education are "interested" in his Grand Unifying Theory. Weinstein is too well-known and too well-respected to just be taken out of play. They can't buy him off. They can't make him disappear without drawing more attention. So maybe they just hope that Geometric Unity will die on its own. Maybe they are behind the attacks on GU as something totally unserious. Maybe they have found a way to make other members of the physics community willing to look away. So, my question about this larger hypothetical operation to stop dangerous science and math is this: was it really just a massive kicking of the can down the road. Did they hoped it would buy us time? And if so, to what end? What are they waiting for? Can this game really be played forever? Maybe they think it can. Maybe they have an ongoing directive to keep suppressing this knowledge for as long as possible, and perhaps there's some secret core group whose job is to be the perpetual gatekeepers of potentially civilization-ending secrets. Maybe the Epstein connection to all of this was precisely because he was part of the operation to discover who was doing forbidden work and assess their progress. Maybe that's why, when he met Weinstein, he knew so much about GU. It's impossible to say with any certainty, but as a theory, it does have some real explanatory power. I find myself thinking of the fictional Brothers of the Cruciform Sword in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade -- a small, ancient, secret society whose job it was to keep tabs on people looking for the Holy Grail and stop them, so it doesn't fall into the wrong hands. Are we following the same track here? Could this, as crazy as it sounds, be the missing connective tissue in this mystery?

I've become a missionary with one message. Every time I meet a young person, the same words: have children, get married, build a family. I did not decide on this calling. It overtook me. And it overtook me for a single reason. I had no idea. I genuinely did not understand how much joy, how much meaning, how much sheer beauty pours out of a child until I was holding one of my own and felt the floor of my life drop into something deeper than I knew was there. I grew up white, affluent, secular, comfortable, and insulated. That world does not put babies in front of you. None of my friends were starting families. Out of my whole circle, almost no one has a big one. We were not formed by the presence of children. We were formed by their absence, by the strange quiet of homes built for two careers and no cradle. And a person believes what his world shows him. So we believed. What we believed was a lie. It is a lie with an author, and that the author is the enemy of joy himself. It is the gospel of the world, and its commandment is wait. Wait until you are older. Wait until the career is built and the savings are stacked and the twenties are properly spent. Enjoy your freedom. You are not ready. It does not arrive sounding like temptation. It arrives sounding like wisdom, like prudence, like the responsible thing, and that is exactly why it works. The most effective lies are the ones that wear the face of virtue. And the maddening thing is that it collapses from every angle at once. It is not rooted in biology, because the body is made for this work precisely in the years we are told to postpone it. The flesh keeps a calendar the culture pretends not to see. And it is not rooted in theology either. You will not find this deferral anywhere in the Christian imagination, in any of the fathers, in any of the scriptures. So choose whatever lens you like. Take the cold secular measure or the ancient sacred one. By either light the counsel is rotten. It is bad for the body and bad for the soul and bad for the society downstream of both. This is why I have come to see it as one of the central tragedies of my generation. Every age carries its own wound. The Great Depression was a depression of bread, a scarcity in the world of matter, hunger you could measure. Ours is a depression of a different order. It is a famine of the spirit in the middle of abundance. We have more than any people who ever lived and we are starving in a way our ancestors would not recognize, because the thing we are refusing cannot be bought and cannot be banked. The ones most made to give and receive this love are quietly declining it. They are walking away from the one inheritance that actually compounds, and the cruelest part is that they do not feel the loss as loss. You cannot grieve what you were taught not to want. That is the deepest cut of it. The lie does not only steal the thing. It steals the capacity to know the thing was stolen. A man can spend his whole life on the far side of a door he never knew was a door, mistaking the wall for the edge of the world. Because this beauty is not ordinary beauty. It is not the pleasure of a good meal or a clear morning. It is participation in something that comes down from above, the same generative love that spoke everything out of nothing and called it good. To make a person, to be undone and remade by loving that person more than your own life, is to be drawn for a moment inside the very act that holds the cosmos together. A child does not merely add to your life. A child reorders the soul. It teaches you what you are by asking everything of you, and you discover, kneeling there exhausted at three in the morning, that you had a capacity for self gift you never suspected, a depth in yourself you had no other way to reach. In the Gospel of John, on the last night, Jesus prays, these things I have spoken to you that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be complete. And I have come to understand why family is the road into that fullness, why it is not one path among many but the one most fitted to the shape of the promise. Consider who is praying. Christ does not come to us as a lone figure dropped out of the sky. He comes out of a family older than the world, the eternal communion of Father and Son, the love between them so total and so alive that theologians dared to call it a third person. Before there was anything, there was a family. The deepest fact about reality is not a force or a law or a void. It is a household. It is begetting and being begotten, giving and receiving, a Father who is only a Father because there is a Son. So when Jesus speaks of joy made complete, he is not pointing away from family toward something higher. He is pointing toward the very thing he came from, the life he has known from eternity and came to share. His joy is the joy of belonging utterly to a Father and pouring himself out for those he loves. When you marry, when you bring a child into the world, when you wear yourself down in the small unseen labors of a home, you are not stepping outside that divine life. You are stepping into a small image of it. Your family is a created echo of an uncreated one. The love you give your child rhymes with the love the Father has for the Son. The exhaustion, the tenderness, the way a parent would tear the sky open to protect a sleeping infant, all of it is the heavens pressed faintly into flesh, the eternal household leaving its fingerprint on yours. That is why the joy is not merely added to family but completed in it. We were made in the image of a God who is, at his very root, relation and gift and generation. To found a family is to do the most Godlike thing a creature can do, to participate from below in the begetting that God does from all eternity. Your home becomes a window. Through it, dimly and imperfectly, you glimpse the country you came from and are going to. And now a word for the young people reading this, the ones who do not yet have children. I want to tell you what it is like from where I stand. When I am out somewhere, a restaurant, anywhere, and a large family comes through the door, the noise and the chaos and the small bodies of them, something happens in me on two levels at once. The first is joy. A pure gladness at the sight, the way you feel watching something good and alive. But underneath it, almost in the same instant, a sadness reaches up and takes hold of my heart. Because I know now, at my age, after my own years of waiting, that I will never have that. I will never know the particular fruit of a family that large, the fullness of that table, the weight of all those lives gathered under one roof. The door to it has quietly closed, and I felt it close. And I am telling you plainly, because I love you and have no reason to lie to you: you will feel this too. You will. The day will come when you see what you passed up, and you will recognize the ache for what it is, and it will be too late to answer it. So please, learn from a man who got it wrong. Let my regret be worth something by becoming your wisdom. Do not wait yourself into a grief you cannot undo. Choose now, while the door is open, so that you may step into a joy that does not end.

You are stepping into a small image of it. Your family is a created echo of an uncreated one. The love you give your child rhymes with the love the Father has for the Son. The exhaustion, the tenderness, the way a parent would tear the sky open to protect a sleeping infant, all of it is the heavens pressed faintly into flesh, the eternal household leaving its fingerprint on yours. That is why the joy is not merely added to family but completed in it. We were made in the image of a God who is, at his very root, relation and gift and generation. To found a family is to do the most Godlike thing a creature can do, to participate from below in the begetting that God does from all eternity. Your home becomes a window. Through it, dimly and imperfectly, you glimpse the country you came from and are going to. And now a word for the young people reading this, the ones who do not yet have children. I want to tell you what it is like from where I stand. When I am out somewhere, a restaurant, anywhere, and a large family comes through the door, the noise and the chaos and the small bodies of them, something happens in me on two levels at once. The first is joy. A pure gladness at the sight, the way you feel watching something good and alive. But underneath it, almost in the same instant, a sadness reaches up and takes hold of my heart. Because I know now, at my age, after my own years of waiting, that I will never have that. I will never know the particular fruit of a family that large, the fullness of that table, the weight of all those lives gathered under one roof. The door to it has quietly closed, and I felt it close. And I am telling you plainly, because I love you and have no reason to lie to you: you will feel this too. You will. The day will come when you see what you passed up, and you will recognize the ache for what it is, and it will be too late to answer it. So please, learn from a man who got it wrong. And presidents for 150 years have wanted this ballroom to be built because what we have president Xi or other presidents or prime minister is coming, we don’t have a big room. We have the East Room, which is very small and he said we need congressional approval. He also said, but this is positive for us — I'm allowed — meaning we — are allowed to continue building necessary to — let's see — what is that to — safety and security of the White House and its grounds. So, it says here very carefully the safety and security have to be protected in the White House grounds. Well, that’s what we’re doing because everything's bulletproof glass and center and center, including the ballroom and it goes, construction and all of the things necessary, it says, personal safety of the President and his staff are a part of that. So, it talks about that we’re allowed to continue building. In other words, he put an order on and — even that, he gave 14 days. We don't need it. Because that's what we're doing. He’s allowed to continue building as necessary and when it talks about the safety and security of the White House and its grounds. So, just — so, you know, I wrote some of the things we a drone proof roof and it talks about the president and its staff. Well, we don’t have a lot of bulletproof glass. The White House was built a long time ago. This has the highest level of — in fact, they call this graph — this grass — this — the glass — it's been a bulletproof and its ballistic prove. It's very thick. It’s like that. And it's going 45 feet high and every window is covered, every door is covered. The roof is drone-proof. We have secure air handling systems. You know, bad things happen in the air if you have bad people. We have bio defense all over. We have a secure telecommunications and communications all over. We have bomb shelters that we're building. We have a hospital and very major medical facilities that we’re building. We have all of these things. So, that's called I'm allowed to continue building as necessary. So, think of that — for the safety of the President ---- so we have all these things. So, on that, we’re okay. Where he's totally wrong and he made in a statement, that's fine, but we're really — I’ll give you an example. You have right here, $300 to 400 million depending on finishes. If I use very expensive, marble, if I use very expensive wall coatings, if I — I could bring it up to 400. Otherwise, we're right now ahead of schedule, we’re under budget. But depending on finishes from $300 to 400 million are being given by great people — people that you all know — rich people, companies, big companies, they wanted to see this bill because every president literally for 150 years as needed a space like this. Many of you have got to that tent when we have president of a big country or somebody being honored of great distinction. And they said in a tent. And, if it rains, you get so because the grass gets wet here very fast. It's a very wet area. They used to call it a wetland, But I guess don't do that from the White House, but it's essentially a wetland. And when it rains, you're in trouble. the water can go up to 3 to 4 inches over their shoes. That's not a good feeling for prince — what — who was Prince Charles, who will — who will be here next couple of weeks — is King Charles, who’s a great guy. We don't want him to sit in a pool of water and they've been wanting this for 100 — think of it — 150 years and we’re building it and it’s covered perfectly. What's not covered perfectly is the fact that the judge said we need congressional approval. Many things have built in the White House. They haven’t gotten congressional approval, especially when the money is being not put up by the taxpayer. The taxpayers aren’t putting up a dime. This building was necessary for many years by the fact that I've many ballrooms and I’ve built many things that I know how to build. And he’s got to get out of office pretty fast. He's doing a bad job, but he’s also done a bad job in shepherding the construction in that building. WATCH: CNN’s Jake Tapper brings on Andrew McCabe and Adam Kinzinger to MELT DOWN over the FBI raids of offices and businesses connecting to Virginia state Senate Democratic leader Louise Lucas, suggesting there is a strong possibility we should not believe anything they find is legitimate.... Tapper: “The FBI will not say on the record why they executed the search warrant at the offices and businesses of the Virginia state Senator, Louise Lucas. What was your reaction to the news? McCabe: “You know, it’s shocking, Jake. And it — it raises a couple of really interesting points. First, of course, this is a search warrant. It’s not an indictment. She hasn’t been charged with anything. She certainly hasn’t been convicted of any wrongdoing. Every search warrant is accompanied by an affidavit. That’s the facts that are presented to the judge, upon which the judge determines that there’s probable cause to believe there’s evidence of a crime inside that location. We don’t see those facts. We don’t typically see those affidavits. They are sealed until that person is — is charged and brought to court. And there’s all kinds of good reasons for that. So, I don’t think we can really assess whether or not the FBI or the Department of Justice are being fully transparent here when they say, oh, this is a long-term investigation that began under — under President Biden. The second point is really what you were just mentioning. I think people have very good reasons to be suspicious of what they’re hearing from the department in regards to this investigation. There are a lot of potential political motivations here. And the fact is, this Department of Justice has lost the presumption of regularity. And it’s because of the way they’ve conducted their business in courts across this country. They’ve been found having provided misinformation to courts, ignoring court orders, violating people’s rights, injecting political language into court filings that would never see such arguments before. So, judge after judge after judge has made comments on the record that there are basically not taking the department at their word any more. And that is a very, very dangerous thing for the country and for the department’s ability to do their job.” Tapper: “Congressman Kinzinger obviously, Louise Lucas is one of the most powerful Democrats in the Commonwealth of Virginia, which just moved to add a bunch of congressional districts in favor of Democrats taking them away from Republicans. What was your first thought when you heard about this raid?” Kinzinger: “Yeah, it was the same as everybody, which is at first I’m like, is this just politically motivated? And it may or may not be. But also keep in mind, on top of, you know, the fact that Trump has gone after his political opponents, he — it’s also very rare now to see the Department of Justice, if ever, go after a Republican. In fact, Department of Justice has dropped cases against Republicans. And the President continues to pardon Republicans, I mean, pardon people that are friendly to him or have friendly opinions. And so, what’s happening is not only is the FBI being sullied and the entire Department of Justice, but frankly, this administration is not seen as doing work on good faith. And just think about this too. You know, this whole war in Iran, Iran says things the U.S. government says things up until about the last year and a half, whenever Iran and the U.S. government said conflicting things, you would take the U.S. Government’s word to the bank. But lately, that’s not the case. Iran is clearly a regime that lies. But the President clearly lies. And so, this whole crisis in truth, I think, is going to end up being something that goes far beyond Donald Trump’s two and a half years in office left. This is going to go far beyond that and go into what does truth mean for society. And I think that’s really, really chilling. And frankly, a federal government that goes after political opponents is extremely chilling, too.” Tapper: “So, any decent defense lawyer when it comes to these prosecutions or investigations of political rivals of President Trump’s, will argue malicious prosecution, which is what it sounds like, which is the President has it out for me. And this is all made up for that reason. Do you think Louise Lucas, state Senator Lucas, will have an argument there? I mean, she is not like James Comey, Adam Schiff, Letitia James. She’s not like I don’t even know if he knows her name, you know?” McCabe: “Yeah, yeah. So, I mean, really, we need to see the facts behind these actions before we can assess how strong the case If they in fact, bring one is against the — the state Senator. But absolutely those motions are more common today than they were a year and a half ago. And I should also say that in the past, selective prosecution, vindictive prosecution, those are some of the hardest motions to possibly prevail upon because the Department of Justice didn’t actually engage in that sort of behavior. And the threshold for success in those motions is very high. Not so now, right? The current Jim Comey indictment is the perfect example.” Tapper: “For the seashells.” McCabe: “Hard to imagine that a vindictive and selective prosecution motion doesn’t succeed in that case, because it is so obviously vindictive and selective.” Tapper: “Well, and they’re supporters of the President that have posted 86/46 about — repeatedly about Joe Biden. And, you know, even when those have been pointed out to the acting U.S. Attorney, acting U.S. Attorney General, he doesn’t care.” McCabe: “Brushes it aside.”
