Israel is at war. We didn’t want this war. It was forced upon us in the most brutal and savage way. But though Israel didn’t start this war, Israel will finish it. Once, the Jewish people were stateless. Once, the Jewish people were defenseless. No longer. Hamas will understand that by attacking us, they have made a mistake of historic proportions. We will exact a price that will be remembered by them and Israel’s other enemies for decades to come. The savage attacks that Hamas perpetrated against innocent Israelis are mindboggling: slaughtering families in their homes, massacring hundreds of young people at an outdoor festival, kidnapping scores of women, children and elderly, even Holocaust survivors. Hamas terrorists bound, burned and executed children. They are savages. Hamas is ISIS. And just as the forces of civilization united to defeat ISIS, the forces of civilization must support Israel in defeating Hamas. I want to thank President Biden for his unequivocal support. BBC and CNN are in panic mode after one of their main sources in Gaza was caught by Israeli soldiers. According to these terms when Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorists fire rockets into Israel but end up hitting civilian targets inside Gaza like hospitals, civilian buildings or schools, it’s Israel’s fault and because Israel’s existence provokes the Palestinians resistance, rocket fire and terror attacks. Further to that, when Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorists use the civilian population in Gaza as human shields by hiding inside hospitals or firing rockets from schools, Israel has no right to target the terrorists or rocket launchers because it is a war crime to target schools or hospitals. In order to illustrate the mutual relations between Hamas, the Islamic Jihad and the international media, Tariq admitted that the explosion in Gaza’s Al-Ma'mdani Hospital at the beginning of the war was caused by an Islamic Jihad rocket that didn’t cross the border into Israel. Despite the fact that the rocket was fired by the Palestinians the media and Hamas agreed to knowingly blame Israel for the war crime. Because it was Israel’s existence that provoked the rocket firing by Gazans. .World Health Organization (WHO) has received troubling reports of increasing hostilities and ongoing evacuation orders near the vital Al-Aqsa Hospital in the Middle Area of #Gaza, which according to the facility’s director forced over 600 patients and most health workers to leave. Their locations are not currently known. Earlier today, World Health Organization (WHO) and UN Humanitarian visited Al-Aqsa and saw large numbers of wounded people being brought in for urgent treatment. The health facility reported immense needs, especially health workers, medical supplies and beds. But staff said their greatest need was for their hospital, and its staff, patients and families there, to be protected from strikes and hostilities. Three months into this conflict, it is inconceivable that this most essential need—the protection of health care—is not assured. No hospitals are fully functioning in Northern Gaza, where another WHO mission was cancelled today due to dangers and lack of necessary permissions. Elsewhere in Gaza, a mere handful of health facilities operate. At Al-Aqsa, WHO staff saw sickening scenes of people of all ages being treated on blood-streaked floors and in chaotic corridors. An unidentified child laid dead, partially covered by a sheet, on a bed. Other injured were prostrate on the floor, being stepped over by the health staff and families. A man’s harrowing groans, either from pain or anguish, cut through the emergency ward’s commotion. The bloodbath in Gaza must end. Al-Aqsa is extremely short-staffed. Partners at Medical Aid for Palestinians and IRC - International Rescue Committee announced today that due to increasing military activity around Al-Aqsa Hospital they have been forced to withdraw their staff working at the hospital and cease activities. On 6 Jan MSF International took similar action due to evacuation orders in areas close to the hospital. During today’s mission, we were informed that evacuation orders and lack of safety had forced most health staff to leave. Tonight’s reports indicate that only 5 doctors remain. Hospital management said health workers had no food. The WHO team delivered medical supplies to support 4500 patients needing dialysis for 3 months and 500 patients requiring trauma care. WHO is planning to facilitate the much-needed deployment of an emergency medical team to support the overstretched doctors and nurses of Al-Aqsa. This will only be possible in a secure environment. In recent weeks, the lowest number of daily casualties received at the hospital was 14 fatalities and 48 people suffering trauma. But in past days this has increased markedly, with over 120 trauma cases and dozens of dead arriving per day due to increased shelling, gunshot wounds, crush injuries from collapsed buildings, and other war-related trauma. Al-Aqsa is the most important hospital remaining in Gaza’s Middle Area and must remain functional, and protected, to deliver its lifesaving services. Warmongers are about to start screeching even LOUDER 🤣 Here is the text of the MOU: The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran have jointly agreed in good faith on [ __ date] on the following: 1 — The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran and their allies in the current war are signing this MOU to declare the immediate and permanent termination of military operations on all fronts, including in Lebanon, and undertake from now on not to initiate any war or any military operation against each other, and to refrain from the threat or use of force against each other, and ensuring the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Lebanon. The final deal will confirm the permanent termination of the war on all fronts, including in Lebanon and other provisions of this paragraph. 2 — The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran undertake to respect each other’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and to refrain from interfering in each other’s internal affairs. 3 — The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran commit to negotiating and achieving the final deal in maximum 60 days, extendable with mutual consent. 4 — Immediately upon the signing of this MOU, the United States of America will begin the removal of its naval blockade and any disturbances or impediments against the Islamic Republic of Iran, and will fully end the naval blockade within 30 days. The mechanism for the implementation of this plan will be finalized as part of a final deal within 60 days. All required licenses, waivers and permissions needed for the relevant financial transactions will be granted by the United States of America. 7 — The United States of America undertakes to terminate all types of sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the United Nations Security Council resolutions, IAEA Board of Governors resolutions, and all unilateral US sanctions, primary and secondary, in an agreed upon schedule as part of the final deal. The Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States of America acknowledge the critical importance of the sanctions termination issue above mentioned, and expressed their intentions to immediately address these issues in the negotiations in order to achieve mutual agreement on them. 8 — The Islamic Republic of Iran reaffirms that it shall not procure or develop nuclear weapons. The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran have agreed to resolve the disposition of stockpiled enriched material pursuant to a mechanism that will be mutually agreed upon in accordance with the schedule mentioned in paragraph seven, with the minimum methodology to be down blended on site under the supervision of the IAEA. The two parties also agreed to discuss the issue of enrichment and other mutually agreed matters related to the Islamic Republic of Iran’s nuclear needs, based on a satisfactory framework being agreed upon in the final deal. The final deal will confirm the provisions of this paragraph. The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran acknowledge the critical importance of the nuclear issues above mentioned. They express their intention to immediately address these issues in the negotiations in order to achieve mutual agreement on them. 9 — Pending the final deal, the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran agree to maintain the status quo. The Islamic Republic of Iran will maintain the current status quo of its nuclear program, and the United States of America will not impose any new sanctions and will not deploy additional forces in the region. 10 — The United States of America undertakes that immediately upon the signing of this MOU and until the termination of sanctions, US Department of Treasury will issue waivers for the export of Iranian crude oil, petroleum products and derivatives, and all associated services, including banking transactions, insurances, transportation, etc. 11 — The United States of America undertakes to make fully available for use the frozen or restricted funds and assets of the Islamic Republic of Iran upon the implementation of this MOU. The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran will mutually agree on the procedures related to the release of these funds during negotiations. Such funds, whether retained in the original account or transferred, shall be made fully usable for payment to any ultimate beneficiary designated by the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran. All required licenses, waivers and permissions needed for the relevant financial transactions will be granted by the United States of America. 7 — The United States of America undertakes to terminate all types of sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the United Nations Security Council resolutions, IAEA Board of Governors resolutions, and all unilateral US sanctions, primary and secondary, in an agreed upon schedule as part of the final deal. The Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States of America acknowledge the critical importance of the sanctions termination issue above mentioned, and expressed their intentions to immediately address these issues in the negotiations in order to achieve mutual agreement on them. 8 — The Islamic Republic of Iran reaffirms that it shall not procure or develop nuclear weapons. The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran have agreed to resolve the disposition of stockpiled enriched material pursuant to a mechanism that will be mutually agreed upon in accordance with the schedule mentioned in paragraph seven, with the minimum methodology to be down blended on site under the supervision of the IAEA. The two parties also agreed to discuss the issue of enrichment and other mutually agreed matters related to the Islamic Republic of Iran’s nuclear needs, based on a satisfactory framework being agreed upon in the final deal. The final deal will confirm the provisions of this paragraph. The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran acknowledge the critical importance of the nuclear issues above mentioned. They express their intention to immediately address these issues in the negotiations in order to achieve mutual agreement on them. 9 — Pending the final deal, the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran agree to maintain the status quo. The Islamic Republic of Iran will maintain the current status quo of its nuclear program, and the United States of America will not impose any new sanctions and will not deploy additional forces in the region. 10 — The United States of America undertakes that immediately upon the signing of this MOU and until the termination of sanctions, US Department of Treasury will issue waivers for the export of Iranian crude oil, petroleum products and derivatives, and all associated services, including banking transactions, insurances, transportation, etc. 11 — The United States of America undertakes to make fully available for use the frozen or restricted funds and assets of the Islamic Republic of Iran upon the implementation of this MOU. The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran will mutually agree on the procedures related to the release of these funds during negotiations. Such funds, whether retained in the original account or transferred, shall be made fully usable for payment to any ultimate beneficiary designated by the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The United States of America undertakes to issue all necessary licenses and authorizations accordingly. 12 — The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran agree that an executive mechanism will be established to monitor the successful implementation of this MOU and the future compliance of the final deal. 13 — After signing this MOU, and subject to the beginning of the implementation of paragraphs 1, 4, 5, 10 and 11 of this MOU, and the continuing implementation of these measures, the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran will start negotiations regarding the final deal exclusively on the other paragraphs. 14 — The final deal will be endorsed by a binding UNSC resolution.

Rising desperation due to acute hunger witnessed during joint mission by World Health Organization (WHO), UN Humanitarian, UNICEF, World Central Kitchen to hospitals in north #Gaza; partners demand immediate scale-up of food and water to ensure population health and stability. On 23 December, WHO and partners visited, and delivered supplies to, Al-Shifa Hospital, and visited three other hospitals in multiple convoys. We thank UN Security and United Nations Mine Action Service (UNMAS) for their support. Al-Shifa was once Gaza’s biggest hospital. But relentless hostilities and massive numbers of wounded people have brought its capacities to its knees. Now, it can only deliver the most basic of first aid. The supply of 19,200 litres of generator fuel delivered Saturday will help revive vital services. However, more will be needed. The hospital’s oxygen plant was destroyed during the hostilities. Al-Shifa is also providing refuge to 50,000 displaced people, according to hospital authorities. Indeed, colleagues saw itssurgery wing and other wards overflowing with Gazans seeking safety and shelter. People there are suffering from hunger, and the risk of famine is real, as it is across Gaza. Amid dire food shortages, the search for food is forcing people into horrible states of hunger and leading some -- out of desperation -- to take supplies from delivery trucks, as occurred during the joint mission. I can only imagine the torment that would drive people to such lengths. Sustained humanitarian access is essential for humanitarians to deliver food, water, fuel, medicines, and other supplies safely,and continuously, to over 2 million people. But such guaranteed, ongoing, safe access has not yet been put in place. What the enemy could not achieve through aggression and war, it will not achieve through threats and deceit. The shortest path is to compel the enemy to honor the agreement it signed. The enemy’s threats of war will only bring it disappointment and will not lead to the release of its captives. We warn the families of the occupation’s prisoners that we have proof of life, as of today, for those of the remaining captives who are still alive. The occupation is responsible for the death of its captives, in addition to their suffering and its evasion of the agreements. The resistance possesses what can hurt the enemy in any upcoming confrontation. We are in a state of readiness for all possible scenarios. Any escalation of aggression against our people will lead to the death of a number of the enemy’s captives. The resistance has what can cause the enemy real pain in any future confrontation. The enemy’s threats to return to combat will only push us to further shatter what remains of its prestige. We extend our greetings to our brothers in Yemen for their stance in declaring their continued readiness to support and strike the enemy. The blind eyes of Western regimes see no difference; they weep over dozens of the enemy’s captives but do not care about the safety of our prisoners. We call on all fair-minded people and human rights advocates to expose the crime being committed against Palestinian prisoners. We remind the two-billion-strong Ummah that this Arab Muslim people, who have been rising for more than 70 years, are being subjected to genocide, starvation, and attempts at displacement before your eyes. What will you say to your Lord?
