🇺🇸 Based on the eye witness accounts and joint abduction of Max Morgan & Gary McKenna, Alqst Human Rights Organization updates its website to list Princess Basmah bint Saud Al Saud as detained again. American citizen, Max Morgan, the legally authorized representative and family manager of Princess Basmah, was abducted by Saudi Presidency of State Security from Riyadh Airport on September 20, 2023 at 5:00 am while he was boarding his returning flight to JFK New York after clearing customs & security and stamping his passport for departure. 2 hours later, Princess Basmah & her daughter Suhoud Alsharif were arrested from their hotel suite in Riyadh. 20 days later, British citizen, Gary McKenna, a friend of Princess Basmah was also arrested from his residence in Riyadh. Max Morgan was suddenly released in November, 2025 reportedly due to a firm direct phone call between President Trump & Mohammed bin Salman before their November, 2025 meeting Washington. Gary McKenna was also suddenly release in December, 2025. This was the last time anyone has seen Princess Basmah alive, although severely ill in urgent need for a life-saving operation that could only be performed in USA or Switzerland. The Saudi Government has continuously ignored or demands for any signs of life of the Princess for the past 9 months. #Tiger_Squad #MBS #Khashoggi #HumanRights #FreePrincessBasmah #Khashoggi_2 #FreeJohnCary #FreeMichaelMarriott #Justice4MaxMorgan #Justice4GaryMcKenna #Justice4DanialJiwani #SodomyArabia #AbductedAgain #Airline #Saudia #Riyadh #JFK

Held annually in July in Hakata-ku, FukuokaCity 🇯🇵, "Hakata Gion Yamakasa" is a Shinto ritual held at Kushida-jinja Shrine, the central shrine home of the local deities of Hakata. The festival has a 750-year history and is designated an Important Intangible Folk Cultural Property of Japan and a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. It is uniquely observed in a very traditional manner that has also been passed down for generations. All participants are males and during the festival they are not allowed to have relations with women because they are regarded as servants of the gods, and not allowed to eat cucumbers because their shape resembles the crest of the deity of the Yamakasa Festival. Large and gorgeous ritual implements called "Kazariyama" are also displayed at various places, which create a very festive mood all over the city and are great spots for taking photos. As the idea of yamakasa has roots that can be traced back 750 years, when Shoichi Kokushi, a Shinto Buddhist priest, lived in a town that was faced with a deadly epidemic. In order to remedy this problem, he chose to be carried through the streets on a float while sprinkling holy water on residents. Running through five kilometers of Fukuoka City, each of the seven teams representing the seven districts are pitted against each other in an intense race watched by crowds from all over. The floats that you see the teams carrying are known as kakiyama floats – they stand 5 meters tall and weigh a ton. Since they don’t have wheels, water is splashed in front of the participants as they run as a way of reducing the friction between the road and the undersurface of the float. The first event, the oshiotori ceremony, is held on the 1st of July at Hakozaki Shrine, during which representatives from the teams run towards the beach and fetch sand that is then sprinkled at the entrances of their houses for good luck. They also purify themselves with the saltwater from the beach before running back to their floats. Between the conclusion of the oshiotori and the final race, various rehearsals for the grand finale are held. The final race is held on July 15th but you can watch any of the practice runs held between the 10th and the 14th – some of which take place along the final route. At 4:59 a.m. on the 15th, teams will depart from the Kushida Shrine. Because the festival is so well-known amongst the locals, be sure to show up a little earlier to guarantee yourself a good viewing spot. The festival reaches its peak on the final day, July 15, with a dynamic event named "Oi Yamakasa" held early in the morning. The whole area is divided into seven districts and each district has its own float carried by participants dressed in uniforms called "mizu-happi", and they compete with one another in a timed race from Kushida-jinja Shrine to the front of the Ishimura Manseido Main Store, the former town magistrate’s office, in Susaki-machi. At the Oi Yamakasa final event, "Ichiban Yama", the first group, appear at 4:59 a.m. at the precincts of Kushida-jinja Shrine shouting "oisa!", while the drums pound and clapping rise from the spectators. They sing the "Hakata Iwai Medeta" song, which only Ichiban Yama is allowed to sing, in unison with the audience. You are sure to be overwhelmed by the atmosphere and excitement that is created. 🎥© sukegaki_0818 #archaeohistories

⚡️BREAKING: Hamas Statement - Major Violations by the Occupation of the Gaza Ceasefire Agreement – Phase One: Despite the ceasefire agreement signed on January 17, 2025, which went into effect on the morning of January 19, 2025, the zionist occupation and its Prime Minister Netanyahu have sought, after the conclusion of Phase One, to resume aggression and crimes against our people. Today, Netanyahu seeks to hide behind the American position, despite the fact that his violations of the ceasefire agreement never ceased from the very first moment. The occupation’s conduct and breaches during the first phase of the agreement prove beyond doubt that its government was intent on collapsing the agreement and actively worked toward this goal. In this context, Netanyahu’s recent decisions to adopt American proposals to extend Phase One, with arrangements contradicting the agreement, are an exposed attempt to evade the agreement and avoid entering Phase Two negotiations. Below is a summary of the most significant violations of the ceasefire agreement by the occupation during Phase One: First – Violations Related to Humanitarian Relief, Shelter, and Protocols: 1- Not allowing the entry of 50 fuel trucks daily as stipulated in the agreement. Instead, only 978 trucks entered over 42 days, averaging 23 trucks per day. 2- Banning the commercial sector from importing fuel of all types, despite an explicit provision in the agreement permitting this. 3- Allowing only 15 mobile homes (caravans) to enter out of the 60,000 agreed upon, in addition to a limited number of tents. 4- Preventing the entry of heavy machinery necessary for clearing rubble and recovering bodies—only 9 machines were allowed in, while the sector needs at least 500. 5- Blocking the entry of construction materials needed for infrastructure rehabilitation and hospital restoration. 6- Preventing the entry of essential medical equipment to rehabilitate hospitals, and allowing only 5 ambulances. 7- Refusing to permit the entry of civil defense equipment. 8- Preventing the operation of the power plant and blocking the entry of necessary supplies for its rehabilitation. 9- Blocking the entry of cash liquidity into banks and refusing to exchange damaged currency notes. Second – Field Violations: 10- Occupation forces continued advancing and encroaching beyond withdrawal lines almost daily, especially in the Philadelphi Corridor, exceeding agreed limits by 300 to 500 meters, accompanied by gunfire, killings of civilians, home demolitions, and land bulldozing. 11- Delaying the withdrawal from Al-Rashid and Salah Al-Din streets, preventing displaced persons from returning for two full days, in clear violation of the agreement. 12- Preventing fishermen from returning to the sea, shooting at them, and arresting some of them. 13- Daily flights of occupation aircraft during prohibited hours (10–12 hours daily), with 210 violations recorded, including various drones. The total number of field violations reached 962, distributed as follows: • Martyrs: 116 • Injured: 490 • Aircraft violations: 210 • Gunfire 77 • Vehicle incursions: 45 • Bombardment and targeting incidents: 37 • Arrests of drivers and fishermen: 5 • Total violations: 962 Third – Violations Related to Prisoners: 14- Deliberate delays in prisoner releases, despite the agreement stipulating release one hour after the exchange of occupation prisoners. 15- Preventing the release of the final batch of 600 prisoners in Phase One for five days, under false pretexts. 16- Forcing released prisoners on February 15 and February 26 to wear clothing with Nazi and racist connotations. 17- Failure to disclose the names of hundreds of Palestinian prisoners from Gaza, revealing only 2,400 names. 18- Subjecting released prisoners to beatings, humiliation, torture, and starvation until the moment of their release. 19- Refusing to release elderly prisoner Siham Musa Abu Salem (70 years old) from Gaza.

OpenAI just got OFFICIALLY flagged as a company that might not be able to pay its bills. S&P Global Ratings just cut Oracle's long term credit rating from BBB to BBB-. One more cut and Oracle becomes a JUNK rated company for the first time in its history. But the reason S&P gave is what's really interesting here... They named OpenAI as a "key credit risk" inside the report. OpenAI is a private company. It carries no credit rating and has never been profitable. And a ratings agency just took the risk of that company failing and wrote it directly onto the credit file of a public company held inside pension funds and bond funds all over the world. OpenAI accounts for roughly HALF of Oracle's remaining performance obligations. That's the famous $638 billion backlog every bull points to as the reason to own the stock. Half of the asset is the risk. And then there's the maturity trap: Oracle's data center leases run 15 to 19 years. Its cloud customer contracts run about 5 years. Oracle disclosed both figures in its own annual report. So Oracle is signing 19 year obligations to serve 5 year promises made by a customer that has never earned a dollar of profit. If OpenAI cannot pay, Oracle gets left holding data center leases it may not be able to exit, and may have to re-lease to somebody else on worse terms. That is the entire downgrade in one sentence. The numbers underneath: Oracle spent roughly $55.7 billion on capital projects in fiscal 2026 and posted negative $23.7 billion in free cash flow. S&P now expects the fiscal 2027 cash flow deficit to widen to around negative $42 billion. That is nearly DOUBLE its previous estimate, and the agency admitted it had underestimated how much Oracle would need to spend. Oracle plans to raise up to $40 billion in fiscal 2027, including a potential $20 billion share sale that would add roughly 4.8% to its share count. They literally cannot borrow more without triggering the next downgrade, so shareholders are being diluted to protect the bondholders. And the funny part is that on the day of the downgrade, Oracle's stock went UP 2.65%. But on that same day, the spread on Oracle's BONDS widened. Equity investors looked at the $638 billion backlog and bought. Credit investors looked at the identical company and demanded to be paid more for the risk of holding it. Credit investors are the ones whose entire job is to price what goes wrong, so they just repriced Oracle. For context, Microsoft is rated AAA, Alphabet is AA+, and Amazon is AA. Oracle is chasing the same AI contracts from seven to nine notches further down the ladder. The day after the downgrade, the UK named Oracle, alongside three other cloud providers, a critical third party to the British financial system. Supervision by the Bank of England begins July 13. Oracle is the only one of those four sitting one notch above junk. Now follow the chain: OpenAI has never made a profit. OpenAI is half of Oracle's backlog. Oracle is one downgrade from junk. Oracle is now formally load bearing infrastructure for British banks. The business risk of an unprofitable private startup has traveled through a corporate balance sheet and landed inside the supervisory perimeter of a central bank. Nobody designed that. It happened one contract at a time. And the demand IS real. Oracle's cloud infrastructure revenue grew 93% last quarter. If this buildout works, it becomes one of the great corporate reinventions in history. But the whole structure now rests on one question that no rating agency, no bank and no regulator can answer: Can OpenAI pay its bills?

A while back, Sreeram Kannan and I had an wonderful conversation with Andy Hall, Prof Stanford Graduate School of Business and Senior Fellow Hoover Institution, on two central topics of our current times: post-AGI governance, and post-AGI research institutions. Some of the important points we discussed in depth for post-AGI governance were: (1) are AI agents are net-positive or net-negative for democratic governance, (2) what is the worst-case scenario if a small number of labs become the default provider of civic agents without strong accountability, (3) principle-agent problem in case of agentic delegation, (4) what does a “democratic override” actually look like as a system design in an agentic republic ? In relation to post-AGI research institutions, we went deep into Andy's thesis on 100x research institution ( (1) what does 100x represents? Does it represent output in terms of quantity or is it more about quality? (2) what happens to grad students if many of research functionalities in academia get automated?, (3) what does grants from NSF and other philanthropic organizations look like in post-AGI research environment? Listen to the full episode at PostAGI. 3:17 Why direct democracy has never worked 4:56 Elon wants a Mars colony run by direct democracy 10:14 Agents at the edge of a democracy or agents at its center 15:09 The near-term risk is concentration of power, not a rogue model 17:27 What Meta learned building the Oversight Board 22:43 Facebook put its terms of service to a vote of 350 million users 26:09 Sortition, community forums, and the problem of binding power 35:17 What verifiable agents actually require 39:37 Preference drift, where aligned agents stop being aligned 43:31 What 100x actually multiplies 50:50 His MBA students got an AI proxy advisor to flip its vote on a Disney proposal 1:03:06 They told the agents they would be deleted. JUST IN: 🇺🇸🇻🇪 Footage of US forces seizing its sixth Venezuelan oil tanker in the Caribbean Sea. But that is not the story. The story is where Trump put the $500 million from the first sale. Not Washington. Qatar. Venezuela owes $170 billion to international creditors. Bondholders. China. ExxonMobil. ConocoPhillips. Everyone. Any US bank account would be seized within hours through litigation. So the administration deposited the proceeds in Doha. A “neutral venue” where money flows freely with American approval and cannot be touched. One Executive Order bypassed 80 years of international debt law. Now it gets surreal. Trump at the White House January 9: “China can buy all the oil they want from us.” “Russia can get all the oil they need from us.” He is selling their ally’s oil back to them. Through accounts they cannot access. In a country that owes them billions they will never collect. Rubio simultaneously demanded Venezuela sever all ties with Beijing and Moscow. The math: 6 tankers seized in 13 days $500 million first sale $2.8 billion initial tranche 303 billion barrels total reserves $170 billion in claims now worthless That 303 billion figure is not propaganda. OPEC 2025 Statistical Bulletin. US Energy Information Administration. Both verified. 17% of all known oil on Earth. Larger than Saudi Arabia. January 3: Capture the president January 14: Sell his country’s oil January 15: Deposit the money where his creditors cannot reach it Twelve days from extraction to revenue capture. No nation has done this since 1945. The template is now operational.

Elon told Katie Miller it would be impossible to restart with $1,000. He's worth $800 billion, more than the next four wealthiest people on Earth combined. He's exactly right. The reason is the most underrated rule in capitalism. Reputation and knowledge are the asset. The cash is downstream. Sam Altman got fired from OpenAI on November 17, 2023. Within 48 hours, Microsoft offered him a new AI division with effectively unlimited resources. Same person, same skills, zero equity at the moment of firing. The world's largest software company opened its checkbook before the weekend ended. Mira Murati left OpenAI in late 2024. She raised $2 billion at a $12 billion valuation in July 2025 with no product. Andreessen Horowitz led the round. Four months later the company was in talks at $50 billion. Tinker shipped in October. Adam Neumann blew up WeWork at a $47 billion valuation. Two years after he was forced out, a16z wrote a $350 million check at a $1 billion pre-launch valuation for Flow. Largest single investment in the firm's history. Travis Kalanick got pushed out of Uber in 2017 mid-scandal cycle. Saudi PIF wrote a $400 million check into CloudKitchens at a $5 billion valuation two years later. Microsoft led an $850 million round at $15 billion in 2021. The market prices founders, not founder bank accounts. The bank account is the lagging indicator. The inversion settles it. Sam Bankman-Fried had $26 billion before FTX collapsed. After, he could not raise a dollar. Elizabeth Holmes had the magazine covers. After the verdict, nothing. The market funds belief in future compounding. Strip Elon of cash and the belief is intact. Strip SBF of belief and the cash did not matter. Give Elon $1 and you get back more than $1. That is the entire claim. The $1,000 thought experiment assumes the founder is the same person stripped of capital. The market does not think that way. The market thinks the founder IS the capital. The $1,000 is a rounding error on whatever round they want to raise next. Every founder gets asked this. Elon gave the honest answer.
