This is what Egypt has done by making Grand Egypt Museum with $1 billion. Egypt has given a permanent address to all its Pharaohs & Queens & Gods of ancient world. While countries like India fail to preserve even the new monuments, it is heartening to see this effort by 🇪🇬.

Few things make me happier when traveling than trying local street foods. Although I didn’t have time to hit the actual streets during my recent visit to Cairo, I found an amazing variety of local dishes at a restaurant in the new Grand Egyptian Museum. From fresh baked breads to mezze to lamb to fresh sugar cane juice, I’m a big fan of this traditional cuisine! 🇺🇸🤝🇪🇬

Chinese President Xi Jinping said at the opening ceremony of the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation on Wednesday that humankind is a community with a shared future. "China can only do well when the world is doing well. When China does well, the world will get even better," Xi said. He added that through Belt and Road cooperation, China is opening its door even wider to the world, with its inland regions turning from "fullbacks" into "forwards," and coastal regions scaling new heights in their opening-up. China has become a main trading partner of more than 140 countries and regions and a primary source of investment for more countries. Credit CGTN

Egypt is preparing to nearly double the price of entry visas Egypt’s parliament has given preliminary approval to amendments that will increase the cost of entry and transit visas. An additional fee of up to $20 is planned for each visa issued at the border or in consulates. If the law is finalized, the entry visa will rise from $25 to roughly $45. The price hike may be linked to the opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum in Cairo (shown in the video). Interest in the country has surged, and authorities want to capitalize on the tourist flow. According to preliminary information, the decision to raise visa fees could be approved later this year.
