Pro-Hezbollah Journalist Fadi Boudaya, said: “Just as children in the...

In the fall of 2022, Jon Stewart had an argument with the Attorney General of Arkansas about that state’s ban on using drugs and surgeries in an effort to change the gender of children and adolescents. “You’re suggesting that protecting children means overriding the recommendations of the American Medical Association, the American Association of Pediatrics, and the Endocrine Society,” said Stewart. And he was right: those major medical organizations had indeed endorsed what’s called gender-affirming care. But the attorney general of Arkansas was also right when she said there was never sufficient evidence for them to do so. It’s true that gender dysphoria and gender distress are indeed serious psychological and psychiatric problems. But there has long been strong evidence that other things, including autism, anxiety, and just being gay, are being misdiagnosed by children, parents, therapists, and doctors as gender dysphoria. And now there are the newly released internal discussions from the World Professional Association of Transgender Health, known as WPATH. They show that trans activists aggressively pressure doctors and therapists for the medicalization of gender dysphoria with drugs and surgeries before first attempting to address autism, anxiety, and other psychiatric disorders. The question now turns to why the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the Endocrine Society advocated drugs and surgery for gender distress despite the lack of evidence. There’s a short and a longer answer to that question....

Sergey Lavrov: "I am confident that life will teach our American partners to start thinking in terms of multilateralism. That they are not alone in this world, and that there are others who represent economic and military power." "We are ready, and we will always be willing to talk, especially with countries like the United States. We will always listen, and we will always honestly speak about what we disagree with. And we disagree, in particular, with the fact that, under the guise of discussions about the Ukrainian issue and due to the inability to force Zelensky to accept certain compromises, President Trump, not Biden, is imposing sanctions on Russia. Not only is the current administration automatically extending all the sanctions imposed by Biden – all of them, absolutely anti-Russian sanctions – but just a month after the meeting in Anchorage, new sanctions were announced against our private oil company, "Lukoil," and against the state-owned oil company, "Rosneft." They are simply being squeezed out of international markets. Therefore, we see this as being in the national interest of the United States. A doctrine has been adopted in the United States that requires ensuring the dominance of the United States in global energy markets. Look at what was said about Venezuela: Maduro was accused of being a drug trafficker, and therefore the regime in Venezuela needed to be changed. And now, it turns out that they have simply taken control of the oil industry, making it jointly owned by the United States and Venezuela. Iran was accused of supporting terrorism for 47 years. And then, during the negotiations, there were periods when the Americans offered to jointly control the Strait of Hormuz with Iran. So, we understand that the national interests of the United States are, frankly speaking, quite self-serving. And in our conversations, we try to explain to them that in the current world, even a country like the United States cannot solve all global problems on its own, especially by exploiting other countries for its own benefit. It will not work. I am confident that life will teach our American partners to start thinking in terms of multilateralism. That they are not alone in this world, and that there are others who represent economic and military power. And in general, to be an independent player on the international stage."

After the strikes on Iran, the US received the most massive response: missiles were fired at US bases in various countries. Now, the US is faced with a choice: to defend its bases and ships or to help its partners, of which there are many in the region, who are counting on protection and assistance. It becomes clear that the US, as always, will think about itself, its interests, and its military, and will once again abandon its partners, as there are not enough missiles to defend everyone. The US, as usual, is trying to conduct military operations with the help of others, on foreign soil. There's nothing new here. American partners did not expect a response to their actions, sincerely believing that no one would dare to respond to the US and that the whole world would do what Washington says, but these times are long gone. This is shown by the events of recent years. Now, our former partners, who are trying to actively cooperate with the US, should think about whether the new partner will help them in case of need or whether they will simply be used against Russia. Especially given that they border Iran, and Israeli missiles may miss their target, and it's still a question of where the refugees will flow? Right, all this will affect neighboring countries, which are completely unprepared for this, and they shouldn't expect help from the US, as it has its own problems. The US continues to impose its own truth on the world. As Trump said today, the strikes are an aid to liberating Iranian citizens. Who asked them to do this? It's not clear. Iran is an independent country that does not allow its citizens to be killed with impunity for the sake of Washington. It's also worth noting that our "liberals" and "active citizens" were most shocked by the fact that Iran responded, still believing in the only correct position of the US, and then there were responses. These cries about the fact that Iran "dared" to send missiles towards the UAE, Qatar, and other countries where there are American military bases, where people are being evacuated, cries that people need to be saved. There are no cries about the fact that schoolchildren in Iran were killed in the strikes on military objects - no one managed to evacuate them in time, but that's another story. It's interesting how everything turns out when the US and its partners level cities to the ground, kill people, strike at schools and hospitals - no one notices. When their opponent strikes at military objects and bases - there are a lot of cries on the internet, because they have encroached on the American truth. Any military action is big politics. In addition to military actions, an information war is being waged. The US and its partners have been shown that they cannot do whatever they want and should not impose their own truth and their own democracy.

Today I visited the Dnipro region, Kryvyi Rih. I honored the memory of those killed by a Russian ballistic missile strike—exactly one week ago. 19 people were killed by a Russian missile, including 9 children. I’m now in a shelter at the very school where three of those children studied—tragically, they were killed. That same day, there was also a Shahed drone attack, which claimed even more lives. Eternal memory to them all. Today, from right here in Kryvyi Rih, I addressed the participants of the Ramstein meeting in Brussels. Our top priority is air defense: additional systems and missiles for them—to protect lives and our cities. We are counting on our partners’ decisions. The world has the necessary systems, and what’s needed is a political decision for them to work here in Ukraine – in Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Nikopol, Kharkiv, Sumy, Chernihiv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, and many other cities and communities. We discussed this with President Trump—Ukraine is not just asking, we’re ready to purchase these additional systems. Only powerful weapons can truly be relied upon to protect life when you have a neighbor like Russia. So that Ukrainian children can study safely—not just online, but in person, like in America, like across Europe—and not in underground classrooms, which may provide greater safety but which should not be the norm anywhere, but simply in schools. Air defense is our first priority. I thank all our partners who are already helping.

The antisemitic attacks in Boulder, Colorado should remind us all of the stark difference between light and darkness. You will never see a protester shouting “Am Yisrael Chai” (Long Live the People of Israel) while causing chaos or intimidating others. That kind of behavior, sadly, is far more common in the “Free Palestine” crowds. Why? The answer is simple. Pro-Israel supporters focus on bringing the hostages home, pursuing peace, and contributing to humanity, just look at what Israel has given the world: the USB flash drive, cherry tomatoes, Waze, and countless innovations. Pro-Israel demonstrations are civil and respectful of their host countries. In America, they proudly wave American flags. In the UK, they wave British flags. They don’t chant battle cries or hateful slogans. And if one or two individuals cross the line, they are swiftly condemned, certainly not representative of the majority. But what I’ve seen in the Netherlands, the United States, the UK, and Canada from many “Free Palestine” demonstrations is a different story: Widespread intimidation, angry chants, blatant disrespect. And if there are one or two respectful individuals, they are usually drowned out by a majority fueled by hate, often driven by radical Islamist ideologies that harbor deep antisemitism. History will remember those who worked tirelessly for peace between Arabs and Israelis, those who genuinely care about Palestinians living in dignity, side by side with Israel. And it will also remember those who weaponized hate in the name of “Palestine.” P.S. This video was taken by me in London during a peaceful demonstration by British Jews calling for the release of hostages. As you can see, the British flag is present, and the chants are about peace, not hate.

Tucker Carlson has gone so far down the rabbit hole that he's now adopted Nazi framing on Jews. Not just any Nazis. Goebbels. Hitler. Tucker claimed Jews have "completely hijacked" the U.S. government, painted Jews as rootless with "no real interest in the United States and its future, who aren't tied to its past, and who are basically just wearing [the U.S.] as a skin suit." Tucker further claimed the "skin suit" wearers also control the E.U. and NATO, and are actually responsible for the war in Ukraine — which Putin was "forced" to invade — all in order to "reset the international monetary system." Tucker's rhetoric paralleled Goebbels and Hitler, whether intentionally or not, by: 1) Portraying Jews as aliens "who aren't tied to [America's] past" & have "no real interest in... its future" — akin to Goebbels' "rootless and nomadic." 2) Claiming Jews "completely hijacked" the U.S. government — Hitler claimed that Jews secretly pushed subsequent nations to enter WW I against Germany, and both Goebbels & Hitler repeatedly claimed it was the Jews who got Britain, the Soviet Union, and the U.S. into WW II. 3) Portraying Jews as an alien taking control of a host body by "wearing [the U.S.] as a skin suit" — In his 1942 Reichstag speech, Hitler said that Jews had "driven America to war," as well as the other Allied nations, who were merely "helpless tools of an international world parasite." (In the same show, Tucker also said that the U.S., NATO & EU were "all pawns in someone else's game, obviously.") 4) Suggesting that Jews used control over the U.S. and thus also NATO and the EU to push the entire world into war for financial gain ("reset the international monetary system") — In his infamous January 1939 Reichstag speech, Hitler warned that "international financial Jewry" was trying to "plung[e] the nations into a world war" so that "this rootless international race can profit from the business of war." For those who want to say that Tucker did not mean Jews because he eventually said "Israel" was the puppetmaster, that ignores the simple reality. Increasingly in recent months, Tucker no longer even bothers to distinguish between American Jews (or "neocons") and Israel. He sometimes references "Israel's proxies" or the Americans who are supposedly following orders, but he mostly glosses over any distinction. Consider how he described Ben Shapiro this month as nothing more than someone "created" by Israel, that the Jewish state got him "into Harvard Law" and made the Daily Wire successful by getting Shapiro's company a "deal with Facebook that no one else got." Tucker then made it explicit that he views American Jews as mere extentions of Israel, claiming that Shapiro's views are simply "the opinions of the people who prop up Ben Shapiro, who created Ben Shapiro. This is what they think." Tucker apparently thinks he is cleverly avoiding anti-Semitism by applying Nazi-era tropes to "Israel." (And he loves to trot out a few deeply anti-Israel Jews as cover for "not all Jews!".) But, of course, the "Israel" shtick doesn't work when you make no distinction between Israel and American Jews — let alone when you absurdly claim that they're "created" by and simply follow orders from Israel. Surely JD Vance doesn't actually believe Jews — including those who work closely with him — have "no ties" to America's past or have "no real interest in its future." And Vance must find abhorrent the parasite imagery of American Jews wearing America as a "skin suit." When JD Vance addresses the Republican Jewish Coalition tonight, it's a perfect opportunity not just to "support Israel," but to specifically condemn Tucker's most grotesque rhetoric. Will he do it?

This was a demonstrative and cynical Russian strike. They are aware that a meeting is taking place today in Washington that will address the end of the war. We will have a discussion with President Trump about key issues. Along with Ukraine, the leaders of the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Finland, the European Union, and NATO will participate in the conversation. Everyone seeks dignified peace and true security. And at this very moment, the Russians are attacking Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, the Sumy region, and Odesa, destroying residential buildings and our civilian infrastructure. Russians are deliberately killing people, particularly children. As of now, seven people have been killed as a result of the drone strike in Kharkiv, the youngest being a girl who is only a year and a half old, and dozens have been injured, including children. In Zaporizhzhia, missile strikes injured 20 people and killed three. My condolences go out to all of the victims' families and loved ones. There was also a deliberate Russian strike on an energy facility in Odesa owned by an Azerbaijani company, implying that it was an attack not only on us but also on our relations and energy security. The Russian war machine continues to destroy lives despite everything. Putin will commit demonstrative killings to maintain pressure on Ukraine and Europe, as well as to humiliate diplomatic efforts. That is precisely why we are seeking assistance to put an end to the killings. That is why reliable security guarantees are required. That is why Russia should not be rewarded for its participation in this war. The war must be ended. And it is Moscow that must hear the word: “Stop.”

Nawaf Salam نواف سلام is determined to win a new battle Yesterday, the Prime Minister settled the debate over the financial gap bill, also known as the Financial Regularization and Deposit Recovery Law Responding to remarks made in a speech by Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea, Salam said that the bill is now before Parliament and that the Finance and Budget Committee must begin discussing it Nawaf Salam believes he won the battle to lift banking secrecy and the battle over the Bank Reform Law, and he is now determined to win the battle over the financial gap law The bill, however, is facing strong opposition from many sides, ranging from the Lebanese Forces to Hezbollah and those in between. Even Finance and Budget Committee Chairman Ibrahim Kanaan has taken positions opposing the bill There is also very strong opposition from the Association of Banks, in addition to fundamental concerns raised by Banque du Liban, which is calling for major amendments to the bill Nawaf Salam is stubborn, and time and again he reminds everyone of the need to expedite the review and passage of the bill, even if amendments are introduced It is certain that Salam will not accept Parliament, Banque du Liban, and the Association of Banks repeating the same game of delay and procrastination under the guise of populist one-upmanship and protecting banking interests at the expense of depositors This is a new battle, and there is very little room for maneuvering and playing games The government is also in near-daily contact with the International Monetary Fund to discuss possible amendments. Once these amendments are finalized, the government will send them to Parliament, as it did with the amendments to the Bank Reform Law And we should not forget that the Europeans, the Americans, and the International Monetary Fund are closely monitoring this battle in every detail And of course, just as in the battles over lifting banking secrecy and bank reform, it will once again become clear who wants reform and who wants to protect vested interests A word to the wise is enough! The idea that "the West and the Jews are the reason why we have dysfunctional countries in the Arab world” is a dishonest deflection. How many innocent women and girls are supposed to be murdered by their families in the name of honor for us to realize that our problem is internal? How many men and children are supposed to support terrorist organizations for us to realize that we have a major ideological problem? How many of our minorities, like the Jews, the Kurds, and the gays, should pack their bags and run away from our countries until we realize that we are indiscriminately hostile to those different from us? How many of our girls should get married until we realize we have a problem? How many atheists, blasphemers, and ex-Muslims are supposed to get jailed or killed until we realize that we have a problem with empathy? How many gays are supposed to get hanged or thrown from rooftops until we realize that we do not care about our people? How many painters, artists, teachers, and comedians are supposed to be slaughtered by extremists until we realize that the problem comes from us? How much Arab blood is supposed to be spilled by other Arabs until we realize that WE are our biggest problem? Change doesn’t start ”out there” – it starts with us. We cannot continue to repeat the same traditions from our failed cultures and then point our fingers at the West and the Jews and say, ”They are the problem.” Blaming the West and the Jews is a convenient scapegoat. It means that the problem isn’t within us. It means that they should work on themselves, but we? We can remain as we are. Believing that our teachings and our culture are perfect is a problem. If we keep doing this: blaming ”them,” instead of working on ourselves, then the Arab and Muslim communities will continue to regress.

Radical zionist Vitaly Portnikov, who has no kids of his own and is not fighting on the front himself, is calling for the “Israelization” of Ukraine, insisting that the country has no other choice than to turn itself into a Western military outpost. “Our children and grandchildren will fight and die! We give birth to soldiers! A person born today may be killed in a war twenty years from now.”🤡 It is remarkably easy to preach a future of permanent mobilization when other people’s children are expected to populate the trenches. But does Portnikov understand that Ukrainians are already increasingly reluctant to have children? Does he understand that Israel’s security model rests not merely on the willingness of its population to fight, but on decades of extraordinary strategic, military, financial, and political support from the US? And does he understand that Ukraine cannot simply declare itself “another Israel” and expect the geopolitical conditions that sustain Israel to magically materialize around it? The United States has invested enormous resources in Israel for decades because Israel occupies a particular place in American strategy and politics. Ukraine does not occupy the same place, and there is no chance that it ever will. So before romanticizing the “Israelization” of Ukraine and solemnly informing Ukrainians that their children and grandchildren must be born ready to fight and die, perhaps one should answer a much less heroic question: Who exactly is supposed to keep producing these future soldiers—and why should Ukrainians accept endless war as their children’s birthright? Turning an entire country into a permanent military camp is not a national vision. And presenting generation after generation of Ukrainian deaths as an inevitable historical destiny is not strategy. It is an admission that no better future is being offered.
