This demonstrates the level of desperation on Mashazi’s part to make sure that Mapiyeye is taken out of the system by any means possible and make the position of Chief of EMPD vacant which would create another promotional appointment for Julius Mkhwanazi to ascend to the position. Hey, you 🫵🏿🫵🏿 When making Nigerian fried rice, make sure to FRY YOUR RICE with onions, veg oil and unsalted butter (on low heat for about 3-5 mins) before boiling with chicken or turkey stock. Stock not water 🌚 WASH YOUR RICE MULTIPLE TIMES .. AT LEAST 5 TIMES (the plan is to get as much starch out of the rice as possible .. this is to avoid soggy rice). For seasoning, I only use maggi powder (because my stock is well seasoned so make sure yours is too). If you want that yellow / greenish colour, add curry and turmeric powder. Make sure to FRY your veggies. Fry with unsalted butter and vegetable oil. If you’re using shrimp / prawns .. fry, remove and set aside. Do not fry it with your veggies otherwise it’ll become rubbery and hard. Add once rice is done. If you’re adding liver, boil and fry in a separate pan before adding it to your veggies. You can use fresh or frozen veggies (if you’re using frozen, make sure to defrost it first). In my opinion, less is more with fried rice, don’t over complicate it with veggies. Once again, Setara golden basmati rice is your guy (any golden sella basmati rice will do)

HERE IS THE REAL ACCOUNT OF THE JULY 16TH 1969 MISSION TO THE MOON ACCORDING TO THE CLASSIFIED FILES: The footage WAS faked, BUT we DID go to the moon in 1969. There was real pictures and film taken from this mission to be used when they got back, to play it as "live footage" for the world. The plan was for the astronauts to then be sent back into Earth's Orbit before they were due back so they could do the "splash down" return for the whole World to see. HOWEVER, when the Astronauts Secretly returned to Earth on June 30th, it was determined that the video and photographic footage was ruined due to not being properly protected while traveling back through the Van Allen radiation belts. The only thing they had left was the original radio communications with Mission Control. In order to avoid international embarrassment and prove to the world the US still went to the Moon, they recreated the footage and used the actual radio communications that NASA had recorded. It was then that all three Astronauts were sent back into space on July 16th to be sent back into Orbit to await the Splash down for the cameras. It wasn't until they came back this second time that they were informed that they were not allowed to discuss any of the real details about what they encountered on their trip to the Moon. Forced to sign NDA's minutes before their press conference, where violating it was punishable by up to 10 years in prison and/or $1,000,000.00 in fines. All other missions to the Moon, countermeasures were in place to protect against damaged footage from the Van Allen radiation belts. THAT'S why the rest of the mission's footage looks differently than the recreated footage. *Only one video clip I have ever ran across has EVER told the true story. The filling needs plenty of vegetables, tomato, olive oil, and lemon, and more of those than rice To keep the balls holding their shape, there's no need for a plate or weight on top, just butter paper with foil over it Cooking time should be at least two hours in the oven, depending on your oven of course 4. He stated that, based on confirmed data collected by official bodies, three drones were launched on March 1, 2026, from Bahir Dar Airport inside Ethiopian territory, carrying out hostile sorties targeting the states of White Nile, Blue Nile, and North and South Kordofan. He added that on March 17, Sudanese air defenses intercepted and shot down one of these drones north of the city of El Obeid. It also confirmed that the drone was operated from Ethiopian territory, specifically from Bahir Dar Airport. Press Conference Respected Members of the Press, I stand before you today to share the gross violations of the basic human rights of the Baloch people in this state. As many of you are aware, last night at Karachi Airport and in its vicinity, state intelligence agencies, the FIA, and the Sindh Police violated my fundamental rights as a citizen and subjected us to indefensible treatment. An internationally renowned magazine, TIME, included me in this year’s list of the 100 most influential people in the world, and I was invited to attend their event in New York. My flight was scheduled to depart from Karachi to New York last night. After completing all the required procedures at Jinnah International Airport, the Immigration Department unjustly prevented me from boarding. When I sought an explanation, the FIA officer walked away without providing any reasons. I was detained at the airport for five hours without legal justification. After my flight had departed and as we were leaving, a female FIA officer confiscated my passport and refused to return it. It took over an hour of negotiations before she reluctantly handed it back. When we finally departed for home, just five minutes into our drive, state intelligence agents and Sindh Police officers stopped our car. Sammi Deen Baloch and another female friend accompanied me. The officers immediately removed our driver, assaulted him, and immobilized the car by taking its keys. They opened all the doors and thoroughly searched the vehicle, including underneath our seats. When we attempted to speak to them, we were forcibly dragged out of the car, our scarves were yanked off, and we were subjected to verbal abuse and severe harassment. They then forcibly seized our bags, taking my passport, mobile phone, and car keys. We were stranded on a deserted road very late at night. Two vehicles approached us, and the individuals inside further harassed us, hurling obscene insults before leaving. Feeling unsafe, we abandoned our car, took a taxi, and went home. It was a painful and distressing ordeal to endure such inhumane treatment in this country, merely because I am a human rights activist and a Baloch, treated worse than animals. Respected Members of the Press, The events of last night, where I was unjustly prevented from traveling and subjected to such inhumane treatment, clearly demonstrate that the state of Pakistan has deprived us of even the most basic right to live. It is evident that human rights no longer exist for us. Despite holding a valid U.S. visa and an official invitation from an international magazine, I was detained for five hours at Karachi's international airport, prohibited from traveling, harassed, and had my belongings confiscated. If this is how I was treated, imagine the kind of treatment the ordinary Baloch people endure in Balochistan. Through this press conference, I want to send a clear message to the state and its institutions: such tactics will neither silence us nor deter us from raising our voices against the violations of human rights in Balochistan. On the contrary, these actions only strengthen our resolve, and we will continue to organize and speak out against the abuse and genocide of the Baloch people. Hearing the word cancer is scary. It’s a word designed to instantly make you freeze. But I refuse to let fear take over. It is a terrible thing to face, but it will not break or beat me. I apologise for the length of this post and the video itself… you all know I love an essay and am a talker! But I wanted to give you an honest understanding of what this is, and how I plan to fight it. Oddly, I look at it this way: my body created these cells. They are mine to stall, and mine to kill. I will. And I will wear a permanent battle scar for all to see… literally! I never thought this was something I would have to face. As someone who has campaigned against Big Pharma, the agenda, and the “treatments” that only make us sicker, I refuse to be a permanent patient. I refuse to fund the parasites who want us sick, dependent, scared, and vulnerable to coercion, propaganda, and evil. The ‘good’ news is; it is very slow growing, it has low chance of metastasis at the moment and it is not ‘seeding,’ so I will take the time I have to do everything in my power to stop it in its tracks. While that slow pace is highly reassuring for someone opting for radiation when the oncologist says, “Okay, we need to fry it now” after a year or two of tracking growth... that is simply not a path I am willing to take. When you won’t accept their treatment, it is a harder fight. I know it will grow and start interfering with the eye more, so I cannot afford to wait. And I will not let them fry my eye under any circumstances. I am sharing this video to ask for your help. This won’t be easy, and refusing their ‘treatment’ won’t be cheap. But it is a battle I will make damn sure I have the strength to fight! My plan is a complete overhaul. I need to consult with practitioners on OUR side, fund vital supplements, completely switch to a metabolic diet free of nasties, look into repurposed drugs, and detox prior to any treatment plan (due to mycotoxins from the mould) to eliminate systemic inflammation and toxic overload, so that my normal cells can function efficiently and metabolic therapies can work optimally. Crucially, I have to leave the studio flat that has destroyed my already vulnerable immune system (I also have an autoimmune disease I intend to correct to the extent I can through nutrition). I cannot wait for court success; I must be out before this winter. I am fully aware of this ticking clock, it makes my metabolic protocol, my detox, and getting out of that toxic flat an emergency, really. I am not just trying a lifestyle change; I am actively fighting to stall a malignancy before it hits the tipping point. Shocking information obtained by Beirut Politics In an unprecedented diplomatic move, the ambassadors of the 27 European Union member states, along with the ambassadors of Canada, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, and Australia, held a series of meetings with senior Lebanese officials, including Prime Minister Nawaf Salam and Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea, between July 7 and July 13. According to the information, this round of meetings is only the beginning, with seven additional visits to political and parliamentary leaders expected in the coming days and weeks. According to informed sources, the Western message was clear and firm: The need to swiftly reach an agreement with the International Monetary Fund. No circumvention of the required amendments to the Banking Reform Law. No weakening of the Financial Stability and Deposit Recovery Law by stripping it of its reform content. The sources confirmed that this broad diplomatic effort stressed that Lebanese legislation must fully comply with whatever is agreed upon with the International Monetary Fund, without amendments that would undermine the purpose of the reforms. This diplomatic initiative comes after Banque du Liban withdrew from the negotiation process with the IMF, while Parliament has begun discussing amendments to the Banking Reform Law. According to the information, this round of meetings is only the beginning, with seven additional visits to political and parliamentary leaders expected in the coming days and weeks. According to informed sources, the Western message was clear and firm: The need to swiftly reach an agreement with the International Monetary Fund. No circumvention of the required amendments to the Banking Reform Law. No weakening of the Financial Stability and Deposit Recovery Law by stripping it of its reform content. The sources confirmed that this broad diplomatic effort stressed that Lebanese legislation must fully comply with whatever is agreed upon with the International Monetary Fund, without amendments that would undermine the purpose of the reforms. This diplomatic initiative comes after Banque du Liban withdrew from the negotiation process with the IMF, while Parliament has begun discussing amendments to the Banking Reform Law. According to exclusive information obtained by Beirut Politics, the meetings carried two key messages: The first message: Do not tamper with reform legislation or attempt to circumvent it, because doing so would reproduce the very crisis Lebanon has been suffering from for the past seven years. The second message: There will be no meaningful international financing for Lebanon, no restoration of confidence, and no return of investments without a formal agreement with the International Monetary Fund.
