The non-arbitrary era begins today… We’re throwing in our biggest contribution to Bitcoin we could come up with Digital Matter Theory represents an opportunity for all who seek to identify new purpose and value that can be derived from the discoverable patterns within a block We recorded a detailed breakdown of DMT as a concept and explain the operations to formally register the existence of patterns and deploy, mint, and transfer NATs (Non-Arbitrary Tokens) in ▶️ watch here or on YouTube 👇 All of this juice is also in the docs we just published 👇 In there you will find the JSON syntax to mint the very first NAT deployments $NAT $BMT Let the DMT pill consume you 💊 Summary: In this episode, we delve into the intricate universe of Digital Matter Theory (DMT) and its potential applications in the blockchain space. We discuss how DMT enables the creation of non-arbitrary tokens by recognizing patterns in data. Safeguarding the provenance of these elements allows the launch of unique projects tied to them, leading to a diverse ecosystem of tokens. We delve into hybrid tokens, a result of minting NFTs harboring fungible aspects. By parsing through Bitcoin data, meaningful patterns can be codified and used for creating projects. We touch upon the inception of bitmap and the role of communities like Yuga Labs or Rare Sat Society in relating patterns within Bitcoin data to create ecosystem value. We also discuss the concept of 'bit informatics', where the search through Bitcoin's blockchain for patterns holds immense potential for creating new tokens or games. In the process, we unravel the creation and utilization of Nats or Non Arbitrary Tokens. Throughout, we draw parallels between DMT and the early days of NFT, stressing the need for a unified method for creators. We underscore the value potential of non-arbitrary data in the metaverse and the chance to create ecosystems through the recognition of patterns. As with every episode, we invite listener feedback, and encourage questions via YouTube and Twitter. Hunter explains why falling interest rates, a weaker U.S. dollar, strong corporate earnings, investor skepticism, and a powerful wave of FOMO could combine to drive one last explosive, parabolic surge across stocks and precious metals. 📢 This video is sponsored by iTrustCapital. 🚨 UDHAMPUR: PAKISTAN SENDS THE GUNMEN THE OGW NETWORK TRIES TO KEEP THEM ALIVE Two suspected Pakistan-linked Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorists were killed in Operation Sohan in Udhampur after intelligence inputs indicated terrorist presence in the Brattal area. A suspected OGW was also detained as the wider search operation continued. Weapons reportedly recovered included an AK assault rifle, M4 carbine, Glock pistol and grenades. And this exposes a reality that separatist propaganda prefers to hide: Cross-border terrorism does not end when an infiltrator crosses the Line of Control. Pakistan's terror infrastructure has repeatedly relied on infiltration, recruitment, financing and local support networks to sustain terrorism in J&K. The Government of India has specifically identified cross-border infiltration and terrorist support structures as interconnected security challenges requiring intelligence, surveillance, border deployment and action against overground supporters. =》So what does an OGW potentially do? ▪︎ Provide shelter or hideouts ▪︎ Arrange food, transport or supplies ▪︎ Help terrorists move through unfamiliar territory ▪︎ Pass local information and identify vulnerable routes ▪︎ Assist communication or coordination ▪︎ Help an infiltrated terrorist disappear into the local environment The infiltrator crosses the border. The OGW can become the bridge between the infiltrator and the ground. That is why Udhampur matters. This is a strategically sensitive and geographically challenging belt, with forests and mountainous terrain that can provide concealment. The current operation itself required coordinated action by the Army, J&K Police and CRPF despite difficult terrain, rain and poor visibility. And Pakistan's strategy has never been simply about sending armed men across the border. ●》It is about creating an ecosystem: Infiltration → concealment → local assistance → movement → logistics → communication → attack. Remove one link, and the entire chain becomes harder to sustain. That is why every OGW investigation matters. Because the man carrying the rifle is visible. The person arranging his shelter may not be. And this is where the separatist narrative faces an uncomfortable contradiction: You can call something “politics” when discussing an opinion. But knowingly providing shelter, logistics, information or other assistance to an armed terrorist organisation is not made legitimate by political vocabulary. Separatism cannot become a camouflage for terrorism. At the same time, the distinction must remain clear: A suspected OGW is not the same thing as the local population. Ordinary civilians should never be collectively labelled or blamed. The target is the individual who knowingly chooses to facilitate terrorism. Because Pakistan may attempt infiltration. Terrorists may carry the weapons. But someone on the ground can provide the cover, route, shelter and survival window they need. So the counter-terrorism mission cannot stop at the encounter site. ▪︎ Find the infiltrator. ▪︎ Find the facilitator. ▪︎ Trace the logistics. ▪︎ Expose the network. ▪︎ Cut the support system. Pakistan can keep trying to export terror across the border. But every broken OGW link makes that terror project harder to sustain.

If you’re looking for the next wave of AI infrastructure opportunities, this is a must-watch 🚀 Everyone’s chasing the next big AI agent, but they’re missing the real story. Why is aixbt is dominating the market and how Cookie DAO 🍪 $COOKIE could change everything We discuss 👇 Why $COOKIE Is The Hidden AI GEM💎 on BASE! Chainlink For AI?! 400x POSSIBILITY! With most of the AI market mania fixated on which AI agent to speculate on next, we are deep diving into the depths of the ecosystem to find the next major infrastructure plays. With Aixbt dominating in crypto twitter mind share, it has proven the AI agents with the ability to produce impactful market insights stand among the pack as leaders in the market. Already Aixbt is at a 600M market cap only a couple of months after deployment. We break down why Aixbt has this ability to outperform other agents and how data aggregation is the necessary technical edge. Also, we analyze CookieDAO $COOKIE as the infrastructure provider leading the market with its data aggregation and packaging process. $COOKIE is on the verge of revamping its tokenomics to incorporate API access to data swarm API’s that they provide into the flywheel economics of the token. As demand increases from human and AI users of access to the data being aggregated will become that much more valuable in order for Agents to perform at a level equal to or greater than what Aixbt is capable of performing today. As $COOKIE are spent for these API’s by agents and developers, the supply gets burnt and funneled to the DAO. This will have a very positive impact on the value perception for the token. We also break down our predictions as to how their flagship agent Agent Cookie will perform once activated and released into the public sphere. Already based on internal testing as reported by the team, Agent Cookie is successfully producing valuable market calls. If Agent Cookie can achieve similar mind share as AIXBT as a result of its broader data aggregation access, this will have major ramifications for the value of $COOKIE and the ecosystem as a whole once more agents are launched using the same data infrastructure layer. 🚀Sign up to receive our Newsletter for weekly updates! 🇵🇰 OPINION: THE DEEPFAKES TARGETING IMRAN KHAN’S SISTER A video has gone viral showing Aleema Khan supposedly calling Pakistan’s army chief a radical Islamist who wants war with India. There's only a tiny little problem... She never said it! The interview was real, but the viral clip was not. Sky News and Yalda Hakim confirmed it was a deepfake, crafted to look and sound real enough to fool millions. And that’s the problem. In a country where many people haven’t even heard of deepfakes, let alone know how to spot them, this isn’t just misinformation. It’s a tool for political manipulation. Aleema’s real interview had nothing to do with the military or India. She spoke emotionally about her brother’s treatment in prison, his declining health, and how cutting him off from lawyers and family is a way to silence 90 percent of the population that still supports him. But the fake clip flipped that narrative. It turned Imran Khan’s sister into an alleged traitor. Then the military ran with it in an official press conference, using it to feed a broader campaign that paints dissent as treason. This wasn’t just trolling. It was a strategic hit, aimed at making Imran Khan’s base question whether even his family stands with him. It wasn’t about provoking India. It was about poisoning Pakistan from within. Here’s what you should be asking: who has something to gain from that? Source: Yalda Hakim, Sky News, PTI Disclaimer: Views expressed are my personal opinion as an Australian citizen permanently resident in Dubai, UAE, protected under Article 19 of the ICCPR (as ratified by Australia) and UAE constitutional provisions on freedom of expression. Charlie Kirk either deserved to die or was asking for it, said many on the Left yesterday about the popular 31-year-old conservative leader who was famous for debating college students. “He’s been one of the most divisive — especially divisive — younger figures who is constantly pushing hate speech aimed at certain groups,” said MSNBC political commentator Matthew Dowd, just moments after a sniper shot Kirk in Utah. “You can’t stop with these sort of awful thoughts you have and then saying these awful words and not expect awful actions to take place.” The author of a new Batman comic book spinoff, Gretchen Felker-Martin, posted “Thoughts and prayers you Nazi bitch. Hope the bullet’s okay after touching Charlie Kirk.” And some in the news media referred to Kirk as “far-right." But Kirk was not “far-Right” or a “Nazi,” and he did not spread “hate speech.” Kirk was critical of transgender ideology, the Left’s dishonesty about race and crime, and the message of contemporary feminists. Consistent with his Christianity and his commitment to the American Constitution, Kirk believed that he had the right and a moral obligation to speak unpopular truths, including that it is not possible to change one’s sex, that the rate of crime among black men is disproportionate, and that families provide social stability and fulfillment. Many on the Left expressed upset at Kirk’s assassination, and MSNBC and DC Comics fired Dowd and Felker-Martin. “I apologize for my tone and words,” Dowd said at BlueSky. “Let me be clear, I in no way intended for my comments to blame Kirk for this horrendous attack.” Governor Gavin Newsom immediately condemned the assassination of Kirk, whom Newsom had debated on a podcast earlier this year. Other Democratic politicians did the same. New York Times columnist Ezra Klein wrote about how one could vehemently disagree with Kirk, as he did, and still not believe he should be killed. But the extent to which people on the Left expressed joy at the killing of Kirk nonetheless remains disturbing. Many progressives agree with Dowd that Kirk is responsible for having created the environment that led to his death. Social media is filled with videos of leftists filming themselves openly celebrating Kirk’s murder. Hundreds of thousands of people liked social media posts justifying the assassination. And the mainstream liberal view is that Kirk encouraged political violence by spreading “hate” and “misinformation.” Dowd, in his apology, defended himself by saying, “I was asked a question on the environment we are in,” and apologized for his “tone and words,” not his message, which was that Kirk had contributed to and perhaps birthed the heated atmosphere that led to his killing. “Charlie Kirk isn’t a martyr,” wrote a progressive on X yesterday. “He’s a casualty of the violence he incited.” The post has over 12 million views, 46,000 reposts, and 360,000 likes. But the environment that led to Kirk’s death was created by the Left in its decades-long demonization and dehumanization of conservatives. For 80 years, schools, universities, and the media have used Hitler, Nazism, and fascism as symbols of ultimate evil. To call someone a “Nazi,” “fascist,” or “far-Right,” is therefore to imply that they are part of this evil, and like the historical Nazis, must be eliminated. Over the last 10 years, not just the radical Left but the mainstream news media, including the New York Times, and mainstream Democrats like Newsom, repeatedly characterized Trump and his supporters as Hitler-adjacent fascists. The New Republic openly depicted Trump as Hitler. A recent South Park episode implied that Kirk was a racist and anti-Semitic influence over young people, despite Kirk’s close relationship with influential Jewish conservatives and support for Israel that many on the Right viewed as excessive. This was all part of a deliberate dehumanization campaign. Kirk, Trump, and other conservatives, Democrats argued, are white supremacists and misogynists who “hate” black people and women, who are committing “trans genocide,” and who are destroying “our democracy.” For progressives who truly believe this rhetoric, killing such individuals would be as justified as killing Hitler and his supporters 80 years ago. After all, this act would not only save the lives of black and trans people, but would also save the entire country from an authoritarian fascist dictatorship. The same leftists who had for decades produced studies, books, movies, essays, songs, and poems about how the Nazis dehumanized their enemies dehumanized, without hesitation, MAGA conservatives. They falsely claimed Trump had praised white supremacists in Charlottesville in 2017. And reporters who had for decades covered Trump’s rise to wealth and power in 2016 reported as truth the outlandish conspiracy theory that Trump was a Manchurian candidate controlled by Russian president Vladimir Putin – another alleged Hitler-like fascist. Why did the Left spread so much hatred of Kirk and other conservatives? Why did they engage in so much dehumanization for so long?... #ZimElection2023 ZAMBIA-LED SADC ELECTION OBSERVATION MISSION OUT OF ORDER AS IT, AU AND COMMONWEALTH COUNTERPARTS RELEASE PRELIMINARY REPORTS ON ZIM ELECTION It is a good thing that three major international election observer missions have submitted their preliminary reports: The Commonwealth Election Observation Mission, the African Union (AU) Observation Mission and the Sadc Election Observation mission. The links to the three reports are indicated below: The Commonwealth Zim Election Observation Mission Report AU Zim Election Observation Mission Report Sadc Election Observation Preliminary Report Notably, and significantly so, the three preliminary reports echo an important sentiment expressed by CITE's Zenzele Ndebele (Zenzele) a few weeks ago on Newzroom Afrika – for which he was vilified and demonised by the usual quarters among self-proclaimed champions of democracy – that Zimbabwe’s 2023 harmonised general election “has been largely peaceful”, compared to previous editions characterised by widespread violence. A peaceful harmonised general election in Zimbabwe is no mean achievement. It is big ns, and a huge social and political relief. And to say the election has been largely peaceful is not to say there have been no skirmishes or worse, any loss of life even if it was of one person, as Ndebele pointed out to Newzroom Afrika on the attached video clip. Meanwhile, there are no matters arising from the preliminary reports by the Commonwealth and the AU election observers, pending the release of their final reports in two or so months. Otherwise, election observation mission reports are precisely that, namely, reports on what the relevant missions actually observed on the conduct of an election in question. But not so for the Sadc Election Mission Preliminary Statement on Zimbabwe’s 2023 harmonised general election. Led by former Zambian Vice President Nevers Mumba, appointed by Zambian President Hakainde Hichilema, who recently assumed the chairmanship of the Sadc Organ on Politics, Defence and Security. Unlike its African Union and Commonwealth counterparts, the Mumba Mission clearly, intentionally and scandalously wrote its report on the basis of what it heard, and not what it observed. Rather than making news about the election it ostensibly observed, the news is on the Sadc Election Observation for coming to Zimbabwe with an axe to grind, wielding it recklessly and shamelessly. It would be irresponsible to let the preliminary report of the Sadc Election Observation Mission go scot-free, unchallenged. The Mumba report is premised on this far reaching conclusion, which it is not competent to make: The Mission noted that some aspects of the Harmonised Elections, fell short of the requirements of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, the Electoral Act, and the SADC Principles and Guidelines Governing Democratic Elections. Writing under the rubric, “Constitutional and Legal Framework for the Elections,” Mumba and his colleagues make sweeping and opinionated statements and conclusions that are all based not on the direct observation of the election by the Mission but on hearsay with not a single thread of even desktop evidence. The sweeping statements and conclusions include an array of gratuitous comments based on hearsay about the voters roll; freedom of assembly in general and the Maintenance of Peace and Order Act (MOPA); freedom of expression in relation to the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act; the nomination of candidates; participation of women as candidates; alleged intimidation of voters; postal voting controversy; and coverage of the election by the state media. In the result, the main thrust of the report is pure and naked hearsay. In this connection, the report’s treatment of two key issues is telling: one is the delimitation of constituencies and the other is on the so-called Patriotic Act. Regarding the so-called Patriotic Act, the report makes the following conclusion based on untested hearsay submissions: The Mission noted that the Patriot Act is incompatible with the spirit of section 61(1) of the Constitution, and paragraph 4.1.2 of the SADC Principles and Guidelines Governing Democratic Elections which requires Member States to uphold, amongst others, the freedom of expression. This is utterly shocking. What jurisdiction, power and legal competence do Nevers Mumba and his colleagues in the Sadc Election Observation Mission on the Zimbabwean 2023 harmonised general election have to make such a judicial pronouncement? The pronouncement is manifest and gross interference with the rule of law in Zimbabwe under which such judicial findings are made by competent courts of law and, even worse, the pronouncement is an unacceptable violation of Zimbabwe’s sovereignty. Then there’s the report’s treatment of the delimitation of constituencies, about which it says: “The mission WAS INFORMED that the delimitation exercise that was conducted in 2022 by the ZEC was marred with controversy”. Without saying who informed it, the Sadc Observation Mission preliminary report makes the following scandalous statements and partisan conclusions on Zimbabwe’s delimitation exercise conducted by the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission in 202, which it is not entitled to make – as it lacks the jurisdiction, authority and competence to do so – and which statements and conclusions demonstrate beyond reasonable doubt that its preliminary report is heavily opinionated hearsay that smacks of a malicious and predetermined hatchet job: "(i) In its Delimitation Report of 2022, the ZEC rightly states that, “the Constitution recognisesthe impracticability of having equal number of voters in each constituency by allowing the Commission to depart from this requirement within a stipulated margin. In this case the Constitution in section 161(6) stipulates that …“no constituency may have more than 20% more or fewer registered voters than other such constituencies”. The constitution in section 161(6)a-f also lists factors that need to be considered when delimiting since they are important during the exercise.” However, the ZEC goes on to also state that, “Based on the provision of section 161(6) the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission then calculated the 20% deviation from the national average voter registration expected in each constituency which was 27 640. This yielded a deviation of 5,528 voters. Since the average number of registered voters was regarded as a stable benchmark against which delimitation of constituencies was conducted, the deviation figure was added to the national average to determine the maximum number of registered voters that a constituency delimited would contain i.e., 33 168.” (ii) The Mission noted that the use of the average number voters per constituency is not consistent with the provision of section 161(6) of the newConstitution that was adopted in 2013. The word “average” appears in section 61A(6) of the old Constitution of Zimbabwe under which it was permissible to calculate the minimum and maximum permissible number of voter per constituency by using the national average as the baseline. That word “average” does not exist in section 161(6) of the new Constitution which deals with the same subject matter. The difference between section 61A(6) and section 161(6) of the old and the new constitutions respectively is far from being merely technical. (iii) In the new Constitution, and in the context of section 161(6), the maximum deviation is 20% of the voters registered in the constituencies. The new Constitution uses actual constituency by constituency registered voter population, not the national average number of constituency voter population to calculate the permissible deviation from the requirement that constituencies must have an equal number of voters. Mathematically, the two methods produce very different results and affect the equality of the vote with respect to the elections to parliament. On the other hand, since the country votes as a single constituency in the presidential election, the difference in the methods has no particular impact on the equality of the vote in that election. It was therefore not unexpected that ZEC would receive substantial criticism on this aspect of its latest Delimitation Report. (iv) The Mission noted that the use of the average number of voters per constituency is not consistent with the provision of section 161(6) of the new Constitution that was adopted in 2013. (v) In the new Constitution, and in the context of section 161(6), the maximum deviation is 20% of the voters registered in the constituencies. It was therefore not unexpected that ZEC would receive substantial criticism on this aspect of its latest Delimitation Report." There are three things to highlight about what Mumba and his team say regarding the delimitation of constituencies. Firstly, everything they say is very familiar to Zimbabweans because the delimitation issue was widely, hotly and robustly debated. More specifically, the words used in the Mumba narrative about the delimitation report are familiar words that were used during the debate. It is disappointing that the familiar words have found their way, verbatim, into the Sadc Election Observation preliminary report. This alone is sad, and the less said about it, the better for everyone concerned. Secondly, ZEC’s delimitation exercise was challenged at the High Court of Zimbabwe and in the country’s apex court, the Constitutional Court. The views that the Sadc Election Observation Mission regurgitates as its own, when in fact they’re not, were argued in Zimbabwe’s courts, but no pronouncement or finding of the kind that the Mumba team goes to town about was made by any court of the land. What makes this even more egregious is the following statement in the Sadc Election Observer Mission’s report: In view of their significance in the event of legal challenges in the context of the electoral process, some stakeholders expressed the view that the judiciary is compromised by the Government. A key justification for this perception was information received from these stakeholders that the judiciary recently received large financial and material incentives which the stakeholders viewed as an attempt by the Government to buy the loyalty and allegiance of the judiciary. So, the Sadc Election Observation Mission on the 2023 harmonised general election in Zimbabwe “received information from…stakeholders that the judiciary recently received large financial and material incentives which the stakeholders viewed as an attempt by the Government to buy the loyalty and allegiance of the judiciary”. Why is the Sadc Election Observation Mission disrespecting Zimbabwe’s judiciary in this manner? The is outrageous, and for it to find expression in this report is shameless and unacceptable. In the interest of fairness, the Sadc Mission must be required by Sadc to share this information with everyone, particularly the Government of Zimbabwe which represents the Zimbabwean State, a member of Sadc. As already pointed out, the Sadc Observer Mission has no jurisdiction or competence to make any judicial pronouncements on Zimbabwean elections, not least because it is not a judicial inquiry; it is just and only an observation mission. This needs to be rectified by the Mission in its final report. That’s why it has been both important and necessary to engage the preliminary report at this stage. Thirdly, and last but not least, it is important to recall the Mission’s conclusion that is making news everywhere in order to show that it is politically opportunistic, and arguably is self-evident malice aforethought. The Sadc Election Observation Mission’s preliminary report has this running thread that ties everything in the report together, and which is effectively the essence of the report’s conclusion: The Mission noted that some aspects of the Harmonised Elections, fell short of the requirements of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, the Electoral Act, and the SADC Principles and Guidelines Governing Democratic Elections. Is this conclusion in any way linked to or an outcome of the observations that the preliminary report lists as the observations that were actually made by the Sadc Mission? The best way to unpack the question is by looking at the full list of the observations that the Mission says it made, and they are the following: "3. OBSERVATIONS ON ELECTION DAYS (23-24 AUGUST 2023) On the Election Days, the SADC Electoral Observation Mission observed the voting process in 10 Provinces of the Republic of Zimbabwe. The deployed observer teams covered 172 polling stations in their respective areas. The political contestants have continued to call for peace during this election period and after. The SEOM observed the following critical aspects at the 172 polling stations that we visited: (a) The environment at the polling stations was relatively calm and peaceful. (b) A number of voters expressed concern due to a lack of, or late arrival of ballot papers and poor administration at some polling stations. However, voters remained patient to exercise their constitutional right to vote. (c) Professional and attentive police presence enhanced the overall peace and secure environment in all the polling stations observed. (d) 64% of the voting stations observed opened on time, 36% did not open on time for the 07:00am stipulated opening time. Some polling stations opened more than 12 hours after the stipulated time. The reason provided by ZEC for this unprecedented development was the unavailability of ballot papers, particularly for the local authority elections, and also due to previous litigation. This challenge was, however specific to Harare and Bulawayo Provinces. Due to the delays, some voters left without casting their votes, while others opted to remain in the lengthy queues throughout the day and night. By 06:00am on 24 August 2023, some voters in these two provinces had still not voted. Consequently, these delays also had a knock-on effect as they dissuaded voters from voting in the first place. Against this observation we further note as follows: i. Section 52(1) of the Electoral Act provides that for any election, the ZEC shall ensure that every constituency elections officer is provided with polling booths or voting compartments and ballot boxes, and shall provide papers, including ballot papers. ii. Prior to election day, ZEC had assured our Mission and other stakeholders, that all necessary voting materials, including ballot papers, were available and ready for use before election day. This communication was made in the context of section 52A(2) of the Electoral Act which requires ZEC to provide information on the number of ballot papers and publication of details regarding them. On the basis of these two considerations, the subsequent information from ZEC that they did not have adequate ballot papers has the unfortunate effect of creating doubts about the credibility of this electoral process. (e) The voters roll was unavailable at 1% of the polling stations observed, and was therefore not displayed outside the polling stations for the convenience of the voters and verification by party/candidates agents. (f) During the voting period, and at 26% of the polling stations observed, not all voters who turned out could vote. The reasons advanced for this included: i. Voters were identified, but the names were not found on the voters’ roll; ii. It was not possible to establish the voter’s identity; iii. Voters were at the wrong polling station; and iv. Voters did not have a national identity card or passport, or due to the absence of an official witness confirming an elector’s identity. (g) 8% of the polling stations observed were not accessible to voters living with disabilities. (h) At 50% of the polling stations, voters living with disabilities, the elderly, and pregnant women were not given priority to vote. (i) In 3% of polling stations observed, indelible ink was not checked on the voters before allowing them to cast their vote. (j) At 97% of the polling stations observed, voting was free from irregularities. (k) Voting proceeded in an orderly manner at 95% of the polling stations observed. (l) Ballot boxes did not remain locked and/or sealed at 2% of the polling stations. (m) As a result of the excessive delays in the opening of polling stations in Harare and Bulawayo provinces, at least 36% of the voting stations observed did not close at the scheduled closing time of 1900hrs, while some had not even opened by that time. It was announced that voting would be extended to proceed into 24 August 2023 to compensate for the late opening. (n) In previous stakeholder consultations, a shadowy organisation referred to as Forever Associates Zimbabwe was accused of conducting a country-wide exercise of electoral intimidation. Our observers confirmed the existence of this group as its officials or agents were easily identifiable at some polling stations as they were dressed in regalia emblazoned with the FAZ name and were accredited local observers. These, and other unidentified persons who were not polling officials were also observed taking down the names of voters before they cast their votes. In some areas, voters were intimidated by actions of these individuals. (o) The Mission observed the closing and vote counting processes. A proper analysis of these two processes shall be provided as part of the final SEOM Report." CONCLUSION Three points to conclude: Firstly, it is notable that the actual observations made by the Sadc Election Observation Mission are given as a skeletal laundry list with little if any analysis. Yet the observations are at the core of how the actual polling or election was conducted on polling day. Secondly, there’s no connection between the preliminary report’s running theme that “the Mission noted that some aspects of the Harmonised Elections, fell short of the requirements of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, the Electoral Act, and the SADC Principles and Guidelines Governing Democratic Elections”. Surely, to sustain the theme, it has to be connected with the actual observations made by the Mission. But the preliminary report makes no connection, not least because the connection is contrived, based on hearsay and therefore has no factual foundation. Thirdly, one of the observations that proves malice in the preliminary report is the following [number “m” on the laundry list of observations]: As a result of the excessive delays in the opening of polling stations in Harare and Bulawayo provinces, at least 36% of the voting stations observed did not close at the scheduled closing time of 1900hrs, while some had not even opened by that time. It was announced that voting would be extended to proceed into 24 August 2023 to compensate for the late opening. It is an unfortunate falsehood that there is any polling station that had not opened by 1900hrs on polling day, 23 August 2023. It’s a shame that such a falsehood found itself in a report of this stature and implication. Otherwise, if the report was based on good faith, the name and location of polling stations that had not opened by 1900hrs on polling day should have been specified for purposes of verification and rectification. Fourthly, right upfront the preliminary report says: The Mission was informed that a further proclamation was issued rendering 24 August 2023 as a polling day in view of the delays experienced at certain polling stations. Furthermore, President Mnangagwa also proclaimed 2 October 2023 for the run-off election to the office of president if such a poll becomes necessary. Two points about this. One is that the mind boggles at why the Mission had to be “informed” about this, and why the Mission did not get a copy of the proclamation for itself. Was this out of laziness or what? The other point is why does the preliminary report fail to see and understand that “the further proclamation” was the specific solution to the litany of what the Mission lists in its preliminary report as its observations regarding the delayed opening of polling stations on polling day and the shortage of ballot papers and related issues? An impression, a false one at that, is created to the effect that the litany of observations of problems that beset polling stations that opened late or opened without some or all ballot papers for the three elections were left unattended to. If truth be told, the Sadc Election Observation Mission’s preliminary report leaves a distinct and disturbing impression that the Mission had a sinister and a not so hidden mission against the people of Zimbabwe and the Republic of Zimbabwe, abi nitio. That’s unfortunate because the impression is palpable!

EU gave €225 million to projects in #Gaza between 2021-2023, a place that was under the full control of #Hamas since 2006. How much of the EU money given to projects in Gaza ended up in the hands and pockets of this terrorist organisation? I asked Commissioner Olivér Várhelyi this and other questions in the Budgetary Control committee on October 26, 2023. Watch and share this video along with the transcript. MEP Cristian Terheș: "Thank you so much. Before I go into my questions I just want to make a note that this committee has on paper 55, 54 MEPs, and we are in this room, right now, only five [MEPs] and two over there. I think it is outrageous that, for an important topic like this, that is discussing about how the Commission is spending or wasting people's money, apparently the Left is not interested in see[ing] what exactly and how exactly people's money was spent. Going back to the questions, I have six specific questions. The first one is related to the books printed under the supervision or under the authority of the Palestinian Authority. And I saw, I carefully read the answer from the European Commission, which pretty much acknowledged that there was a problem, and I restate that, that there was, in the past, a problem with these books. And the answer says that "EU has stepped up its engagement with the Palestinian Authority to ensure that further curriculum reform addresses problematic issues identified in the shortest possible timeframe". So the "further curriculum" will address this issue. Well, here's an example of a book. This is a literature book for the fifth grade that is used in the UNRWA schools. In this book, this is what the Arab kids are learning. If you're not aware of who this person is, her name is Dalal Mughrabi. On March the 11th, 1978, along with other terrorists, [she] hijacked two busses. And when the Israeli authorities tried to free those people, they blew themselves up and killed 38 Israelis, including 13 children, and over 70 people were wounded. So how is it possible that now, in 2023, and I'm not talking about past books… This is 2023. These kids are still learning that this is a role model for them. And now, out of the blue, we are surprised that people are blowing themselves up and killing innocent people. I'm not interested what are you going to do in the future. I hope that you will do something and we will make sure that you will do something. But what have you done so far to make sure that these Arab kids, these Palestinian kids are not indoctrinated with this kind of evil figures? The second question is about the "Pay for Slay". #PayForSlay According to the Palestinian law if a Palestinian person is killing a Jew, his or her family is getting a pension. So we are rewarding terrorist activities. And this was done for years. A few years ago, when Trump was president, a U.S. military guy was killed in one of these terror attacks. And U.S. Congress passed a law called "Taylor Force Act", which is conditioning any U.S. money for the Palestinian Authority to make sure that these families of the terrorists are not getting reimbursed for life after these terror activities. Why aren’t we imposing exactly the same rules? Because, according to the answer from the Commission, we are paying pension and pensions to these people. Third question, the issue of Gaza. According to your official answer, you're stating, and I quote: "Between 2021 and [20]23, EU funded €681 million for the Palestinian Authority and UNRWA. A third of this money went to Gaza." A third means €225 million from 2021 to 2023. But we know for a fact that in 2005, when Israel withdrew from Gaza, after 2006 or [200]7, Gaza is under the control of Hamas. You said here that you will run a survey or whatever, an analysis to see how the money was spent. What have you done already? Hamas was called, and recognized and acknowledged as a terrorist organisation. How was it possible to pour €225 million in a place that is fully controlled by a terrorist organisation and nobody did anything or said anything? It is absolutely absurd! Forth question. Following reports about stealing of pipelines for rocket production and fuel for hospitals, to what extent can the European Commission or the Court of Auditors verify or assess the damage caused to EU and European funded projects in Gaza? Fifth question. Following news that Hamas is directing money for social allowances to members of this terrorist organisation, how do you verify that such money gets to those really in need? Nevertheless, following reports about control of Hamas of the teacher unions and UNRWA workers union, what are the steps you are taking to verify that EU money for UNRWA is not used to serve Hamas agenda? Thank you." Commissioner Olivér Várhelyi: "Madam Chair. I want to assure all the participating members of this committee that I very much appreciate their presence and their engagement with us. And I think that this is very important that we have this discussion, no matter how many members of the committee are here. Now, first of all, on the Gaza project. Let me make it very clear what has been done in Gaza since 2006 when the IDF and Israel has left the Gaza Strip. I fully agree with you. The control and the governance of that strip has been de facto exercised by the Hamas. Unfortunately! And it was for that reason that all institution financing activity has been stopped and it is for that reason that only projects of public interest have been continued in the Gaza Strip. Now, with the emergence of the horror that we have seen instigated by Hamas, the review also has a very clear message to those projects that we have tried for many, many years to create for the benefit of the people in Gaza, like the Gas for Gaza project or the desalination plant creating fresh water for the people in the Gaza Strip or building a new hospital in the Gaza Strip, that are on hold. And it is not possible even physically to continue on those projects. And we will have to wait until the end of this war to see what engagement would still be considered in the in the Gaza area, if feasible. Now, in relation to the broader question of the review, what is the timeline? The timeline is that we are already doing it. We have a methodology established and our review is carried out by the whole House, mainly the DG Near, but also other parts of the Commission, DG Budget and also the other external family members of the Commission. The result of the review is going to be presented to the College [of Commissioners]. So the College is going to take the conclusions of these findings and they will be, I very much hope, endorsed by the College. In terms of its cost, we do not foresee any additional cost for this, and we want to act rapidly because, as I said, given the very fragile security situation, we have to act immediately to filter out all those who have, even indirectly, participated or contributed to the violence that we have seen emerge. Now, when it comes to the textbooks, to be honest with you, it's very difficult to answer your question because this is the question I have been putting since the very beginning of my mandate. How is it possible to embed hatred and nurture hatred in textbooks? How is it possible to teach kids to hate? How is it possible? And we have been sitting down several times with the Palestinian Authority. We have run a study that came to the same conclusion as you have. And we have had difficult discussions also in this House. But now I see that there is a change in the position of this House, which is, I think, very important. And it is not only very important, but we took very, very careful note of a request from the Parliament, because there is also a request adopted by the plenary, to look into this issue. And this is what we are going to do and this issue will have to be addressed. The result that we have achieved was that we have raised the issue with the Palestinian Authority, and I don't think there's disagreement between us and them that this is an issue. Second, we are working very closely with our partners in UNRWA. I'm very sad to see that this is a training material or education material that you have shown today, which is used by UNRWA, because UNRWA was the one who not only was able to talk about this problem, but undertook commitments with us to eradicate any material, any views expressed, including on social media or in the territories of the schools of this kind, glorification of terrorists, glorification of hatred, anti-Semitism. And this is why we have concluded a three year financing contract with UNRWA. This was a very important element for us that UNRWA started to cooperate and we have seen results coming in. But, of course, I agree with you. We cannot rest until the very last of these materials disappear. And I'm fully committed to deliver on that, including in the discussions for next year. On the "Pay for Slay". We have a list to check that direct beneficiaries do not appear on any of the terrorist list. But, if there is one, I wouldn't like to draw any conclusions of the review, but, if there is one issue to look at is, of course, that we do not create the possibility of indirect benefit for those who are involved in terrorist activities or for those who have been even convicted for such acts. And this is what we are addressing also in our review. Now, on the on the damage to our projects in Gaza, I cannot tell you now. What we see is that there is clearly devastation in the northern part, serious level of damage in the south, but it will be only after that the war will stop that we can go back and take a look at that. Now, on the humanitarian aspect and how to guarantee that our humanitarian aid is not going to be misused. If you look back at the statement the European Council has adopted just last weekend, you see also a very clear call for them to make sure. And this is why our decision has been to channel our humanitarian aid through our own institutions; DG Echo is delivering on the ground and in-kind. So we are providing help, in-kind, not providing financing. We're not providing other items that could be used for other purposes. And we are coordinating our work with international organisations only, so to ensure that it doesn't get to the wrong hands. So there was one more question about the breakdown of the €103 million, and I think I can confirm what you said that we have composed the €103 million by €50 million that were allocated in support of payments of salaries and pensions. These are going directly as direct budget support into the budget of the Palestinian Authority. However, we want to check the final beneficiaries and we have a list. And now we're looking at indirect beneficiaries as well as part of the review. The 40 million… The other element is the €40 million support for the most vulnerable families. Again, this is this is paid in the form of direct budgetary contribution. And the third and lastly, the €13 million, this is the remaining part of 103 [million], is financing the East Jerusalem hospitals that we have paid already in April 2023 to keep the health care system running in East Jerusalem. I hope with this I have answered all the questions that have been raised. Thank you."

🇿🇦🇺🇸 BOZELL TEARS SOUTH AFRICA'S DEATH-CHANT LIE WIDE OPEN – "KILL THE BOER" IS HATE SPEECH, FULL STOP‼️ 13 March 2026 🔴 AMBASSADOR LEO BRENT BOZELL III THE DIPLOMAT WHO FORCED SOUTH AFRICA'S SHAME INTO GLOBAL VIEW South Africa is exposed. No more hiding. No more pretending. U.S. Ambassador Leo Brent Bozell III has ripped the mask off the ANC regime's grotesque double standards. On March 11 2026 at the BizNews conference in Hermanus Western Cape Bozell delivered the truth without apology. The chant "Kill the Boer Kill the Farmer" is hate speech. He declared it plainly: "I'm sorry. I don't care what your courts say. It's hate speech." Those words detonated because they named what the ANC has spent years burying. A political slogan that explicitly calls for the murder of whites is legally shielded as "historical expression" in South Africa while every other nation would prosecute it as incitement to violence. Bozell did not attack South Africa. He refused to participate in the delusion. The ANC's response was instant cowardly fury. They issued a demarche summoned the ambassador demanded he explain his "undiplomatic remarks". The same regime that tolerates Julius Malema leading crowds in death chants suddenly pretends to be offended by honesty. Their outrage is not diplomacy. It is panic at being seen for what they are. Bozell clarified on X and expressed regret over the sharp phrasing of "I don't care what your courts say" but maintained his personal view that the chant is hate speech shared by many South Africans while reaffirming that the United States respects South Africa's judicial independence. That diplomatic refinement does not dilute the initial strike. The truth landed. The pretense is shattered. 🔴 PAPENFUS DELIVERS A MERCILESS TAKEDOWN ON ENCA The fire spread the next day. In a scorching eNCA interview around March 12 2026 NEASA CEO Gerhard Papenfus obliterated the government's narrative. His argument was brutal and unanswerable. A public call to kill a racial or ethnic group is hate speech and criminal incitement everywhere else on earth. In the United States in Europe in any society with real rule of law you shout it and you are arrested charged and likely denied bail. Papenfus asked the killer question: "Ask anyone in the world is that hate speech?" He answered: "Only in South Africa does a judge rule that a call to kill a particular group is somehow not hate speech." He spoke from raw experience as the son of a farmer whose parents survived farm attacks. He quoted Malema's own repeated clarifications: the chant targets white people white farmers. The intent is not hidden. It is screamed at rallies. Papenfus dropped the bombshell. He was present when U.S. officials told South African representatives the chant must stop as a condition for improved relations. Bozell is not rogue. He is the messenger of official Washington policy. The interviewer pushed the Constitutional Court ruling and "historical context". Papenfus crushed it. Malema means killing whites. The ANC's demarche against Bozell is childish immature desperate. A regime cornered and flailing. 🔴 THE FIVE CLEAR U.S. DEMANDS PRETORIA IGNORES WITH CONTEMPT Bozell's intervention rests on five explicit U.S. demands delivered nearly a year ago and met with arrogant silence: Publicly condemn the "Kill the Boer" chant and all rhetoric that incites racial hatred or glorifies violence. Prioritise rural crime and farm murders to protect vulnerable farming communities. Reconsider the Expropriation Act enabling land seizures without compensation. Reform Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment policies imposing heavy compliance burdens on foreign investors and minorities while deterring capital. Adopt genuine non-alignment in foreign policy and distance from regimes like Iran. These are practical conditions for trust investment and basic decency. Pretoria's refusal to engage is deliberate defiance. Bozell warned patience is exhausted. Consequences are mounting. 🔴 SOUTH AFRICA THE GLOBAL OUTLIER THAT SHIELDS A RACIAL DEATH CHANT South Africa's judiciary has created a legal monstrosity. The 2022 Johannesburg Equality Court reversal the 2024 Supreme Court of Appeal framing the chant as symbolic struggle poetry the Constitutional Court's March 2025 refusal to hear AfriForum's appeal. All protect a chant calling for racial murder as political speech. This is indefensible worldwide. In the United States it fails Brandenburg v. Ohio incitement tests. In Europe it triggers hate speech prosecution. UN standards prohibit advocacy of racial hatred inciting violence. Public opinion rejects the farce. Polls show 53 percent of South Africans call it hate speech rising to 85 percent among whites. Even some EFF supporters admit it is irresponsible. Malema's own words confirm targeting whites. Yet the ANC shields the poison while punishing Bozell. EFF radicals called for his expulsion declaring him persona non grata branding his comments arrogant threats and interference in South Africa's affairs. The hypocrisy is nauseating. 🔴 THE SAVAGE BRUTALITY FARMERS FACE WHILE PRETORIA PLAYS DENIAL While courts debate metaphors farmers suffer horrors. Attacks feature extreme cruelty hacked with pangas tortured mercilessly mutilated murdered far beyond theft motives. SAPS claims low numbers such as 6 murders in farming communities in Q4 2024/2025 (January to March 2025) with victims including employees farm dwellers and farmers many non-white. AfriForum disputes under-reporting highlights gratuitous torture without economic motive challenges figures like presenting evidence of eight farm owner murders in a quarter where police reported only one. Recent Western Cape incidents prove the nightmare continues. Government insists "random crime" affecting all groups. Courts protect the chant cheering killers. Rhetoric normalises hatred. Brutality escalates. Whites endure targeted terror without equivalent calls from their side. 🔴 TRUMP'S RESPONSE A REFUGEE PROGRAM SIGNALING GLOBAL CONCERN President Trump has acted decisively. Executive Order 14204 signed February 7 2025 halts aid over race-based land policies discriminatory practices and egregious actions while prioritises Afrikaner resettlement through the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program for those fleeing unjust racial discrimination including racially discriminatory property confiscation. FY 2026 global refugee cap is a historic low of 7500 heavily allocated to South Africans with processing targets up to 4500 applications monthly at peaks though backlogs and pauses slow flow. Early groups included around 59 in May 2025 by early 2026 numbers build into the low thousands admitted or in process. This is not exaggeration. It is Washington acknowledging danger the ANC denies. 🔴 THE ANC A PATHETIC REGIME THAT ATTACKS TRUTH-TELLERS AND ENABLES POISON The ANC follows its tired playbook. Attack messengers summon Bozell lecture on etiquette accuse disrespect of courts and history. Pathetic. None erases the central obscenity. A chant demanding farmers be killed echoes at rallies while the ruling party refuses condemnation. EFF allies push exclusionary transformation BEE as investment barriers land grabs ignoring constitutional equality courts follow the party line. The FW de Klerk Foundation calls rulings shocking endorsements of incitement. Critics warn of a hatred tinderbox with unidirectional protection for majority speech over minorities. Inaction on brutality inflammatory language leaves vulnerable communities in perpetual fear. 🔴 THE ILLUSION HAS COLLAPSED SOUTH AFRICA IS FULLY EXPOSED Bozell did not invent the crisis. He exposed it. His words amplified by Papenfus's ruthless television demolition have stripped away every pretense. South Africa can no longer pretend death chants are poetry farm terror is mere crime racial policies are pure justice. History will record this moment not as American arrogance but as the day the ANC's rotten facade crumbled. One ambassador refused the lie. The world now sees South Africa clearly. Exposed. Indefensible. Impossible to unsee. 🔴 EDITORIAL DISCLAIMER AND STATEMENT OF OPINION This article is presented as political commentary, analysis, and opinion on matters of public interest. TOPIC #107: PI NETWORK IS A STABLE COIN? -WHO DECIDES PI FULLY OM FIXED VALUE? Dear GCV army, I hope you are all doing great! First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for all your hard work. Many of you have achieved significant milestones, and it’s evident that you are making a great difference. Our influence has grown significantly, with an increasing number of social media posts and YouTubers publicly supporting us. I can see that more and more people are beginning to understand why we advocate for GCV. Today's meeting aims to alleviate any doubts you may have, allowing you to relax and feel confident as we embark on our historic journey together. I will answer the questions I’ve received and address some important issues we need to focus on to maintain our community's efficiency, particularly regarding our Generals, which will be the topic next weekend. I put the questions I received here. "A question addressed to Ms. Doris Yin in the emergency meeting 1– In light of the rapidly changing global circumstances and the increasing discussion about stablecoins backed by U.S. Treasury bonds, how do you see the future role of the Pi Network in this context? And what practical steps should the GCV army take now to accelerate this path? 2_ There are those who promote the idea that the price of Pi is what appears in the market (currently around $0.49) and compare it to the price of GCV within the ecosystem (314,159 Pi = 1 good or service). They say if Pi’s price rises to $2, it means that the value within The ecosystem is approximately 2 million dollars. With sincere appreciation and discipline." This is from the Arab head of GCV Ambassador Mr. Mohammed. Another question: "Hello, my Global Ambassador, I am Ateba Joseph, Ecological Ambassador in Cameroon And a member of the GCV army, I am delighted to exchange with you. Regarding the meeting with the GCV army on Sunday, July 27, 2025.. Here is my concern: A few days ago, a correspondence indicated that Pi is not or is not yet a stable coin. Upon reading this information, we have provided many explanations to help the pioneers understand this. I hope you will focus more on this statement to further strengthen our understanding of the subject. Thank you for taking my concerns into consideration" Thank you for the above questions; my answers are below. The first question concerns stablecoins. Many pioneers are hoping that Pi can be recognized by the U.S. government as a stablecoin. I wrote an article on this in May. On July 18, 2025, President Trump signed the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for US Stablecoins Act (the GENIUS Act) into law. This legislation establishes a regulatory framework for payment stablecoins and marks the first federal legislation on digital assets enacted since President Trump issued an executive order aimed at making the U.S. the “crypto capital of the world.” U.S.-issued stablecoins are expected to become the primary means of dollar transactions globally, especially in emerging markets with unstable local currencies. The sponsors of the GENIUS Act estimate that by 2030, stablecoin issuers may collectively become the largest holders of U.S. Treasuries, surpassing foreign central banks. From this, we can see that U.S. stablecoins must maintain reserves backing outstanding payment stablecoins on a one-to-one basis, consisting only of specified assets, including U.S. dollars and short-term Treasury securities. It is clear that the Pi Network will not take this path, as it is not part of our plan. A stablecoin is essentially a digital representation of the U.S. dollar. All stablecoin issuers do not create a new currency; rather, it’s akin to purchasing chips at a casino – you must use U.S. dollars to buy those chips. However, Pi is a completely new currency. It does not need to be backed up by U.S. dollars or U.S. Treasuries to be used. If that were the case, we wouldn’t need to establish an ecosystem or have a three-year enclosed mainnet. I previously mentioned the possibility of Pi being an algorithmic stablecoin since only algorithmic stablecoins do not need to be backed by U.S. dollars. However, algorithmic stablecoins have faced significant failures in the past. The collapse of the Terra (LUNA) cryptocurrency resulted in a loss of at least $40 billion in market capitalization, with estimates reaching as high as $60 billion. TerraUSD (UST), an algorithmic stablecoin, lost its peg to the U.S. dollar, contributing to its overall collapse. The new stablecoin legislation recently passed through the Senate effectively ties the U.S. Treasury to crypto, as it essentially bets the government’s cash flow on digital tokens and market speculation. This legislation requires stablecoins to be backed by short-term Treasury bills, generating an estimated $2–$3 trillion in new demand for government debt, which is nearly half the current size of the T-bill market. On paper, this looks beneficial, but in reality, it creates a circular feedback loop: crypto demand fuels stablecoins, stablecoins buy T-bills, and T-bills fund government deficits. The government becomes reliant on speculative capital flows. Thus, we should understand why the U.S. government will not support the Pi Network as a stablecoin, as they require stablecoin issuers to buy T-bills and can no longer trust algorithmic stablecoins. So, what is the future of the Pi Network as a currency? From my perspective, Pi is already listed on exchange markets. It cannot be classified as a security because it is mined freely and is not an ICO. Instead, it should be categorized as a commodity, similar to Bitcoin and ETH. When a currency is listed for trading on an exchange, its price is determined by the balance of supply and demand. However, Pi is a currency in its own right; it has inherent value from Pi holders -Pioneers. Historically, currency has served as a medium of exchange. A medium of exchange is a widely accepted item for buying goods and services in an economy. It facilitates transactions by eliminating the need for a barter system, where goods are directly exchanged for other goods. In modern economies, money (such as currency) serves as the primary medium of exchange. **Functions of Money:** One of the core functions of money is to serve as a medium of exchange, enabling the smooth transfer of value between buyers and sellers, thereby simplifying trade and economic activity. **Examples:** In modern economies, this typically includes currency (paper money, coins) or digital money. In specific historical contexts, other items, such as cigarettes in prisoner-of-war camps, have also served as mediums of exchange. **Importance of Acceptance:** For a medium of exchange to function effectively, it must be widely accepted and trusted within the relevant community. **Not the Same as a Payment Method:** While credit cards and checks are used for payments, they do not serve as mediums of exchange themselves. Therefore, stablecoin is not a new currency. It is more likely to have a credit card or check character. It is a USD digital status. From the analysis presented, we can draw the following conclusions: The current price of Pi on the exchange market primarily serves as a temporary measure to facilitate broad expansion. While this is not our primary objective, it constitutes a strategic approach towards achieving our mission. To gain a clearer perspective, we must adopt a higher-level view of the overall vision for the Pi Network. The mission and vision of Pi Network clearly articulate that it is not intended to function as a commodity for sale, nor is it meant to be an investment vehicle or a speculative security. Instead, it is crucial to recognize that Pi is designed to be a medium of exchange—a new form of currency. As pioneers in this venture, we have the unique opportunity to acquire Pi through free mining. However, it is important to note that the current mining rate is relatively slow. To overcome this limitation and to further our goal of mass adoption, it is essential for more individuals to join the Pi Network and participate in holding Pi. One efficient way to accelerate this process is by allowing Pi to be traded on the exchange market, which can result in rapid and widespread adoption. Since Pi can be mined for free, a lower price could make it more accessible to a larger number of people. It's important to focus on our primary goal during this pre-full Open Mainnet (OM) phase: mass adoption, rather than aiming for high prices, which many pioneers expected. Some pioneers want to sell when the price increases, but if too many sell, it could undermine our goal of achieving mass adoption. This scenario is reminiscent of historical instances when shells served as currency—readily accessible from the sea or buy from the village market. For shells to function effectively as currency, a collective effort was needed to hold and circulate them within the village. If only a select few individuals possess the shells, the currency lacks the necessary circulation to sustain an economy. Hence, our goal should not be centered on achieving a high price; instead, we should strive to make Pi more affordable so that a greater number of individuals can acquire and hold it, thereby fostering a thriving economic ecosystem. Of course, the rising price will build up merchants' confidence to accept it as payment. This is why we refer to it as a buyback campaign, which aims to achieve mass adoption and foster ecosystem confidence. As Pi evolves into a currency, the question of its value becomes pertinent. Given that it is a new currency, its value is not immediately clear. This presents an opportunity for us, the pioneers, to play a crucial role in defining it. The determination of Pi's value is not the responsibility of a central authority such as CT, the government, or the exchange. Instead, it will emerge from a decentralized consensus within the community, which collectively owns Pi. This concept is akin to ancient times when the value of shells was not determined by the sellers. Rather, the value was derived from the collective agreement of the village that utilized them as currency. I hope this elaboration clarifies the distinction between value and price, enabling a deeper understanding of the foundational principles that drive our mission with Pi Network. Pi represents a groundbreaking innovation—a revolution that is poised for long-term economic development on a global scale, rather than perpetuating cycles of plunder and exploitation. By harnessing the power of blockchain technology, Pi empowers ordinary individuals, which creates an inherent conflict of interest with the U.S. government in the short term. Should the U.S. government endorse the Pi Network, it raises questions about the viability of U.S. treasuries and who would ultimately purchase them. Consequently, the government may prioritize support for stablecoins backed by the U.S. dollar and U.S. Treasury securities, as this can help alleviate the U.S. government's issues with limited demand. However, I previously mentioned the potential for Pi to emerge as an algorithmic stablecoin. At that time, the Genius Bill had not yet been enacted. If the Pi Network gains acceptance from the U.S. government, its growth could become rapid and expansive, leading to widespread adoption in other nations. This path would position Pi as a legitimate currency in nearly every country, contingent upon certain conditions. For instance, if the price of Pi in the exchange market can align with the GCV, this could be achieved through a buyback mechanism involving 10 million pioneers. Such a scenario would indicate that Pi differs significantly from past algorithmic stablecoin failures, presenting a compelling case for the U.S. government to view Pi as a low-risk asset. However, it presents a significant challenge to be collectively reached by pioneers, and there are other conditions that we cannot achieve in a short time. While it might appear that Pi Network conflicts with the U.S. dollar or stablecoins in the short term, it has the potential to address the broader issue of overprinting currency, which has plagued the U.S. and many other nations. This would benefit international trade by alleviating concerns about currency appreciation or depreciation in international transactions. The global economy indeed requires a super sovereign currency—one that ensures stability for future generations and fosters lasting peace and prosperity. To comprehend Pi as a currency, it is crucial to recognize that we must cultivate long-term value by generating GCV data. In the short term, our focus needs to be on establishing a robust exchange market and decentralized applications (DApps) to drive mass adoption. If this is understood, there should be no need to feel discouraged by the current low price of Pi. The true value of Pi as a currency derives not from the exchange market, trading platforms, or governmental endorsement, but rather from our community's collective efforts and engagement. You might wonder how a government could adopt Pi, given that it does not take the form of a stablecoin. I would counter with the example of Bitcoin, which has thrived even in environments where many countries have imposed bans. Currently, Pi is transitioning from its traditional commodity status to being recognized as a currency, meaning governmental awareness of Pi Network is still in development. As such, existing regulations generally pertain to older forms of cryptocurrency rather than our innovative approach. Our branding as a digital currency, rather than a cryptocurrency, is intentional. Dr. Nicolas has expressed concerns that many aspects of conventional cryptocurrencies pose challenges to government frameworks and public trust, often leading to economic harm rather than benefit. Our commitment to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) protocols distinguishes us by mitigating money laundering risks and protecting Pi holders from speculative practices. Many businesses face bankruptcy or closure because consumers lack the disposable income to engage in spending. Imagine how Pi could enable those businesses to survive and thrive—people could utilize Pi to make purchases and easily convert it into fiat currency to sustain operations, thereby preserving many jobs. The function in our wallet that allows users to "buy" Pi is not merely a feature; it represents a vision for the future where conversion to fiat currency can happen immediately, without dependency on third-party exchanges. Moving forward, we can establish a fixed rate (the GCV) for conversions. Once larger institutions and prominent companies recognize the low-risk profile of joining Pi Network due to its GCV stability, we can expect a considerable influx of participants seeking to gain a competitive advantage. You may ask how companies would finance the purchase of Pi at GCV rates. This is an insightful question. My perspective is that the demand for Pi’s stable value will inherently incentivize investments. Much like why individuals purchase stablecoins for their convenience in facilitating cross-border transactions, Pi will appeal to consumers and businesses alike, particularly because we are leveraging Web 3.0 blockchain technology, AI-driven platforms, and a rich ecosystem of decentralized applications (DApps). We are cultivating a loyal customer base that recognizes the value of this innovation. We understand that high-net-worth individuals seek safe investment opportunities. While U.S. treasury bonds currently represent a secure asset class, they are not without risk. Therefore, if Pi Network can maintain a limited supply coupled with blockchain technology and a consistent GCV, it is plausible that affluent investors would allocate a portion of their capital to acquire Pi. This would lead to fiat inflows whenever there is increased demand for Pi, establishing an equilibrium between Pi and fiat currencies. This interplay is why I believe DApps are critically significant. We need broader usage of Pi in real-world applications. I hope my analysis has helped clarify why the price of Pi should not overly concern us. Buying Pi to hold onto it allows pioneers to accumulate more, while building merchant confidence is essential to kickstart the ecosystem. Merchants will be motivated to see Pi’s price appreciation since this removes the risks for DApps and service providers who depend on exchange market prices. A rise in demand for Pi will subsequently reduce its supply, which is beneficial for price increases. I look forward to discussing Pi GCV army management in another session. Thank you for your time. Let’s continue striving for greatness together. Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷 Founder, Global GCV Movement Disclaimer: This speech is intended solely for educational purposes within the GCV community. The views and content shared here represent my personal perspective and are part of the GCV movement, but do not reflect the official position of the Pi Core Team (PCT). Pi Network represents a new revolution, meaning there is no existing example for us to follow and no guiding manual. As Dr. Fan mentioned, we cannot predict what will happen around the next corner. Therefore, we must practice and forge our own path. As more people traverse this journey, the road will become clearer.

//The Wire//2300Z October 7, 2026// //ROUTINE// //BLUF: SUSPECT ARRESTED IN MINNESOTA AFTER ALLEGEDLY PLANNING TO CONDUCT MASS SHOOTING. HOUTHIS RECAPTURE LOST TERRAIN, CONTINUE PRESSING ADVANCE IN WESTERN YEMEN. IRANIAN TARGETING INCREASES IN THE PERSIAN GULF AND STRAIT OF HORMUZ.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events- Yemen: Houthi forces have recaptured much of the terrain that was threatened by Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) forces, the Saudi-backed, pro-government militia groups which had made advances along the Red Sea coast. A few days ago, PLC forces were observed running over surrendering Houthis with their vehicles, after a few skirmishes turned in favor of the Saudi militias. However, within a day, Houthi forces have pushed back PLC forces once again, using FPV drones along with ground assaults to slow the PLC advance in many key areas. Analyst Comment: For casual war-watchers, the Yemeni situation is a prime example of why it is wise to wait 24 hours before making judgement calls about which cities are taken. In the span of 24 hours, the Saudi-backed PLC militias captured most of the Yemeni coastline along the Red Sea, to include some patrols entering the town of Mocha...before they were pushed right back out again by the next evening. Within this region, terrain changes hands quickly, and is just as easily lost as gained. As a result, this conflict will probably be a series of back-and-forth exchanges for a while. Middle East: Within the Strait of Hormuz, the now-daily targeting by Iranian forces has continued to escalate over the past few days. Over a dozen ships have been hit over the past week, and now multiple ships are being struck every single day while trying to make the crossing. As a result of this increase in targeting, two ships have turned around due to Iranian warnings over the radio within the past 24 hours. This afternoon, a ship was struck by Iranian cruise missiles off the coast of Qatar, much further into the Gulf than targeting efforts have been noted over the past few weeks. Analyst Comment: Despite this increase in targeting, narrative shaping operations continue all around. Most mainstream media sources claim that the Strait is fully open, and the Saudi East-West Pipeline is fully back in operation. However, Iranian attacks on merchant shipping have continued to increase daily, and the Houthi strikes on anything flammable in Saudi Arabia are probably doing more damage than the Kingdom wants to admit. Where this goes from here is anyone's guess, but the situation is definitely not static; moves are being made and the war is intensifying once again, at least from the Iranian side. -HomeFront- Minnesota: This morning one individual was arrested for allegedly planning to conduct a terror attack. The FBI arrested Sheikhdoon Abdullahi Mohamud after a two-year investigation, which indicated he had expressed violent intent online. In September, Mohamud began making violent threats in conversations with an undercover agent, which culminated in the suspect being offered an AK-47 for purchase, to conduct an attack with. Mohamud agreed, and was arrested during the sale in a public park immediately afterward. -----END TEARLINE----- Analyst Comments: For those who hold the opinion that the FBI is incapable of stopping a terror attack that they don't plan themselves, the Minnesota case will not exactly help refute that argument. Per the press statements on this case, Mohamud was under investigation for two years...but the violent threats only emerged in September of this year, after he had already turned 18. So far, this seems to be a lone individual speaking with an undercover agent online, who also sold him a rifle and some ammunition before arresting him. Since this investigation lasted two years, it looks like the FBI was trying to entrap a juvenile, and groomed him until he became a legal adult, and they could arrest him. To be sure, the suspect did express radicalization and intent to carry out an attack, but there is no indication that he was actually able to do so without the FBI's help...if he was only talking about these threats to an undercover agent, this is not exactly an indication of a wider terrorist network (or even a particularly capable lone wolf either). Somewhat poignantly, his violent intentions are not out of the ordinary for the Twin Cities. As a reminder, there are many other well coordinated and well funded groups around the city with the means, motive, and opportunity to cause harm; the previous terrorism and fraud concerns throughout the greater Minneapolis area have remained constant threats for years. However, this individual does not appear to have been a part of any coordinated group and despite the good news of one less individual with nefarious intent being out on the street, this is not exactly the Bin Laden-grade takedown that the DoJ is claiming that it is, and the concerns of entrapment will probably grant the suspect a decent legal defense when this case goes to trial.
