This is totally an irresponsible behavior of a lower oder police personnel, given the risk he is intentionally taking to do the work which is not his assigned duty, that too, for making reels with a cameraman.

@samtrivandrum While the efforts are applaud worthy it is also says that the particular government department is not doing its job at all. Wish there was a way to resolve this.
