The Hypocrites and #fakeProtest of 10th Oct • This is a named political mobilisation (#CJP plus #Left student unions), not a neighbourhood flash protest. The demand is political: #CEC resignation and scrapping SIR. • It is illegal under the order now in force. Organisers were told no, and have said they will come anyway. • The same formation’s July march breached the no-march condition, reached near Parliament, and ended in clashes in which police reported stones, bottles and injuries to officers. There are multiple #FIR filed already • #Article19 is not a right to an unlimited assembly at a banned site. Designated protest sites still run on prior intimation, caps on numbers, and conditions. Jantar Mantar is not a free-fire zone for 50,000 people after a three-day notice. All liberals and pseudo-liberals demanding right to protest is misplaced. • The #disruption — Metro gates, cancelled long-distance trains, closed markets — is the cost of an unauthorised convergence, not evidence that the state is “at war with citizens.” • Social media scale (CJP’s Instagram following has been reported in the tens of millions) explains coordinated narrative. Funding questions exist and are unanswered; they are not proven. • the same campus/student political ecosystem that is mobilising for tomorrow’s unauthorised Jantar Mantar protest — @INCIndia Congress-linked and Left student outfits @aisa_official_ has no public line tonight on an @JNU_official_50 internal-committee dismissal of their own MP-professor after complaints by 11 students. Complete lack of ideology and real cause. • Communist one-party states — the USSR, Mao’s China, Cambodia under the Khmer Rouge — killed tens of millions of their own people and banned opposition, a free press and real elections. In a democracy the same current is a small elected #fringe, yet it still treats streets, campuses and institutions as instruments to impose its line rather than win a mandate. • Abhijeet Dipke ran AAP’s social-media and campaign work from 2020 to 2023, then built the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) as a meme page in May 2026. Ashutosh Ranka, a London School of Economics graduate and former McKinsey consultant, worked on @AamAadmiParty media and data, became the party’s Rajasthan Intellectual Wing secretary in December 2025, and donated ₹21,100 to AAP in 2025–26, a sum that appears on the party’s Election Commission list. Saurav Das is an #RTI journalist, failed in #CLA, who has written for #TheCaravan, #TheWire and Article 14. He was named a CJP spokesperson in June. On 24 September an #FIR in Delhi named Dipke, Das, Ranka and Ratna Singh over a morphed image of a woman displayed at their Jantar Mantar protest. That is a police case. AAP’s #SanjaykumarSingh has already said party members will join the 10 October march, while @ArvindKejriwal has amplified the same group for months. This looks a complete illegal move to protest against institution and bring street protest as a tool for regime change. • They have not led a single agitation against AAP’s school record in Delhi or against Congress on the #JNU dismissal of their own MP. The demand list is the opposition’s: #CEC resignation, scrap #SIR, ballot papers. A protest whose organisers come out of AAP, take AAP money and manpower, and never turn the same street pressure on AAP or Congress is a political front, not a natural reaction. • On 23 September @IndianExpress reported that Election Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi had put objections on record at least 14 times in 10 months, on Form 6, roll additions and deletions, and access to the voter database. The same day @RahulGandhi called it “vote chori” and “an act of treason” by the BJP, the #RSS and the Election Commission. The next day he demanded Gyanesh Kumar’s resignation and called him a traitor. Congress’s line was that the CEC is “Modi’s puppet.” Kapil Sibal asked for his removal and for elections in that period to be treated as tainted. CJP, Left student unions and AAP are now marching on exactly that demand: Kumar out, SIR scrapped, ballot papers. Sanjay Singh has said AAP members will join a protest CJP is organising. Same target, same wording, two weeks after one newspaper story and the Leader of Opposition’s press conference. This is well coordinated constructed narrative • The Express story is an internal-process report, not proof of stolen mandates. EC said differences are normal in a three-member body and that SIR decisions over the past year were unanimous. The three later met and issued a joint statement. Roll revision is meant to add, correct and delete names. A large deletion figure is not, by itself, evidence that those votes were “stolen,” and neither Gandhi nor CJP has produced a verified list of living, eligible voters illegally struck off at a scale that changes results. Calling the CEC a traitor, and then blocking Delhi to force his resignation, is an attack on the institution that certifies the mandate, not a defence of it The 2024 verdict gave the #NDA a Lok Sabha majority. That is the people’s mandate, certified by the Election Commission, not a favour owed to the street. Tomorrow’s crowd is a named #mobilisation — CJP, Left student unions, AAP — amplified by a section of the press repeating one Indian Express process story as if it were proof of stolen votes. A small, organised group does not outrank crores of voters who stood in line, and treating those voters as cheats or collaborators because their side won is not dissent. It is contempt for the mandate. We citizen of India- Reject this protest and authorize @DelhiPolice , @HMOIndia Home Ministry and all security Agencies to act what seems fit for national Interest.
