I can't see girl's mistake while accident - she was in lane maintaining same speed - except auto rickshaw crossing and you honking unnecessarily.

Fact: 1. Auto has too many passengers which it self is illegal. Even at driver seat he has passengers. He should be Fined 20,000/- + 6 months in jail. 2. There is no traffic lights at the intersection so how she is to blame here? It's clear poor design of the crossing.
