*बडे बडे नेताओं से भी खतरनाक है* *ये भ्रष्ट IAS--IPS अफ़सर*

शत प्रतिशत सही बात है।वास्तव में शुरुआत आजादी के तुरंत बाद कांग्रेसियों ने किया था।लूटना शुरू किया जो अधिकारियों के सहयोग बिना हो नहीं सकता था।और अधिकारी देखे कि सरकार बेईमान है तो हम भी क्यों न बेइमानी करें।तब से देश के मालिक अंग्रेजों की जगह ये अधिकारी हो गए।

100% , देश की विकाश में जंजीर हैं ये बाबू इतना ही नहीं महा निकम्मे भी हैं बस बैठकर पैसा खाना जानते हैं, काम को लटकाए रखते है ऊपर से pressure आने पर लीपा पोती कर देते हैं

लगातार कहा जा रहा है सरकार बदलती है लेकिन सिस्टम वही रहता है क्योंकि भ्रष्ट नौकरशाही बनी रहती है (5-10% अपवाद है जिससे ये सिस्टम रेंग रहा है ) जो जितना भ्रष्ट तलवेचट्टा नौकरशाह वो उतना पावरफुल I Am Safe को हटाना है अब देखनेवाले लोकपाल जब भोगपाल बना जाये तो क्या कहना हमारी समस्या की जड़ भ्रष्ट नौकरशाही ही है

नेता इतने पढ़े लिखे नहीं होते, अधिकतर क्रिमिनल होते है उनको अपराध मुक्त करने फिर वहाँ से भ्रष्टाचार का रास्ता ये पढ़े लिखे आईएएस पीसीएस ही बताते है। नेताओ को फिर भी 5 साल बाद जनता को जवाब देना होता है, ये बेलगाम है।

Bcoz Netas are involved in that. Pass a resolution in Parliament to sake corrupt officer of any caliber and initiate action like life time jail, confiscate all the assets. Politicians must make law for this. Otherwise its look tum bhi khao humko bhi khanedo.

मनोज जी बुनियादी भूल कर रहे हो ,इस देश में ये IAS IPS कुछ नहीं कर सकते बग़ैर नेताओं के वरद हस्त के,ये उनके रहम पर रहते हैं नौकरों की तरह व्यवहार करते हैं वो जब चाहे तब इन्हें हटा सकते हैं ,भ्रष्टाचार नेताओं की मिलीभगत से होता है,और भ्रष्ट नेताओं को इस देश की बेईमान जनता चुनती है

और मोदी जी ने हर चीज ऑनलाइन करती है उसके कारण कुछ अफसर इतना नहीं खा पा रहे जितना खा सकते हैं इसलिए मोदी जी को अक्सर गालियां देते हैं और उनका वोट कांग्रेस को जाता है यह मेरा अनुभव है

हाँ तो देश की इतनी सेवा करते हैं ये लोग, थोड़ा सा ले लिया तो कौन सा आसमान गिर गया

ये अधिकारी ज्यादातर नेताओं के रिश्तेदार या बच्चे हैं । राजनीतिक आश्रय है इनको ,इमानदार तो खुड्डेलाईन रहता है ।

आम जनता की शिकायतो के गलत निस्तारण के लिए यही अधिकारी जिम्मेदार है।जनपद का बडा अधिकारीDM होता है और जनता अपनी शिकायत DM से करती है लेकिन फर्जी निस्तारण होते हुए भी साहब चुप रहते है। तो फिर भ्रष्टाचार की जिम्मेदारी किसको दी जाए जबकि जनपद के अच्छे कामो का तगमा इन्हे दिया जाता है।
