आजकल ये आम हो गया है 3 महीने पहले ऐसे 8 साल पुराने बंद अकाउंट की वजह से 130000 फंस गये बाद में रिलीज हो गई लेकिन 3 महीने सैलरी अकाउंट बंद होने का दुख.....

ऐसा ही एक मसला अभी हाल ही में जहांगीराबाद में 3 दुकानों पर हुआ है। तीनों के खाते फ्रीज कर दिए हैं लोनी पुलिस की रिक्वेस्ट पर।

He can put a writ petition in court stating the order only disputed amount can be put to lien. It's violation of live hood. Also give a legal notice to bank asking what police said to hold entire account amount or disputed amount. I can help him with exact guidance
