हर एक विभाग में घूसखोरी है हर विभाग में सबसे ऊपर कोई UPSC ब्यूरोक्रेट बैठा है अगर उसको घूस का हिस्सा जाता है तो वह साझीदार है और अगर उसको अपने ही नीचे हो रही घूसखोरी का पता नही है, तो फिर वो अखंड महामूर्ख मंत्रालय, विभाग, शहर कैसे संभाल रहा है

सब स्वार्थ सिद्ध करने में लगे हैं।

2nd division pass को topper कहना असल योग्यता की तौहीन है 56% से ज्यादा किसके marks आए है कौन से टॉपर उसमें भी इंटरव्यू में शक्ल सूरत लिंग रंग जात पात धर्म देखकर औकात से अधिक marks पाने वाले लोग होंगे

एक रट्टू तोता को मैं भी जानता हूं जो 7-8 साल से दिल्ली में रहकर घर वालों का पैरासाइट की तरह 15+ लाख चूस लिया, मुझसे बोला था कि सेलेस होने पर 1 साल में घूस लेकर रिकवर कर लेगा और किसी एक घूसखोर का उदाहरण भी दिया था । दुर्भाग्य है कि इस बार pcs में सेलेक्ट हो गया है।

सबका कट है अगर नेता उप्पर उगाही करने को ना बोले ये अधिकारी एक तिनका भी ना ले पाएंगे। इसका सारा दबाव ऊपर से नीचे की ओर आता है। जब अधिकारियो की पोस्टिंग ही पैसो से मिलने लगे तो वो क्या करेगा !!
