With full political support to Appu Kadai Beef Biryani kitchen is still running. I reported to Local Thiruverkadu Municipality Commisioner, Food safety Officer, District Officer - Thiruvallur Food safety, TN Food safety commissioner but no actions. They told me that Appu Kadai was backed up by DMK Thiruverkadu Municipality Chairman @murthy_nek and BJP thruvallur west- land owner. Even they dont have fire safety license from TN Fire and rescue department. Next to our house we have Appu Kadai Kitchen and plastic waster godown. Please think about fire safety to my house. Also they dont have building stability certificate too. Pls see report of TN FIRE SAFETY DEPT. If I report this to Thiruverkadu Municipality commissioner then he is saying that he has no control on this issue. Because he is tied up by DMK Thiruverkadu Municipality chairman @murthy_nek TN Food Safety has already closed temporary and approved to open the kitchen with lots of conditions. None of the conditions were followed by the owner. Above two videos are the example how they are very lenient upon hygienic food supply to the public. Drainage tanker is collecting the drainage waste from their Septic tank just next to the biryani utensil, dogs were roaming and smelling biryani utensil and urnating. With all these situation, biryani staff is still selling the biryani to the public. Do you think it is hygienic?
