Sir- Sorry if this sounds harsh. But these are my honest opinions 1) Ponle paapam kadaa Ani patients cheppedi vinadam kaadu. That is the job he signed up for. Did he take fees? Ponle paapam charity enti? Evariki ponle paapam? Even if its pro bono, ponle paapam Ani cheyyakkarledu. You do it because you get a kick out of it. 2) To be a doctor is to respect the patient first. And being patient with the patient. The patient is paying hard earned money for the doctor's expertise. When we neither have evidence nor any research on something, we can say the same respectfully. Naaku telidu saami annaru. Akkadi varaku ok. The patient is obviously not an expert and is at least trying to figure out some reason. The doctor has zero curiosity. Ridiculing the patient is unfortunate. Raatri pikkochchi ista.. enti sir? Is he a professional ? Emo? I maybe missing something. 3) Transformer lo silicone oil vaadataaru.. while used oil itself maybe dangerous, there is some indication from limited research on the use of silicone based oils for relieving arthritis pain temporarily by massaging. Silicone oil gets absorbed for 48 hours and relieves pain apparently. There are some limited random studies. This doctor failed to first be curious. Then was disrespectful to the patient. It is unfortunate we have such poorly trained doctors. 4) A good doctor would listen carefully and maybe research or even better consider the idea and propose for a proper trial and take patients permission to study and publish.
