You can basically think of a platoon leader as the leader of the entire platoon. Since they’re the leader of the platoon, they have to be able to keep track of all the personnel in our barracks units 1, 2, and 3 and identify every single person in the platoon. Honestly, they say one of the roles you shouldn't take on in the military camp is the platoon leader position which V hyung did because compared to ordinary soldiers, there’s so much more work to do. Seriously! They have to comfort and take care of the other soldiers, have to lead us along, and basically become a leader. Every morning, since we enlisted during the height of winter season, outside was seriously… wow, maybe minus 10 degrees or something. It was so cold in the mornings. So every morning, V hyungnim would turn around sharply at the front: 🐯Report! 👤Report! Salute! *V hyung accepts the salute* 👤1st Platoon, 3rd Squad, reporting morning roll call. Total personnel 8, present personnel 8. Morning roll call preparation complete! 🐯At ease!
