Still feels like I’m dreaming. This journey hasn’t been easy, every setback, every late night, every silent prayer led me here. Winning the Headies Award for Best Vocal Performance (Female) is more than just an award to me, it’s a reminder that resilience, faith, and hard work never go unnoticed. kinjaz's mike song talks about hanging out with bailey sok and #jacksonwang during the kcon weekend in la, and highlighted their respect for dance "..and then you have jackson in the room, who is this other wild titan who, you know, his version is in pushing for dances. and he joined kinjaz after being an artist, after being a globally recognized artist. he joins the crew, and i know a lot of people might think that that's just something he says, but beyond having the kinjaz choreographer dance behind him, he is literally down to be a member of the crew. he has actually performed as a kinja fully masked, and just as a member of the crew. he did that by choice, because he wanted to have that experience, and not be "jackson" in front of the kinjaz. he literally, you can look it up, if you look at our cartier x kinjaz trinity performance from last year, that was a whole event that was produced by jackson and his team, but the guest performance was by kinjaz, and jackson is performing just as one of the crew members in that. he's not a musical performance, he's picking up props and pushing... he's literally lifting dancers and literally being a crew member. and i just say that, i bring that up in this overarching theme, as like, i think he's just another person where i want to give flowers to for putting dance on that level and being down to just be a part of the crew and respect dance on that level. and i feel like, yeah, i just want to give my flowers to jackson and bailey as fellow kinjaz, but also, like, global titans that are really pushing the envelope for dance, and it really makes me hopeful and grateful that we're in this kind of chapter."

So another year has passed, and I am officially 33 now. As I celebrate another year of life, I realise that Birthdays are not just about growing older; it is also an opportunity to pause, look back and reflect, and to express gratitude for the experiences and people who have taught us to be better and wiser. Since my last birthday, the journey had been rough, my parents are going through separation, and a lot of other negative things have happened as well. But I was also inspired by some furs that I admire and decided to try something completely new to me : Dance. As someone who has a partial permanent disability, and no prior experience, my body often feels tight, sore and painful when I dance. I often doubt myself when I’m in group dance classes as I couldn’t keep up with others who are much younger and more experienced than me. But despite that, for that short while each week, the noise faded away and I felt relieved from my depression. I felt happy. I felt alive. Balancing school, work, gym, and my newfound passion has also been challenging, but as long as my body can handle it, I’ll keep showing up and do my best. I’m almost done with my degree and will likely graduate before my next birthday. I still enjoy photography, making funny content and singing too, but I don’t feel confident of my skill yet to perform on stage. Going forward, I will continue taking care of my diet and physique. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to meet the amazing people like my dance coach Khloe, and recently, guest coach Dain, who both, despite my shortcomings, have always been patient and encouraged me to do better, and for the fans and others who always supported me and encouraged me with your kind words as well, I see and hear you as well. Thank you. I hope that I will continue to be blessed with the health, time and financial capability to keep learning and improving. Maybe it’s not too late for me to chase my dreams and turn my life into something meaningful. Happy Birthday, Fang. 🎨ワンワン🪐

The autograph is so cute, and I am beyond grateful to have been chosen for this special gift. I also want to share something amazing that happened today. I wasn’t feeling well for few days, so I took an afternoon nap. For the first time ever, Josh appeared in my dream. Not all the SB19 members like I used to dream about before, but just Josh. 🥹✨ In my dream, it wasn’t SB19 Josh. It was the young Josh during his aspiring days. He was part of a dance group, and somehow, I was a member too. 😆 We were dancing together, and I couldn’t recognize the other members’ faces. The funny part was that the face I had in the dream wasn’t even mine. It was a young girl I didn’t know, yet somehow I felt it was me in that body. 😂 Mind you, I can’t dance at all in real life. 😆 When I woke up, I felt so happy and strangely close to Josh. Then I checked my mailbox and found an unexpected envelope addressed to me. My heart started racing when I saw where it came from. 🥹💙 Inside was Josh’s autograph!😭♥️🙏 Imagine that. I still can’t believe this day actually happened. 🥹✨ Okay… maybe I secretly hoped it would happen someday. 😂 But I actually got to dance on stage with SB19. One of my dreams came true. 💫 When the performance of “DUNGKA!” started, I was just excited and enjoying the moment. Then, suddenly, I was told to go on stage. And just like that, my excitement turned into nervousness. “Wait… I’m going up on the stage where SB19 is?!” I honestly couldn’t believe it. But the moment I stepped onto that stage, my nervousness turned back into excitement. I just wanted to enjoy that moment with all my heart. It was pure happiness and energy. So if anyone says I looked like a crazy monkey up there… I won’t blame you. 🤣🦧 Because honestly… I WAS crazy. 😂haha I just moved with my instincts and let my wild side take over. BUT… I made one BIG mistake. 🤦🏻‍♂️ After I calmed down and thought about it, I realized that I was actually supposed to dance the choreography of “DUNGKA!” together with them. I started dancing by myself at first… I’m sorry! 😱 But being able to eventually dance the choreography together with them made me so happy. Thank you so much to SB19 and Sony Music Japan for giving me this incredible opportunity. I think this was only possible because it was a fan meeting rather than a regular concert. What an amazing idea. Thank you for creating such a special moment. And most of all… thank you for choosing me. I’m also incredibly happy that so many A’TIN enjoyed this moment with me! Through my love for PPOP, SB19, and the Philippines, and by sharing that love through my content, I’ve met so many amazing people.💙 Some of them have become friends. Some even feel like family. 23082025 ziyu qingdao music festival vlog “OK! we’ve just returned to the hotel from the music festival. i’m really happy, still immersed in the excitement and joy right after the performance ended. i feel like this time’s stage was one of the performances that was closest to my own personality — very free, very lively. greeting everyone, playing happily together with you all, the whole atmosphere made me feel completely released. last time at the music festival i said i would quickly adjust myself back to being the energetic xiao yu from before. i don’t know if, through this performance and its outcome, everyone was able to find that familiar feeling of me again. that’s the first thing. the second thing is — during this period, i’ve been taking vocal lessons continuously, learning music theory, vocal knowledge, and vocal techniques. i think this performance was also a kind of report on the results of my studies during this time. i hope everyone is satisfied. personally, i feel compared to last time, there has been some progress. going forward, i’ll continue to maintain this pace of vocal classes and other lessons, to keep learning more about how to sing better live on stage. hopefully by the time we meet next, i’ll be able to bring an even more exciting, more passionate, more energetic me. i’m really, really happy this time. especially during the last song — i could feel the tiny raindrops falling on my face, and as i looked at the audience below the stage, what i felt was pure happiness. full, overflowing happiness. so in that final moment, i closed my eyes to feel it all. of course, there were still some little imperfections — like my clothes being pulled open while dancing, or the lift platform not syncing with the music. it was supposed to rise for 3 seconds, counting “1, 2, 3,” then the music intro would start, so that my upper-body entrance would match perfectly, and then the dance would’ve looked really cool. but… it’s fine. i feel like every imperfection is just preparation for the most perfect performance to come. so yes, there were regrets, but we’ll take those regrets with us and keep moving toward the next stage. next time will definitely be even better, even more perfect, even more lively, even more full of energy. alright — welcome everyone to “the adventures of blonde xiao yu.” today’s chapter comes to an end. even though i’m reluctant for it to be over, it’s okay. we’ll see each other again next time.” #ZIYU #梓渝
